Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort

My fiancé and I stayed at the Hilton Tulum in January and had a fantastic experience. The property is beautiful, boasting stunning ocean views, modern design, and numerous spots to relax. The all-inclusive experience was seamless—the 4 restaurants we visited offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The pool areas and beach were clean and inviting, with plenty of space to spread out. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job each day. What stood out most was the service—everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making our stay enjoyable. Whether we were at the pool, dining, or simply walking the grounds, we always felt cared for. My fiancé especially liked the live music and dancing at night down on the beach. Overall, Hilton Tulum exceeded our expectations, making for a perfect getaway. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxury all-inclusive stay in Tulum.

Our experience was phenomenal. Such a great hotel to experience inclusivity. The community there is very touching! You can feel the genuine connection the staff makes with their guests. The resort itself is beautiful. Lobby Bar - Sebastian, Marianna, & Ismael were amazing! They were so friendly and attentive. Brayan K. was also in the lobby making us the best mojitos there are! We only wanted him to make our drinks cause they were that delicious. Mango Margaritas are a must to get. Pool Bar - Arcangel made us roses out of leaves which was so cool! Julian & Benito were also the servers that assisted us and they were checking in on us constantly. These gentleman were such a blast to meet. Sea Salt Pool & Bar - Eliana (entertainment) was so fun to be around. She is truly passionate about making sure the people are happy. Dani (entertainment) was welcoming and she made playing BlackJack in the pool so fun! La Luce Restaurant- This was the first restaurant we tried on the first night & Alex, our server was very knowledgeable about the menu. Noriku Restaurant - Our server was Carlos K. and he made our experience seamless. Food was great. Maxal Restaurant- Rigoberto was our server and he was lovely. Wrapped up our last night perfectly. Lots to do at this resort! They have activities happening everyday for all ages, rain or shine. Multiple pools to be at. All around, definitely would recommend Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya!!

Angel and Freddy were our servers several times during our time here, and each time they were a delight! Helpful, efficient, kind and they both spread smiles like sunshine. They made the already great experience at the Vela Norte even better. The food and drink selections are fantastic: there’s something for everyone, and it’s all so good. Great buffet, great people, great experience. Every time! 😊

I use Hilton all over the world. The employees here were phenomenal. The property had is challenges. Having stayed at other coastal Hilton properties the beach was not great. The small part that was accessible was rocky and due to the time of the year the sargassum was bad and left a smell in the air. If you want to go into the ocean I would recommend a different property. The rooms all had balconies and were very nice, beds were comfortable. The staff was responsive any time something was needed, towel, mini fridge restocked, even room service was smooth. Plan for an hour to get food. The resurants were good. Food was standard. The Hibachi and Steakhouse were the best option. Having all of the resurtants minus one, on one end of the property made it a challenge. We walked from one end of the property to the other om a couple of occassions as the shuttles do not run frequently enough during low capacity stays. The nightly entertainment was interesting from a silent dance party to a neon party. Overall I would recommend this property if you want to stay somewhere that the staff will care about you, and wants you to have a great experience. Don't come here of you are looking for a great beach or 5 star food.

Eliani from entertainment made our trip unique. She hosted pool games but after the games were over, she joined our group and it felt like she was a part of our group. Her love for her job really was shown and because of her, we will never forget our great time here in Tulum. From Arcangel, Julian, Bernabe greeting us with smiles and great vibes at the Pool Bar, Brayan’s mojitos all over the property, to Sebastian with his great bar service, this experience was all that one going to paradise can ask for. Its a trip i will remember forever and im very thankful for the staff members that helped create great memories.
