Resort is designed like a traditional Vietnamese village, featuring low-rise buildings nestled in lush, manicured gardens. Its most distinctive feature is its location: the front of the resort faces the ocean, while the back overlooks the tranquil river. This creates a peaceful, secluded atmosphere away from the bustling city center. Rooms are big. Breakfast is decent. Free shuttle multiple times to city centre.

This hotel was very walkable, and the staff was rather nice. The food had a great variety. There was a lot of space certain parts of the hotel are next-door to an elementary school where they talk on a loudspeaker very early in the morning, but our room was not in that area thank God. The staff will give you exchange fee fees however they won’t exchange your money back if you need to at the end. Otherwise it’s very walkable and centrally located to everything that you need in old town.

We have had a wonderful 8 day stay here and enjoyed it thoroughly. Lovely grounds, fabulous staff. Yummy breakfast. Highly recommend. It is 15 mins by taxi into the town centre however there is a shuttle bus provided 3x day to and from Hoi An town and taxi fare is under $5AU . I would come again.

My wife and I stayed at Hoi An Beach resort for our honeymoon and were offered a complimentary upgrade to the River View room by the General Manager. This review is for the river view room. We loved our stay - the service was impeccable and the staff are very friendly. All ammenities provided. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic - one of the best we've had. They operate a shuttle service to the old town though we did not use it. The hotel has the traditional wooden Hoi An + Vietnamese + Japanese architecture. And whilst they pride themselves on it, it does need some modernising - particularly the bathroom. Whilst large and has a separte shower and bathub, the shower was out of order and dirty so we used the bathtub shower. Guests should note that the beach was not great and ocean not swimmable when we went in November. On the whole, a very lovely stay.

Maybe we're not very picky, but we liked it :) Very relaxing place with low-rise buildings in well maintained garden. Room was big, breakfast super. Smoking places not far from the pools. Hoi An about ten minutes by taxi. In general We had a wonderful three days.
