There was a large selection of water slides and a great children’s play area. There was also very good entertainment for children in the evenings🌇.
Staff were very helpful especially the receptionists and the bar staff, Madeline and Jasmina. Cleaners came every day and the whole area was kept spotless.
Our apartment was very pleasant. My family and I had an upstairs apartment with two single beds and one couch bed. The water pressure on the shower was excellent. We also had a spacious balcony with a great view of the water slides 🛝😊.
There were a few onsite photographers who took amazing family photographs 📸
New Year’s Eve was an incredible night. Each person was given a party bag with party hats, streamers etc. The fireworks were fantastic and the experience overall was one to be remembered 🎉.

Just came back from there nothing like the picture. In my experience is not the worst nor the best either.
Hotel: I give a 3/5 need some more improvement door wasn’t close properly blankets in room smell like pee(get it sorted). Don’t get clean towels or clean room even you ask to do.
Food:3/5 it’s okay but on day 4 it’s start getting a bit boring as it the same things day in day out.
Kids: slide was good kids entertainment was good mini games after entertainment was good. Can’t give review on kids club as daughter didn’t go.
Pool: 3/5 it’s ice cold(could be heater) unless the sun is out and 22degress can’t be in the pool.
You definitely need a car as everything is far from the hotel. Sun bed dirty and broken
Overall it’s okay you can do your own experience.
Will I go back. No for me

Lifeguard very rude.

This hotel has great potential but needs to be refurbished. Great facility’s , food was good .common areas are filthy . Am guessing it’s a staffing issue . Definitely need more cleaning staff !
No sign of any managerial presence. .

Where do i start..
Firstly - when we arrived the room wasn't clean, infested with ants, flys and cockroches. Hadn't been cleaned since previous holidaymakers, stained sheets, foul smelling towels, bathroom absolutely disgusting, mouldy and dirty. Beds rock solid. No beds for children to sleep just a old leather couch with a sheet over. Floor covered in mess and furniture battered or broken.
Secondly food - completely inedible, not cooked, off foods, dirty utensils, even the plates were dirty and smelly. Like they have been washed in dirty water. The amount of people with food posining was crazy, staff very rude and unprofessional, juice was like watery cordial and water not fresh. Wouldn't feed even a stray dog with the food. Manager of hotel completely ignoring the fact of how many people unwell.
Lastly - Pool and facilities
Pool was unbelievably dirty, whole area smelt like sewage, unclean, other people there were absolutely feral, drug use and violence. Even two children were hit by a Irish traveller and another man. Staff didn't have anything to protect themselves or over guests .Staff refused to call police as it was the weekend, Tables been thrown at the pool bar staff complete chaos. 5 Irish travellers broke into rooms stealing money and threatening people to give up any money or valuables.
Completely unsafe for anyone never mind children or family's.
Manager / owner of hotel lied to my partner saying she hadn't had any reports of such things, but as my partner left the office there was a large que of holiday makers waiting to make their own complaints.
Had to go out for every meal and activities for our family as it wasn't safe to eat or even be in the hotel.
Please do not book.

The rooms were clean and had plenty of storage. The cleaners were friendly.
The staff at the front desk are slow and not very helpful (the door to the apartment wouldn't lock and couldn't be fixed despite a toddler easily escaping and almost falling down the steps, we asked for extra blankets which never came, gave food allergy information in Spanish to them to deal with the meals and they were unable to help me). The food was bland and greasy. Even the Christmas meal was nothing special, just a three or four new items added to the usual assortment. Half the group had food poisoning during their stay.
Shops, restaurants and beaches are within walking distance..
