Everything was beyond our expectations. The staff really makes you feel welcomed and the breakfast is great (i do wish they had a bit more fruit selection like peaches and strawberries) other than that, it was great. A special mention to the staff in the sky bar area, they were great and friendly and made us feel very comfortable at all times. The hotel is beautiful, modern and very clean. As soon as you enter the lobby you can feel the great smell thats the signature scent from HM tropical. Many times I was left wondering what it was and I wish I had it at home. This hotel has a special meaning to me since it was where me and my family reunited after not seeing each other for 4 months, so it made it extra sweet. Beds amazing, we had coffee in the room if we wanted, free drinks. The cleaning staff did an amazing job everyday making sure our room was clean and perfect for our arrival. Thank you so much cleaning staff!! I specially enjoyed seeing all my sandals in a straight line, ready to be worn :D It was very spacious. The pool was great, my boyfriend was in love with it and wants to go back as soon as possible to experience it once more, with the great sunbeds and shades. All in all, amazing. Oh, can't forget about the location!! Right in front of a great beach. Truly a beach vacation dream (with water being warm). Only Downside - the pipe smell on the bathrooms at some points of the day. Loved this hotel!! The roof top pool bar is just stunning and all the staff are so friendly and do everything they can to be accommodating . This hotel has a beautiful calm, ambiance and is at the ‘quieter’ end of the strip. Definitely one of the more classy hotels in the area. Supermarket directly opposite for anything you need. Would love to come back

Loved, loved, loved this hotel! The staff here is amazing!!! Big shout out to Maria, Carlos, and Neus. The daily breakfast and dinner buffet was not only beautiful but offered many different choices. Thanks to all for making our vacation to Mallorca so nice. Best customer service ever!!

We really enjoyed our say in October 2023 at HM Tropical. The rooms were comfortable and with a beautiful view. The staff was extremely helpful. We took the half-board option and I must say that the cuisine was great. We particularly enjoyed Paella and the Japanese catering evening. Special mention to Carlos, Cati and team at the restaurant: you were absolutely wonderful. We will recommend Tropical Hotel to our friends. Many thanks

Overall a nice visit to the HM Tropical. We stayed on a half board basis in a side room sea view for a week. The hotel is on the sea front, reasonably quiet with a few restaurants nearby and the beach is beautiful with sunbeds you can hire. Food: Breakfast was a buffet with a variety of food on offer - continental, hot food, pancakes, fruits, cereal and yoghurts. Evening dinner was buffet style with various options and on the whole satisfactory. My only complaint is that you have to pay for water with your meal, which personally I think water should be available for free. I don't object to paying additionally for wine etc. Restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient. The room: We had a side room sea view double. The room was not large, but was spacious enough for us. The en-suite was clean and the shower provided plenty of hot water, a hairdryer is supplied in the bathroom. Bath towels were provided daily. There was often a sewer smell though from the bathroom which meant we had to leave the window open at all times. There was a wardrobe with a safe in the room, however, there was a charge of £3.50 per day to use it! This seems steep when you are paying £250 per night for the room. It should be free. The balcony and view was somewhat disappointing. from the room looking out you could only see the road and the back of the hotel sited opposite and a fair amount of traffic noise. However, if you sit on the balcony at the furthest point, you can see the sea, but we didn't use the balcony as glass all round and it didn't seem secure and the noise wasn't relaxing. The bar staff were excellent, very friendly and smiled throughout our stay. Reception were happy to help book tours and taxis. There is use of a holding room for suitcases to store luggage if you check out late in the day. There is also a shower room you can use before you leave, however, there are 2 cubicles for women and only 1 shower was working. There isn't really a space to get dried or dressed so had to use a toilet cubicle. No hairdryer was available either. All in all, a pleasant stay but there are some areas that need improvement as it did take away from the whole experience.
