Every single member of the staff—from the reception to the restaurant, bar, and housekeeping—was warm, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant interiors that reflect the charm of the Algarve. But what truly sets this property apart is the care and attention given to guests. We were greeted with genuine smiles and helpful recommendations at every turn. Whether it was helping with the transport to the Marina, or simply ensuring our comfort, the team anticipated our needs before we even had to ask.

We had an amazing experience at Hilton, especially thanks to the F&B team. We were very well attended to at the poolside restaurant by very friendly Brazilian staff, including one team member who was about to go on paternity leave. We dined twice at Cilantro, where Maria and Rui provided us with five-star service, attentive and exceptionally warm. Arthur, responsible for the cocktails, also surprised us with amazing drinks and a creative menu. If you’re looking for high-standard service, exceptional food, and outstanding drinks, you must go there. It’s flawless from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Just returned from a fabulous stay at the Hilton Vilamoura. We are Hilton Diamond members and we have stayed in various Hilton hotels all over the world. This particular hotel is now one of our favourite hotels. First of all, the staff are wonderful, very friendly & helpful. The place is spotlessly clean. Housekeeping phenomenal. There are several pools, all sparkling clean and well kept. Our favourite was the red pool, which was adults only, it was so peaceful and quiet. The real highlight for us was the incredible spa, which is included for Gold and Diamond members (it's 25 euros otherwise). This spa was absolutely fabulous and way better than any Champneys spa I've been to. Do not miss out on this if you're here! There's also a beautiful golf course but that's quite expensive. We booked a family suite & we were lucky to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was wonderful. Food wise, the breakfast here was very good. Plenty of foods for all tastes and diets. Plenty of dairy free alternatives and an egg station with choices of omelettes, poached or fried eggs. Breakfast finished at 11am, which for us is a huge bonus as we like to sleep late on holiday. We hired a car, which I highly recommend merely for flexibility. Parking here is free and it's underground so the car isn't boiling hot when you get in. Win win! This hotel is not near the beach however they do provide a free shuttle down to the beach and to the marina. Ubers are available too and cost around 5 euros to the marina. At the beach, the hotel provides sunbeds and wicker umbrellas. Please beware that the sea is cold and quite rough with regular rip tides so be careful, especially with children! We have been coming to Portugal regularly since 2004 and this was our first time staying here at this hotel. It certainly won't be the last. We are already planning on returning later this year!

I had an amazing experience at Hilton Vilamoura. Staff were helpful and spoke good English. Hotel was huge. Free parking. We loved our room, we had a shower and bathtub. We felt very comfortable. Also water bottles were provided. We didn’t have breakfast included in our booking so I can’t speak for that. Be aware that the main pools were in maintenance so we weren’t able to use it, and it was a bit noisy with all the work being done. I guess they will open it for summer 2025. But there are other pools available for swimming instead. There was a bar and restaurant available also. Hotel is located in front of a golf club which is nice, also there’s a spa. They also offered free shuttle to downtown. Overall we felt like we could relax for a few days in this hotel. Awesome
