stayed here for 5 nights with overall positive feelings. very generous spacious room. aircon works perfectly. beds are super comfortable. breakfast mainly asian food but still plenty options. staff is super nice. enjoyed pool area. there is some sunshine only for few hours. water in the pool is bit cold but good to get refreshed. view from the pool area is stunning. location of the hotel is super convenient. close to main road Sukhumvit and with a lots of life in every direction. i am looking forward to come back as the whole experience was really good. i stayed in about 7 different hotels and location in Bangkok over the years and this is one the best one for sure.

Best 5 stars hotel with reasonable rate in the heart of Sukhumvit 24 just walking distance to Emporium. Spacious room size with complete amenities, artsy installation and very nice swimming pool as well. Thank you Chanitra Janum (Nam) & Pornkanok Bumroongchart (Ploy) for the pre-arrival email, Mr Mix for the efficient check in process, Ms Kae for nice service during my dinner at Mondo, Mr Jame for delivering in-room dining and to all Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok staffs for great services and hospitality.

Great hotel, the hotel is very well kept and updated. Pool and gym area are very nice on 24th floor looking out with a great view. I had a great steak, mashed potatoes and pasta the restaurant. Hotel is accross the street from the Emporium mall which is amazing. 5 floors of every store you can think of with an amazing food court and full grocery store. I highly recommend this hotel. Would love to stay again.

I booked an Executive Suite. There was a sitting room and a separate bedroom and a small vestibule. The decor was okay, very clinical and no soft touch. Not even a plant or a small fruit basket given that it’s a suite. The minibar wasn’t complementary unlike other hotels that I have stayed at where the minibar is free if you stay in the suite. The suite was clean and was turned down every evening. Tv channels were standard and there was no complimentary newspaper. The biggest letdown is the executive floor on level 4. Dark and dated with very poor food offerings. Breakfast is very limited and you’re better off eating on the 2nd floor restaurant. Afternoon tea is disappointing, stale pastries and biscuits. The cocktails between 5-7pm were okay, not a big selection and there was a small food offerings, which basically looked like leftovers from lunch. Sadly very little Thai food on offer. The hotel is small and doesn’t have many facilities. The pool is tiny but clean and the gym is very basic. The staff are pleasant and helpful. As for the location, it is a 5 minute walk to the train station (Phom Phrong) and near Emporium mall which is just another standard boring high end mall. I ordered room service twice and the food was average and the portion size was small for what you pay. My verdict? Very average hotel and don’t bother with the executive package it is just a disappointment. If you want a suite type accomodation, book a service apartment as it is much better value than Hilton's suite. Oh, musn't forget to say that the bathrooms were nice!

This hotel is a hidden gem. It’s in a great location, with easy access to everything you could want—food, health services (massage, chiropractor, dental, pharmacy), transportation, and nightlife. The staff is excellent: friendly, respectful, helpful, and attentive from top to bottom. I highly recommend this spot to anyone who wants a great stay, the freedom to enjoy all the wonders of Bangkok, and the ability to return to a comfortable, low-key environment.
