Not long got home. Food service is good plenty of choice and food available throughout the day. Pool side is very untidy and hectic. Rooms are dated, our room was untidy on arrival stained sheets and debris under bed from other residents plus flies and bugs. Got moved room which was no better after being told I need to pay to move rooms. Most of the staff were lovely reception manager was rude along with the restaurant manager (they need to be aware of autism and what comes with a child with needs) ie untidy room caused my son to have a melt down. Wearing a band for all inclusive due to sensory. Entertainment was ok, just wished there was more on of the night. Im glad to be home. Wasn't the best holiday we made the most of it were possible. WiFi was free in one small area. You can pay for your room but the quality wasnt great. I read reviews on Facebook and went with the attitude it can't be that bad.

Very disappointing stay – would not recommend I just returned from a one-week all inclusive stay, and it was a huge disappointment from start to finish. It’s honestly hard to know where to begin — everything from the food to the cleanliness and maintenance was below any acceptable standard. The food was extremely repetitive, with very little variety and poor quality. Most dishes were clearly reheated or reused — for example, today it’s plain chicken, tomorrow chicken curry, and the next day chicken pasta. Nothing tasted fresh. My wife even found an insect in the salad, reported it, and all they did was remove the tray — no apology, no action taken. Cleanliness was terrible. You could see food from the previous day still on the counters, and even birds eating inside the canteen where guests collect their meals. The sunbeds were dirty, many with mold. Our room was only cleaned once during a 7-night stay. The hallways to the bungalows had almost no lighting, making it difficult and unsafe to walk at night. Around the pool, there were rusty metal covers and holes in the ground — I personally saw three children injure their feet badly enough to bleed and need assistance. To make matters worse, most of the staff barely speak or understand English, which is a serious issue when around 90% of the guests were English during our stay. The hotel is also very isolated and far from everything. Overall, this was one of the worst all inclusive experiences we’ve ever had — poor food, poor hygiene, poor maintenance, and poor service. Definitely not worth the money.

Where do we start… hotel is absolutely terrible, facilities are awful, understaffed and dirty. Pool area, kids playground and sunbeds have never seen a cleaner. Dirty wet towels left on a pool table for days. We have been here 9 days and have only had a cleaner once. No toilet roll, no change of towels or bedding even when requested. I have been to better 3* hotels than this awful place. Would not recommend.

Arrived home last week 29th August, the weather is perfect for this time of year. The hotel itself is gorgeous and it wasn't too busy with kids being back at school. The food was good but no better than 3☆ hotels Ive stayed at. Dino park was brilliant, excellent section for the younger ones and the big slides were so much fun. The life guards were excellent, 2 of them kicked some teenagers out for bullying my 7 year old son and some friends that he had made. The staff at reception were really helpful and polite. Now unfortunately on to the negatives. When we arrived at our room I stood on a piece of glass in the bedroom, the balcony table hadn't been wiped and the pillow cases had stains on them. The mattress was so hard and the pillows were awful. You can ask for a mattress topper from reception but it didn't make much difference, our aircon was also broke. The room comes with 2 cups and 2 glasses which in the whole week there were never changed for clean ones. I had to complain 3/4 times about stained sheets. When I complained about the glass they said they would tell the cleaner's to do a deep clean (all staff were friendly apart from the cleaners) we came back from the pool and you could tell that they had been but it hadn't been cleaned properly. The pool sides got worse as the day went on but that was down to guests not putting their litter in the bins and the life guards only cleaned up when the pools were shutting. The location of the hotel is very out of the way. The on site shop shuts at 6pm which I think is bizarre with nothing else around. If you want to go to the beach, shops or restaurants its a 5€ taxi drive away which isn't bad but more a pain that nothing was within a decent walking distance. I would say this hotel is good for a family that doesn't really want to venture out much and just wants to stay in the hotel complex. Would really recommend the submarine experience.

Our room was good. Not perfect but cant complain, the food was great. The only thing that I didn't enjoy was the scrambled egg, it was very rubbery and the Carrotts. The only thing that let the hotel down was the some of the guests having no respect. The waiting staff were very efficient and polite. The pool area was okay, just let down again by some guests not tidying up after them selves. I would definitely go back if I had the same room each time.
