Exceptional hotel located one minute from a superb beach with fine sand( just cross street), very close to restaurants, shops. The hotel has a superb heated pool. The food is varied and of high quality, the drinks are very good. Room is very clean, complete peace and quiet throughout the Holiday. A lot activities for children(thanks to the animators dos Santos and Selma, our little girl enjoyed very moment spent with you, thanks also to the bar manager Virginia! We will definitely be return to this hotel

Excellent hotel allround. From the reception staff who could not have been more helpful to the maids and restaurant staff. All very welcoming. Particular credit to the lady who makes the eggs in the mornings, constantly smiling under pressure . Best English sausages i have tasted on my travels. Room was spotless. Pool was busy but we were able to get beds. Direct access to the beach and wonderful promenade to walk off the evening meal. Takes about 45 min walk to Puerto del Carmen (too busy for us, we preferred the laid back hotel area). Cocktails at the bar were also superb. One very small suggestion , would be useful to have the salad dressings on the salad bar at the END of the bar instead of at the Start. I would pile my plate with salad then have to move people out the way ( who were in the queue) to access the dressing to drizzle my salad, very minor.

Nice hotel, well kept. Buffet diner is good quality food but a little boring. The staff serving are friendly. However the bar staff not so much. Pool is clean and the life guard actually do their jobs! Rooms lovely and clean and comfortable beds. Very quiet on the grounds. Mini gold needs a little refresh. The evening entertainment was a little dull. We have had better from local hotels. The choice of all inclusive drinks was a little sad and the cocktails are made with pre mix.

This hotel is excellent! We had a wonderful stay here. It is spacious and has a calm warm decor. It is beachfront and easy access to the fine walks along the promenade. It is only a 4min walk to a bustle of bars & restaurants. We love the area as it was quiet but close to amenities. The staff, especially Rita at the front desk were very helpful and kind. The wellness centre is fantastic. It is underground & Use of sauna & steam room is free. We got massages & I would highly recommend. The gym is small but you make the most of it. It has treadmills, weights and rower. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. I could not fault this hotel. We loved it and had a relaxing trip away.

Nomadi Chum
Quiet, Garden setting facing the ocean, conveniently located close to the main road. Front desk was attentive as I received the room that I requested, with a balcony, partial sea view, and afternoon sun. Bonus was the international TV channels, including BBC 1 & 2. Overall, good value for pricey Puerto del Carmen.
