I had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, clean, and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially want to highlight Wally, the hotel manager, who truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure I felt taken care of throughout my stay. It’s clear he genuinely cares about guests and runs the hotel with pride. The staff overall was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere made it easy to feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a stress-free experience.

Had a great stay at Hilton Tokyo. The location in Shinjuku is super convenient, with easy access to public transport and plenty of shops including Alpen, Don Quijote, Uniqlo and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful city view. Staff were professional and very helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and everything was delicious. And love the executive lounge. Even in the evening they have great selection of food and drinks. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tokyo!

Greetings from Germany! I usually don’t write reviews, but this hotel deserves one. We stayed at the twin deluxe room 1212 from February 15th - 22nd 2026 and had a great first holiday in Tokyo. The room was nice and spacious, it was clean (maybe a little dusty at some places) and modern except for the bathtub/bathroom, which could use a renovation. But I don’t want to focus on the rooms and rather talk about the incredible service we have received from the hotel staff. It all started when we checked in and ran into a problem caused by the travel organisation our travel agent had hired to book this trip, but the receptionist was really helpful and understanding so it was solved quickly! Generally, everyone was really nice and helpful during our stay there and had no problem communicating in English. My brother is coeliac and can only eat gluten-free food, the staff kindly took note of that when we booked the hotel and I really was impressed that no matter if we went to the breakfast buffet or ordered room-service for dinner, the kitchen staff always knew that he needs to eat gluten-free and made sure to avoid any cross-contamination. I especially want to praise the chef who prepared my brother’s breakfast everyday. It’s incredibly rare to find good GF breakfast at hotels; the chef cooked him his scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon separately to make sure it really is GF. He also provided delicious, fluffy pancakes, an amazing fruit platter as well as GF bread. Thank you so much!! My brother loved every morning thanks to the breakfast spread he got. While we’re on the topic of breakfast, the staff at the buffet is just exceptional! We received the most outstanding service from Miki, she was kind and took really good care of us. She also organised the breakfast for my brother and always made sure our drinks were topped off. I cannot put into words how much I appreciated her! Equally amazing was her male colleague who filled in for her when she was off work for a couple of days. Unfortunately I never caught his name, if I’m not mistaken he had a somewhat Australian accent (I’m sorry if I’m wrong, I’m not a native speaker). My mum was sick for the remainder of our trip and he organised us to-go boxes so we could take breakfast up to bed for her as well as fresh chamomile tea and detox water in to-go cups. He provided them the following days as well, without me even asking! Incredible service. I highly recommend this hotel!! A major metro line is right under it and also it’s in a walkable distance to almost everything. The breakfast buffet is delicious, but the same items every day. When I come back to Tokyo one day I’ll 100% book it again.

This is our third trip to Japan and our third time staying at the Hilton Tokyo. We love this hotel for its amazing amenities and convenient location, making it easy to explore different parts of the city. But what truly keeps bringing us back is the people. Esuke at Zatta Bar took great care of us and even remembered us from our last visit during Christmas. Waly Chacon, the Journey Ambassador Manager, welcomed us with open arms and remembered us from our previous two trips. What amazes us most is that, despite interacting with thousands of guests throughout the year, they still remember us. That level of hospitality and personal connection is what transforms a great hotel stay into a truly memorable experience. It’s not just about the rooms or the location—it’s about the people who make you feel like you’re coming home every time you return. Until next time, Hilton Tokyo.

Everything about this hotel is JUST PERFECT! We had a perfectly friendly and smooth checkin experience with Maya, who also recognized my Hilton status and upgraded us to a Junior suite. She also had some games for my daughter which she absolutely loved. The executive lounge had great snack options in the evening (including samosas omg!) And the breakfast in the lobby every morning was expansive, including made to order cappucinos too. They had many regional breakfast specialities,made to order counters, and I was thrilled to find authentic Indian breakfast options too! And of course the location- just a few mins walk to the bustling shinjuku area. There were also shuttles to the shinjuku station at regular intervals, making it easy for those who did not prefer to walk. We will definitely choose this one whenever we are back in town :)
