We stayed at the Hilton Buena Vista Palace from 12/13-12/19 and I have to start my review by saying that a majority of the people leaving 1 star reviews deeply need to check themselves and their privilege. To start, check in was smooth, quick and seamless. We got to our room, it was clean orderly. The walk to Disney Springs was easy and we loved the convenience of it! The pool area is truly one of the best in the area in my opinion, the bar and lazy river are amazing and we hot tubbed many of the nights and it wasn’t too crowded at all. New gym equipment was being delivered and installed during our stay and while I wasn’t able to use the gym unfortunately, it looked amazing and other guests were definitely using it! One thing that stood out to my husband and I was the Citrus8 cafe. They have the BEST hours especially after those long Disney days and every single person there needs a raise because they were all so pleasant. I wish I would have gotten names. The shuttles to and from all of the parks were seamless and we were so grateful to not have to pay for parking or worry about getting in and out of the park with a rental car. The drivers were so friendly and some even funny so be sure to keep cash in hand to tip them! My only con was that you can hear odd vibrations from what I can only assume to be the elevator based on others reviews. If you share a wall you can sometimes hear neighbors but I have truly experienced this in nearly all hotels. People are on vacation, including you so have courtesy but also be understanding that you are not going to get the peace and quiet of home, and if you want that, book a suite! Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the staff, the convenience of its proximity to Disney Springs, the amenities and the overall experience and would definitely recommend it for the value. If you are going to be bougie and prissy about every single little thing, then be willing to pay and stay on Disney property!

My husband and I love coming to Disney springs for the holiday shopping every year. Wow we were blown away by the friendly staff and service at the hotel. The bartenders Liam, Bill, and Vinny made sure to keep us having fun. Vinny we loved the stories and suggestions of where we should go to next. We loved the sliders BTW. The staff genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs which can be hard to find. You never know sometimes what you may get from a hotel experience but with this one we will definitely be booking and coming back again. THANK YOU !!!

The Hotel itself is very clean. The team that works at the hotel including restaurants are very friendly. Our First room has a beautiful view of a roof displaying a modern day dirty diaper and a dirty/used bath towel, alongside cigarette butter and other frequent add-ons. I politely asked if there would be any open rooms that would be possible to move to, we were moved to an AMAZING, STUNNING, BREATH TAKING room, it really perked me up, I suffer from chronic pain and I was having a really bad flare up at that time and it just made me so happy... until I went into the restroom to freshen up, I stepped in water, I couldn't find where it was coming from because the light wasn't working. The said the wanted to move us to another room, since the didn't have anyone to fix it, my husband went down to the lobby to get that sorted out, I had to pack up out stuff AGAIN. The next room was fine. The other issue we had with this hotel is they said they were going to refund money back on our card, but the just kept taking money off our credit card, and more money, and more money!! We don't have a lot of money, the had already taken $600 too much that was to be refunded and wasn't to find out another random $159 was taken out today for God knows what. The shuttle never came to get us from MK, so the hotel was kind enough to off to reimburse us a taxi fee, but then they fought us on it. Then the gave is a hotel credit, as a "We're sorry" only to not be able to actually be able use it. They locked the funds. Needless to say, our last night on our vacation, my husband was in the lobby dealing with all this crap and trying to use the credit to put towards food for our flight home since the hotel took our cushion going home money for breakfast. I was in the room packing. Oh, we were there December 23-27, 2025... MERRY CHRISTMAS :/

This was our third time staying at the palace over the course of the past three years and it had become our go to Disney hotel. Unfortunately, this time we were left disappointed. To start, we were not able to digitally check in or use a digital key for the duration of our stay, which we usually like doing to ensure we will have a quiet room. This wasn’t a big deal initially, but our first night we were woken up around 6am with a family staying in a room adjacent to us (we had a connecting door). We were not able to sleep the rest of the morning, and so we asked before we left for the parks if we could potentially move. They said they would do their best but could not move us then and to check later. When we got back, the hotel was swamped and the only option was to move to another building across the property, which was not ideal considering it was late at night and we were leaving the next morning. We chose to stay, but when we walked up to our room there was a caution sign outside the door and it smelled like pesticides. When we got back in the room, on one side of the room we heard a couple having sex next door and could hear all their conversations, and the other side we still had the young family. We are completely understanding this is a family friendly hotel, but you should not have to hear every neighbor’s conversation or when they flush the toilet. We’ve had breakfast at letterpress several times in the past and it was excellent, but the one we had this morning was like IHOP. We asked for late checkout as diamond members and this was denied. We understand this is not guaranteed but it was disappointing after the rest of our experience. Overall, the property and room quality seems to have declined and we will likely be bringing our business elsewhere in the future. Beware that the rooms really aren’t soundproof and can have connecting doors on both sides.

While the location was good. Its right across from disney springs which was convenient. The rooms were decent pretty dated and there were little bugs in the bathroom. The toilet didnt work well my son clogged it the first night and had to have maintenance come up. After that everyone started using the public restrooms though the hotel instead of our room which was ridiculous. The pool is nice besides the fact they have sales people out there all day trying to sell.you time shares all day. When you say no they will come back 2 to 3 more time to see if you changed your mind and you have to search for a waitress because they aren't walking around. When im on vacation I'd like to relax not be harassed by sales people.or have to search for a waitress to order food and drinks. Also, they get you with resort fees and parking fees when you check in that adds to your trip. Be sure to check that to. Im a hiltons honors member but after this I may switch over to Marriott. Would I stay again?? Probably not.
