You should absolutely book a stay at the Hilton!! This was our first time visiting Mexico, and the staff were incredibly informative about the area. They took the time to walk us through any questions we had and were always happy to share their recommendations. I want to give a special shout-out to Jessica from the concierge she was so sweet, warm, and kind. She helped us with our dinner reservations and always greeted us with a smile. She truly deserves more recognition for the amazing work she does! I’d also like to thank Axel and Jeanette at the front desk for their wonderful support. They were always available for any questions or concerns and gave great recommendations for things to do and places to eat outside the resort. The food at the Hilton was good, the resort was very clean, and it has a beautiful beachy atmosphere. The only reason I gave the location a 3/5 is because it’s quite far from the Tulum airport about an hour and there is no shuttle service, which was a bit stressful. Overall, I would definitely recommend taking a vacation at the Hilton. Thank you to all the staff who help run the resort without you, we wouldn’t have had such an amazing experience!!

This resort has standards, the staff are great so friendly helpful, the food is amazing. Although they are not big on buffets, something you come to expect from all inclusive. But perhaps that's what made the food great. Only lunch and breakfast are 'buffet style'. The rooms were really clean, the ac was not too cold more on the warm side, which was good to make sure little ones dont catch a cold. Entertainment at night and activities are great, gym is great too. Only a couple of drawbacks, the resort isn't really setup for easy walks specially for those in casa 4-6 where family section is. But shuttles do run frequently, it is just that the shuttle idea isnt convenient specially during the day with kids water toys and sand etc.. Speaking of there is practically no beach, only section is by the main lobby and while it is shallow and calm, there is a bit of rocks but great for snorkeling as there are lots of fish. Otherwise this resort is great for couples and for families and it does feel very premium and the so does the crowd there

A relaxing stay with some great service from staff members, especially Enrique our Enclave concierge who helped us book restaurants so we didn't need to worry about it, Andy at Vela Norte for breakfast buffet who was always friendly with our child, Jeremias at La Luce, Jamie at Transcom shuttle, and all the staff at Cocomar (Eleazar, Gabriel, Ana Maria) who were always friendly and so attentive to our needs. Even the housekeeping, who picks up the beach towels, we found to be humble and helpful. We booked an Enclave room and enjoyed many of the perks they offered, such as a less crowded pool, Cocomar (which served pretty good Asian inspired food for lunch and drinks), and an air conditioned lounge with some snacks for check in. The beds were so comfortable and even though we were close to the main building, the noise from outside was never heard from our rooms, which we appreciated with a little one. The shuttles were never too loud which may happen in other hotels but the road is smoother here so we never heard anything. Having less of nightlife activities also appealed to us since we were traveling as a family with a young kid. The omelette station at Vela Norte for breakfast is of course the most popular and for a reason, it's great. One of the round breads, I don't know what it's called but it was delicious and moist, and I wish I knew the recipe. The beach can be quite rocky if you enter into the ocean, so water shoes would be recommended, which we brought. There was a decent amount of fish to be seen even walking into the ocean from the beach and also lots of wildlife around the hotel, coatis, iguanas, hermit crabs which made for fun sightseeing for my son. Housekeeping were very detail oriented and also kept the rooms nice and clean, which helped after going to the beach and pools and replenished the amenities we used with a level of detail I've not seen before. The chef that was cooking at Vela Sur on December 1 for lunch buffet, made some of the best grilled meats I've had in a while, the seasoning was just perfect- I did not want to eat any more, and yet I couldn't help but eat some more. The only thing I would say would be that there seems to be some mosquitoes there, so probably bring some bug repellant. Overall, just a wonderful stay and missing the atmosphere and experience at Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya!

Our stay at this all-inclusive resort was absolutely exceptional — everything was executional, from the food to the service and activities. Check-in with Joel was smooth and welcoming, setting the perfect start to our trip. We ate at a different restaurant every day, and the food was fantastic everywhere we went. At Velasol, Gabriel was such a great waiter. Nicholas at Maxal and Fredy at the steakhouse both provided excellent service. Omar was always attentive, and Pablo, the Hibachi chef, made dinner so entertaining and delicious. The only person we saw every day was Andy, the wonderful host at the breakfast buffet. She always greeted us with a warm smile and made mornings feel extra special. The lobby bar bartenders were all amazing — friendly, fast, and always in good spirits. We had so much fun at Eliana’s aqua aerobics and Ivan’s salsa class, and the bike tour with Marina was a highlight thanks to her friendly and knowledgeable guidance. What made this resort truly stand out is how they never rush you. Every single staff member takes their time to make sure you’re comfortable and enjoying every moment. They genuinely care and treat you so well. We had an unforgettable vacation and can’t recommend this resort enough — excellent food, outstanding service, and the kindest people!

We are currently staying at Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya, after spending several days at other five-star all-inclusive resorts in the area, and we must say this very clearly: the 4.3 rating shown on Google does not reflect the true level of this resort at all. This is a five-star plus resort, and without a doubt one of the most impressive resorts we have ever stayed at — and we have been to many resorts around the world. The rooms are extremely spacious, beautifully and uniquely designed, spotless, and truly feel luxurious. The food in the restaurants is among the best we have had in Mexico, and every restaurant we dined at was of a very high standard, with excellent quality, great flavors, and beautifully presented dishes. The buffet also deserves special mention — the food is delicious, fresh, and of very high quality. The level of cleanliness at the buffet is exceptional, and no matter what time of day you enter, it always looks full, perfectly organized, and well maintained. It is important to mention that at the beginning of our stay we had a minor allergy-related issue in the dining area, but it was resolved immediately and professionally with the personal involvement of the hotel manager. From that moment on, the staff consistently ensured that our meals were specially adapted for us throughout the entire stay, with care, responsibility, and outstanding personal attention. Everything throughout the resort is clean, orderly, and impeccably maintained. The hotel staff deserves special recognition — the service is exceptional and truly elevates the entire experience. The pools are pleasant, with warm and comfortable water, and the entire resort is thoughtfully and beautifully designed. We are traveling with a small baby, and the resort is fully accessible — for infants, strollers, and wheelchairs alike. For anyone coming to Tulum or Playa del Carmen — there is absolutely no reason to look elsewhere. This is without question one of the best resorts you will ever stay at, and we are enjoying every single moment here.
