Excellent Stay! The hotel was clean and beautifully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The reception team was impressively quick to respond and handled everything with professionalism. A special thanks to Anthony and his restaurant team—they were truly outstanding. Kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, they made every meal a delightful experience. Overall, my stay was excellent. Thank you to everyone who made it so special!

Our stay at Hilton Salalah was truly wonderful. A special thanks to the Front Desk Manager, Sumaya, for helping us get the perfect room, and to Antony and Chamika for their warm hospitality and excellent service. We would also like to thank Praveen, the pastry chef, and Ajal for the delightful pastries and bakery items that were specially made for us. Rhea took great care of our table, and Karen’s specially prepared tea added such a thoughtful personal touch. A special mention as well to Shibin from the housekeeping team, who was always prompt and attentive whenever we needed anything. Thank you to the entire Hilton team for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable.

Overall, the resort provides a pleasant experience. The service, location, and cleanliness are all up to the high standards one would expect from a Hilton property, and for a 5-star resort in general. However, the breakfast is a significant area for improvement. While the rest of the resort delivers on its promise of a luxury experience, the breakfast buffet falls short. The options are quite limited and don't match the variety and quality offered at other 5-star resorts. A wider selection of dishes, including more international and local options, would greatly enhance the dining experience and bring it in line with the resort's overall excellence.

We are at this hotel for 7 days and the housekeeping staff MURUGESAN is an excellent staff. He makes sure our room is clean. I have 3 kids with me and the room is upside down but this staff cleans the room on the spot. I truly appreciate him. He loves what he is doing and thats so vital in the hospitality world. Keep it up hilton! Thank you MURUGESAN for making a mother’s stay relaxing🙂

A business trip in Salah and Hilton was the best option. Polite, helpful always ready to assist, the hotel and restaurant staff made our trip perfect. Big nice decorated and clean rooms ,wide range of facilities,tasty food, beautiful landscape.Hopefully will back and enjoy all the facilities. A lovely time. Thank you all and keep up the good work.
