From Aika; Guest relations manager to the check in staff and housekeeping every staff made our stay memorable. A huge thank you to Sous Chef Oussama for his outstanding hospitality! He catered to our family’s needs with such care, from providing fresh dragon fruit to delicious Medjoul dates—my husband was thrilled.His attention to detail and kindness truly made our dining experience special. We’re also incredibly grateful to the Water Park & Grand Canyoning team—Innocent, Sudiptra, and Mgabbe - for taking such good care of our son. Their professionalism and dedication to safety gave us complete peace of mind, allowing him to have the time of his life! I remember visiting this place during my wedding anniversary in November 2024, and the stay was one of the best and most luxurious experiences. The service was outstanding, and the views were truly breathtaking. What makes this place special is that the stay includes free access to the water park with the room booking. I had an amazing experience at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed — very comfortable and relaxing. The restaurant’s Souk and Dante are top-notch, offering a variety of delicious food with high-quality service. Every meal was a pleasure! Thanks to everyone From the beach to the pools, the spa, and all other facilities — everything was well-maintained and exceeded my expectations. There’s truly nothing to complain about. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I would definitely love to come back again!

We stayed in a king room garden facing and it was a very comfortable stay. We even had a patio attached to our room. The dinner and breakfast buffet are nice with a wide variety of cuisines to select from. My only suggestion is regarding the facilities- swimming pool closed at 6:30PM which is very early and it would be nice to have extended hours. The water park had some bird droppings in the water so overall hygiene and cleanliness of the park can be improved. Eforea spa within the hotel was great. I got a deep tissue massage and my masseuse Patricia did a fabulous job. A definite must visit. Our overall experience was very enjoyable and we will definitely return. Regards.
