We stayed at this Hilton in March 2024. The property is nice. Our room was good, the food was ok. The coffee bar was great!
I would give this hotel 5 stars if it wasn’t for this….
1. Some of the (not all) hostels in the main restaurant were quite rude.
2. By 6 am all the prime beach chairs and the best chairs at the Lazy River were claimed. On the last day we finally saw that there is concierge service that will reserve beach chairs for you at 4 am. As Diamond members I would have thought this service should have been mentioned when we checked in.
3. We are not impressed with the snorkeling trip we bought in the hotel. It was full of loud music, tons of alcohol and terrible snorkeling.

Went to Jamaica in April/May for the first time. I went with my husband for his birthday. We stay at the Hilton rose hall, and we had the best time ever. It was an all inclusive. We had no problem.Everything was on point. The staff was amazing. The place was clean and well maintained. The food was great. I will definitely visit again.

Really had a great time. The staff is great and the grounds are beautiful. Hotel is older but nicely renovated. Being a smaller hotel means almost never a wait for an elevator and the grounds never seemed crowded. Rooms are comfortable and clean although the bathroom was too small for the door to open all the way. The lazy river is great, beach is beautiful, water slides were fun, and never much wait at any of the bars. We were very impressed with the food. Make dinner reservations when you arrive.

I really enjoyed my stay here! We got the diamond package and the butler service was beyond exceptional! The rooms were nice and all of the activities were fun. The breakfast buffet was great but the room service food was okay at best. However, the restaurants around the resort definitely made up for the room service food. All of the people working on the resort were super friendly and were there to assist us whenever needed for whatever we wanted and the drinks were great as well. I will most definitely come back here again soon!

This is a beautiful place. Everyone here was so nice. Everything is kept cleaned. There are so many things to do for all ages. There are 2 different pools, one with the lazy river. They have games, events, and nightly entertainment, along with a bar, spa, gift shop, and a few different restaurants. There's a little bakery that has ice cream, pastries, muffins, coffees, and Jamaican patties. There's a buffet that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A few of my favorite things were the Jamaican patties, which they had beef and chicken. Both tastes great. Jerk chicken, mango. I had several different types of fish. All of this tasted so good and was so fresh. There's so much more that I didn't even mention. Four days was not long enough. We will definitely be back.
