Location: Excellent location with a stunning sea view. The scenery is beautiful and creates a very relaxing atmosphere. Room: The room is spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The bathroom is large and equipped with both a bathtub and a separate shower, providing a very pleasant stay. Breakfast: The breakfast is outstanding with a wide variety of choices. The restaurant also offers a beautiful view, making the breakfast experience even more enjoyable. Service ; need improvement I'm a gold honor but was charge for water 🥲

Beautiful common areas. We loved hanging out in the bar/lounge area. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options for anyone to choose. The rooms are a little on the smaller size, but with a beautiful view if you are on the ocean side. The beds were ok, you can feel the age in the mattress, hence a little uncomfortable. Perfect location for a hotel, short walk to the center when needed. Everyone in the hotel was extremely nice and accommodating.

The lush gardens surrounding the hotel are absolutely stunning—perfect for a morning stroll or simply soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. We loved the variety of activities available, especially pedal tennis and yoga sessions that added a refreshing touch to our stay. 🍽️ The food was a highlight—delicious, beautifully presented, and full of local flavor. Every meal felt like a celebration of Italian cuisine. The staff were incredibly attentive and warm, making us feel truly welcome throughout our visit. Whether you’re looking to unwind, stay active, or indulge in great food, this hotel delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility with a touch of luxury in Sorrento.

Excellent hotel. Had both European and US outlet in the room. Overall bed was comfortable and the service is fast. Food in hotel was excellent too. Only con would be distance to stuff but walking distance isn’t too far. It’s at least 15 away. Had steamer and iron.

We stayed for the 2nd time at the Hilton Sorrento Palace. We were so excited to come back to this beautiful hotel. I will say you really have to be selective of the room type you choose. Our first visit we had an oceanfront room. This time we did not upgrade and chose a garden view room. Definitely a mistake. We were initially assigned a room literally in the basement. After complaining we were assigned a room on the first floor. They have beautiful gardens but all we could see was a wall. The service is awesome and I think the staff was limited in what they could do as the hotel was fully booked. However, as a Hilton diamond member I was disappointed. Our takeaway is make sure you upgrade. Otherwise the hotel is not worth the cost. The best part is the location is very convenient and walkable to old town.
