I had a truly excellent stay at the hotel. Everything from the comfort of the room to the overall atmosphere was top-class. A special thank you to Amin and Said at the reception — they were exceptional. Both were extremely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and efficiency really made a difference and added a personal touch to the entire stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again

The choice of food could be bigger but the quality of the food is really very good. The hotel could consider offering fresh morning bread as part of breakfast. It would be a wonderful touch to an already delightful experience. The hospitality and the friendliness of the stuff is unbeatable and even for ***** hotel exceptional.

Very nice hotel property with very kind and helpful staff. These people made our stay as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately there is not much for small kids, besides the water slide. Playground is obviously longer time out of operation. The selection of the food was quite disappointing, and for kids many times no option at all. Even the pasta was spicy. Luckily the staff was amazing and upon asking they prepared at least french fries. Overall nice stay, but one time was enough.
