We had several wonderful evenings at IMIM, the Moroccan restaurant at Hilton Taghazout Bay. The atmosphere is beautiful and the food is full of authentic flavors, but what truly made the experience special was the service. Meriem was outstanding warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She took great care of us and made each evening feel personal and relaxed. A big thank you as well to Badre, the Assistant Manager, along with Ismail and Fatima, who all contributed to the smooth, friendly, and professional service. The live music was a fantastic touch. A talented traditional Moroccan musician playing the guembri, alongside a gifted Chilean saxophonist performing smooth jazz, created a unique and memorable ambiance. Highly recommended for a fantastic Moroccan dining experience with excellent service and atmosphere.

I had an excellent stay at Hilton Taghazout, and everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and offers stunning views. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and all the facilities were maintained to a very high standard. The staff were consistently professional, friendly, and attentive, which really made the stay feel special. Breakfast was particularly enjoyable, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options available each morning. I would especially like to mention Habib, who worked at breakfast and was extremely hospitable, welcoming, and helpful. His warm attitude and excellent service truly stood out and made our mornings even better. Overall, Hilton Taghazout delivers outstanding service, comfort, and quality. I would highly recommend it and would definitely love to return in the future.

The Hilton is one among the five star hotels along Tagazhout Bay. The village in the south is some 30 minutes walk away and Tagazhout village 50 minutes if you want some restaurants or shops. Staff is very friendly and helpful and speak French and English. We stayed over New Year which means that the gala dinner is compulsory at €180 per person, even for kids (they get a plate of pasta). Focus is the show (singers and dancers), but so loud that you can’t talk anymore. It was clear that most guests were very annoyed, however, any complaint fell on deaf ears. They also jacked up the already high prices for alcohol by 50%, so the cheapest bottle of wine was €85 (Moroccan), a Corona 12€. The seven course menu sounded great, although it was quite a disappointment as dishes were not cooked properly or served lukewarm. The dinner was supposed to start at 20:00, but food was not served before 22:00. Everything was quite chaotic and people indulged on lots of bread. Breakfast is good and plentyful, except for the coffee. Also good selection of Moroccan dishes. The somewhat chaotic management continuous here though. Plates not being cleared, orange juice and/or glasses not being replenished, no salt/pepper on table, coffee cups missing, etc. There are a lot of managers running around but they obviously don’t see the problems. We had dinner in the beachfront restaurant (Mediterranean style). Meat from burger tasted somewhat funny, Risotto was completely tasteless (plus wrong rice). Upon asking for Parmesan we got some shredded cheddar. You are not “allowed“ to bring food from outside restaurants, respectively you must sign a waiver that you will not hold hotel accountable for food poisoning. The only good (and fancy) restaurant close by on foot (not part of a hotel chain) is Pure Passion. Lots of seafood and good steak (220 dirham). Extensive wine list. If you want to pay by Apple Pay, the maximum is 5000 dirham, so take your physical cards. Maximum €100 can be changed into dirham. Although the exchange rate folder at the reception said 1.040 dirham for Euro, I only got 1.000 dirham. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, but 3 days in a row we only got 2 towels for 3 persons and had to ask every time. No toilet brushes in any toilet (room/hotel), simply disgusting (upon enquiry we got one)! Sometimes we only got one small towel or they forgot about floor map for the shower, no cup for toothbrushes or holder for bar of soap. 5* is in the small details. Two larger pools (25x10m), 23 degrees, 2 small kids pools, one heated at 26 degrees. Indooe heated pool is part of spa and must be paid. Stone floors in hotel/pool area are very slippery when wet. I saw one worker halfheartedly trying to clean away excess water after rain, but to little effect. Usually hotels put up warning signs. So yes, they put a Hilton logo on the building, but the processes are not smooth enough for a real 5 star hotel. Our son had an accident in the hotel and had to go to the hospital. The staff was very helpful and asked several times in the following days how he’s doing. If you go to a hospital, call your travel insurance first. If you only get ambulatory services, you have to pay the bill yourself and your insurance will reimburse you. However, if surgery is required they are very competent in coordinating with your insurance. Make sure you take physical credit cards as Apple Pay may not work. Unless you prepay a certain amount, for example €1000, you will not be treated.

We had such a lovely holiday here at the Hilton and to top it off we got upgraded for free (i believe this is mainly because we arrived a week before xmas for the hotel was quiet but I cannot complain). If you want a relaxing break with a chilled vibe, this is the place to be. Staff are really friendly and the breakfast was so good. They provided so many options for breakfast, we were spoiled! Thank you for providing us with a relaxing holiday!

Had such a wonderful stay The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast ware a highlight—delicious food specially pastry section with great presentation, The breakfast staff were absolutely amazing, so welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with a smile specially Abderahim and abdellah. Their service really made the stay special, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Truly outstanding hospitality and a warm atmosphere. Truly a great experience from start to finish, I can’t wait to come back
