Excellent Stay! The hotel was clean and beautifully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The reception team was impressively quick to respond and handled everything with professionalism. A special thanks to Anthony and his restaurant team—they were truly outstanding. Kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, they made every meal a delightful experience. Overall, my stay was excellent. Thank you to everyone who made it so special!

The hotel was excellent with friendly staff. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, with the added bonus of being able to choose dishes to our liking. Room service was quick, and the entire place was well-maintained and clean. Highly recommended – it truly made our stay in Salalah memorable.

The hotel is very clean, and all the staff—from housekeeping and room service to reception—are so friendly and quick to help. I want to give a special thanks to Chef Anas, the amazing Indian chef who runs the breakfast buffet. He’s incredibly professional, respectful, and genuinely cares about making guests happy. He even handled a small comment we had on the buffet with such kindness and efficiency. You can tell he really takes pride in making sure the hotel looks its best.

Nice pool, good location close to many things. The breakfast buffet was so so, not many things to my taste. Bed was very comfortable, we slept very well. Overall a mid level Hilton in terms of the room decor. We were not upgraded as gold members but received the room we booked.

Excellent stay! Staff were very welcoming on arrival and the hotel was clean with good service provided the whole way through. In particular, Anas - a chef, helped us a lot in settling in and was there when we needed him.
