I really enjoyed my stay here! We got the diamond package and the butler service was beyond exceptional! The rooms were nice and all of the activities were fun. The breakfast buffet was great but the room service food was okay at best. However, the restaurants around the resort definitely made up for the room service food. All of the people working on the resort were super friendly and were there to assist us whenever needed for whatever we wanted and the drinks were great as well. I will most definitely come back here again soon!

Stayed here 4 nights during our trip to Jamaica. The buffet food was great and felt the food at the restaurants in the premises were okay. Staff was friendly including room service and spa was amazing (tip: look for deals). My kids (3 and 6) absolutely loved the water activities. The only problem I came across was the room which is extremely outdated including flush that doesn't work properly, peeled paint, rust etc. Overall an amazing stay with the exception of the room quality.

Really had a great time. The staff is great and the grounds are beautiful. Hotel is older but nicely renovated. Being a smaller hotel means almost never a wait for an elevator and the grounds never seemed crowded. Rooms are comfortable and clean although the bathroom was too small for the door to open all the way. The lazy river is great, beach is beautiful, water slides were fun, and never much wait at any of the bars. We were very impressed with the food. Make dinner reservations when you arrive.

I really love the location and it's better for family including older adults that can't walk as much. The hotel, pool, food and beach is all nearby. Although the food was good, I am docking stars for the service. I was immediately greeted and was on line to check in and took roughly 30 minutes. I got to my room and the balcony door was hard to open and the shower knob immediately came off. The TV wasn't working and their was only one elevator working for a span of 6 days which is understandable since the hurricane just passed but I did notice some Tvs were working. After booking excursions at the site, I had to wait with the check in line that took over an hour even though I asked the front desk if I can just add it to the room. After an hour of standing, an employee told the front desk to take me since i am already checked in. It was just a waste of time.
I went with family members who can not walk as much and so I told them to sit and I will order food for them (family of 4). 75 percent of the time I asked to get multiple orders with my family sitting certain employees would ignore and give me one or two orders. When asked for refills when dining, some would ignore and just give water for 2. I really wanted a great experience for family but once the service is not good, I had a difficult time. The pool and beach is nice and would go back if it was better service. After spending for an all- inclusive, I had higher expectations.
The location is great and they have shows at night for entertainment. You can book your restaurants that you would like to dine during your stay. The rum factory was my favorite.

My family had a fantastic time at Hilton Rose Hall! The location is only 15 minutes from the airport. Take a taxi for $35. We enjoyed the food. Especially the authentic Jamaican cuisine that was served daily at the buffet. While on the beach we enjoyed beef patties at Mangos and jerk chicken at The Jerk Hut. The beach is beautiful with lots of seating and shaded areas. We did not have any problems finding seating near the beach. The waitresses were polite and offered us cold drinks 🍹 while on the beach. We also took a fun ride on the catamaran. There were activities during the day and entertainment at night. We do not have any complaints about our room. It was cleaned daily, water temperature was great, bed was comfortable. I highly recommend Hilton Rose Hall for your vacation to Jamaica.
