Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Stayed at the Renaissance at Sea World the night before for $30 more. If I'd known I'd have happily paid the extra $30. First room had bugs crawling all over the desk and dresser. Called the front desk, they offered an upgrade. Go to the new room, which was slightly larger. Had 1 port beside the bed that was built in the alarm clock. I woke up to 20% on my phone. Slept for 7 hours and gained 8% on my battery. Then my wife notifies me that we were charged an extra $81 over night. Mind you, the night before they slammed us with $75 at the front desk. They informed me upon arrival "the $75 is to cover parking and any room service. Any unused money will be credited back to your account". When I go to check out, I ask about the $81 charge. They informed me it was a normal charge for parking and services, but the $75 will be credited back to my account. When I asked why there was separate charges or where this came from, there was no explanation other than "that's a normal charge". When I told her that was not the agreement, nor was I notified they refused to give an ample reason behind doing this. It's highway robbery. The room walls were paper thin, you could hear people talking in the room over, hear people above you, room was outdated, and the hidden fees on top of hidden fees. It cost me over $300 for one night despite the original bill quoted at $157. I will NEVER stay at a Hilton again

Our stay at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Hotel near Disney Springs was absolutely wonderful. The hotel offers spacious and very comfortable rooms, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to cater to all tastes, and the restaurant itself is beautifully designed, providing a delightful dining experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and polite, always ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect. This hotel truly lives up to the high standards of the Hilton brand, exceeding expectations for both business travelers and, especially, families looking to enjoy a magical Disney vacation. It’s the perfect place to stay for anyone visiting Disney Springs or the surrounding attractions. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this hotel in 2023 and had a wonderful time. So when I made plans for a trip to Disney again, I booked a stay at this location again. Unfortunately, it was not as great. The rooms are spacious, and that’s one of the things I like about this location. But we found brown smudges on the sheets/blankets. There were also these weird smudges on the chair in the room. When someone came to clean the room, one bed was made and the other was not. The towels that we had hanging up to reuse were taken and we had to request for new ones to use. The bottles of soap in the shower were not filled, so we had to ask for soap. The do-not-disturb sign was missing. I found tiny little bugs all over the place. The tub did not drain properly. Paint was peeling in the bathroom, and it looked like a crappy patch up job. The staff were friendly enough. But when I had to request for items at the front desk, I would have to go back a second time and ask because nothing came to the room. The pool and pool area are nice. That area was clean and seemed well maintained. My family enjoyed the infinity pool the most. The little shoppette downstairs is nice and convenient. We were able to get breakfast there before heading to the bus to go to the parks. The location of this hotel is great. It’s right across from Disney Springs, so you can go eat and shop over there. And the bus ride to and from the Disney parks is not that long at all.

Want to share this advice: ask if your room is anywhere in the area that opens down where the bar is located. Every bit of noise from down there comes straight up. The bar does not close until eleven. If you want to sleep any earlier ask for another room. Overall we were okay with our room. It was clean and met our needs. The hotel is really convenient to many Disney places. The staff was mostly friendly. The noise factor is big for me and why I rate you so low. We have this room because we paid for the Epcot fireworks view. Last night we heard people yelling around 10pm. It died down only to wake us up at 11:45 by someone yelling. I spoke to two people at reception. The lady I spoke with at 4pm today told me the manager was working on moving the group tonight. This may have been true for last night’s crowd but what about the private event held there tonight? I went back down around this evening around 9:30pm and spoke to Julian who said they were trying to move this crowd away. It is past 11pm and LOUDER THAN EVER!!! My takeaway is this: this is not a unique problem and you really are not going to do anything like giving convention attendees their own place to party. .You host conventions so this has to happen many nights.i pointed this out to Julian and asked why they waited until 9:30pm to do something? If you do not want non-convention people staying with you then let people know. I would rather stay somewhere that is not allowing this to happen nightly and where we can get decent sleep before midnight. You have a responsibility to all your customers to ensure a clean and peaceful stay. I do not think you have done that for my stay.

My wife and I stayed there during Xmas time. Been wanting to go for while so we finally pulled the trigger and boy Were we happy we did. Unbelievable! We are Gold-members, so we got upgraded to a high floor and being able to see all the fireworks was memorable. From the lobby, sorry I forgot names to the front desk to the concierge to the baggage handlers was superb. The hotel is immaculate, The location is incredible and we ate dinner at Letterpress and they had a Prime rib, dinner, which my wife drooled over. It was perfection and I wanted to name a few names that I wrote down in recognition of doing a phenomenal job… Hector was our server the first night, did a great job very personable and Christmas Eve We had Erika and she was super nice and a great server and I believe Gladys was at the Front desk and she was so friendly. Overall 5 stars highly recommend!
