The location is great and very convenient to Disney Springs and the parks. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The lobby and other general areas have been nicely updated. The rooms on the other hand leave a lot to be desired. The bathrooms are extremely dated with no effort to make them better. The pool area was nice, but no chairs were available. The staff did nothing to ensure the chairs were actually being used by people. Would we stay here again? Not unless it was for the convenience of an event. There are much better places nearby, including other Hilton properties. This is definitely not a 4-star property.
Revised to a 2-Star review as the property happily charged me the resort fee, which includes receiving a 10% discount from food & beverage from the resort. However, they somehow failed to provide the discount until I inquired about it at checkout.

This was such a great hotel near Disney Springs. The location was great because we were able to walk to Disney Springs and the property was beautiful. Staff was friendly and very accommodating, and we had no complaints. The rooms were beautiful. We stayed in a king pool view room while my dad was in a 2 queen room that was connecting, so I was able to see and experience both. They were clean, and the AC worked great. My only complaint was that we could hear everything happening outside the room. People down on the 3rd floor could be heard pretty late, but that could just be the location of our particular room.

The rooms were clean and had a comfortable space. My room had a balcony and faced the Magic Kingdom and Epcot fireworks. The restaurant Letterpress has amazing short ribs that we shared and had the creamed Spinach as a side which was excellent also. The view of the lake while you dine was relaxing. Our waiter William was friendly and attentive. We visited the bar and had a couple drinks. The ambience was calm and fun. The pool area was clean and had plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The lazy river was calm and relaxing. It was enjoyable to have a huge pool and a separate area with the lazy river. The pool bartender was friendly and made small talk. We enjoyed a burger at the bar that was tasty and made with fresh ingredients. There is a bridge that you can cross over the highway safely to enter Disney Springs. Free shuttles are offered to the Disney parks. The self parking lot is quite a walk from the entrance and is with a fee. Valet is also offered with a fee.

My family has traveled a lot and we have stayed in many hotels (from three star to five star). This staff has to be the most professional that we have ever experienced. Everyone greeted us with a smile, kind words, and great advice. When we requested clean towels, they were at our room within 15 minutes. Check in/out was a breeze, when my card didn’t work at the parking gate, the attendant let me in without any issues and made sure that my card was reset for the next time I arrived at the gate. These are “small” things, but those are the items that matter the most when dealing with customer service.

I had a great stay here! The only issue was of a loud neighbor at 11:30pm when we call the front desk it was handled like immediately. So even though it was a negative experience the hotel staff handled it very well. I like that they have a restaurant on side, I enjoyed breakfast one day and ordered the buffet and it was pretty good. I am dairy free and animal free so it was a little bit tough for me, but I was still able to get plenty of food. My favorite part is the lazy river and pool area! They also have a restaurant and bar located by the pool area. Our first day it wasn’t as busy so we really got to use the lazy river for a while and the other days. It was kind of busy but we were too tired anyway, Be aware that anytime you visit there could be dance/Cheer tournament happening in the hotel maybe filled with lots of those members. Overall, I already recommended this hotel to a few friends of mine and would absolutely visit again.
