We came to this resort for our five year anniversary trip and it is as close to heaven as you can get on planet earth! The facilities itself are unbelievably gorgeous. The elegant white architecture and statues everywhere make you feel as if you are staying in a castle in the sky no matter what part of the resort you visit. The food is nice and delicious with options to eat everywhere. The staff is incredibly kind, hard working and respectful of each and every person they come into contact with. The resort has activities and events that take place daily and they are AWESOME. There is a coffee shop on campus that makes the greatest cup of mocha that you will ever have. The pool makes dreams come true. If you want to get away, then don’t look any further. This place rocks!

Beautiful resort with very friendly staff and fun atmosphere. Came here for an anniversary and birthday and had a blast. The entertainment team kept things lively and fun. The pool is really nice and kept clean. Every single staff member we encountered was so nice. We loved the coffee shop with ice cream! All the restaurants were delicious. The rooms were beautiful. There is not much of a beach area but it’s very relaxing to lay in a cabana and watch the water to get away from the pool noise. 5th Ave is right outside the front door and a nice change of scenery. I read a-lot of reviews about watered down drinks, we never once experienced that. It’s an all inclusive, ask for a double if you’re not happy with your drink. Overall I would definitely stay here again. We loved it!

Enjoyed our experience at Hilton Playa del Carmen. Most things and activities are included with a few understandable exceptions like spas, cabanas closest to the main swimming pool, and some drinks.
Everyone at the resort was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. My spouse is allergic to gluten and the restaurants were extremely knowledgeable about gluten free options. The beach is beautiful and the activities are diverse and enjoyable. The resort is close to Quinta Avenida (busy area filled with souvenir shops, restaurants, bars, and more) and ferries so you can go anywhere very quickly.
We definitely recommend it and will be back again!

Amazing resort! No need to leave the property for anything. Not a “party” resort and the adults-only makes for a good time all around for maximum relaxation on your trip with no annoyances. Food at all restaurants are amazing and the bars are perfection. The staff are so nice and friendly! This is my new go-to for PdC vacations!

I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Playa del Carmen! The resort's stunning beachfront location and luxurious amenities made for a truly memorable vacation. It was our second stay at these place. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and patio offered beautiful views. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay. The dining options were excellent , with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from.
However, there is some room for improvement. The quality of the drinks could be better, and it would be great to see a more diverse range of day activities offered. Additionally, some amenities come with exclusions—cabanas require an extra fee, and there aren't enough sun beds near the main pool available for all guests. Despite these minor drawbacks, Hilton provides an overall wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
