Love to stay at this hotel. Easy access to Disney Springs and the parks. The pool area is fantastic and we love the lazy river. The food court inside and at the pool are wonderful! Chris at Valet was friendly and helpful. I appreciated him helping me to store a scooter for pickup. We enjoyed everything about this hotel and will keep coming back. It’s nice because there is just a hint of Disney around but you are not overloaded like a Disney hotel. It’s a great hotel for adults and families with older children. The only hindrance is the price to park your car and long walk to the entrance. Especially if after 11pm and the conference doors on the parking level are locked, it’s then a hike up a hill to get inside, especially for the elderly. Also multiple timeshare salesman walking around trying to sell you a vacation package I could do without. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

My stay was absolutely magnificent! The service and hospitality were through the roof from start to finish. There were plenty of convenient attractions & amenities both on-site and around the location, which made everything even better. The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place!

Great location if you are going to Disney parks, free shuttle service. Great staffs and service. Walkable distance from Disney Springs. Quick drive to fast food places. Reasonable prices if eating on site. Very relaxing resort like environment with bar, pools, splash pads, lazy river and hot jacuzzi. Plenty of parking. Only downside is the room sizes. They might feel a bit small compared to other Hilton hotels we have stayed in.

Pros: - The hotel emailed prior to arrival letting me know I could reach out if they needed anything, etc. When I emailed them, they were incredibly responsive. - The property is very spacious. - The pool area and lazy river looked amazing. - The property is within walking distance of a lot, including Disney Springs. - The property had a great convenience store with Starbucks, hot sandwiches, soup, pizza, snacks, etc. - The property was clean. Areas of Improvement: - I checked in online. I did arrive early, and my room wasn’t ready. However, it was supposed to be ready by 4:00. It wasn’t ready until 5:30ish. That’s incredibly frustrating. - The shower water was brown. I had to contact the front desk and engineers had to fix the problem. - There was no body was in the shower. When I asked for a refill, they brought me lotion. - The property is spacious, but a bit outdated. - When I brought my concerns to the front desk about check in, they were very dismissive.

Great hotel, right next to Disney Springs at the Disney World Resort! The parking lot is a bit far from the front door but there's plenty of spaces. The fireworks view was worth the extra room rate- nice balcony! Jeremy H. at the bell service desk helped us out a bunch with some very good tips for our visit. Thanks, Jeremy for helping us pick a better day to go to the parks!
