We had a truly memorable stay at Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok, and would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff, especially the duty manager at breakfast. He warmly remembered our seat preference every morning, and on our last day, he noted it without us saying anything and personally saw us off at the lift after breakfast. That level of attentiveness made us feel genuinely cared for. Our room was impeccably clean and comfortable, even though some of the bathroom floor tiles showed minor chipping. We did notice that the room was not particularly child-friendly, as there were quite a number of sharp corners at a height that could be hazardous to young children. We are also very thankful that young children were allowed access to the Executive Floor. The lounge was beautiful and provided a peaceful space for our family to relax and enjoy some quiet moments together. Finally, thank you to the team for making us feel valued as Hilton Honors members throughout our stay. From the warm greetings to the thoughtful touches, your hospitality truly stood out. Highly recommended for families and anyone who appreciates sincere service and comfort — though parents with young children may wish to be mindful of the room layout.

The stay was comfortable. The hotel is distinguished by its close location to the shopping mall. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff are very courteous and professional. The room prices are reasonable. Thank you to the hotel management, with special thanks to the Executive Chef "Franko OH" for the delicious food and to Mr. Nine at the front desk for his cooperation.
