We stayed here utilizing Hilton Points and wanted a fun, relaxing couple of days. While our room was fine, the cleaning was limited to making the bed and leaving fresh towels. We aren't messy, but had a suite and simply would have appreciated the wet bar counter to be wiped off, the floor vacuumed and the coffee/creamer replenished. The concierge was a hot mess both times we asked for help/suggestions. Since they couldn't give me a recommendation for a spa ( this property doesn’t have one), I stopped to recommend one we had found. Instead of thanking me for the suggestion, he argued with me about why the other two places he works/is associated with are the only place he will tell people. I literally had to walk away while he was still arguing instead of simply saying, "thank you for the recommendation". One bright spot was the lovely young lady that worked downstairs in the little snack shop. I'm kicking myself that I can't remember her name, but she was so pleasant and professional that if I owned a local business, I'd try to steal her away in the spot! The pool was fine and the water warm. They were kind about providing us with ice for our drinks since the one by our room was broken the entire week of our stay. Overall, this is a great property is you get a deal and don't have to pay too much. But don't expect any kind of special service. Everyone seemed as if WE(the guests) should be happy they are working there, rather than the customer service I normally expect and receive from Hilton properties. There are so many great properties in this area, so find one where they appreciate you.

We originally went for a room without a view, however they surprised us with an upgrade to a room on the 11th floor with a view of the pool/lazy river and all of Disney Springs. I HIGHLY recommend spending the extra money and booking a room with a view! It makes your entire trip feel unreal and it’s quite fun to see the Rainforest Cafe volcano erupt from the balcony. The view at night was definitely our favorite part! This hotel offers many options for dining, including convenient room service from 7am-11am and 4pm-11pm. Their breakfast buffet is a surcharge but it’s worth it. They have included an option to create your own omelet, where a chef will cook it in front of you, with PLENTY of options for toppings (including tofu)! The hotel has a pathway that leads you right to Disney Springs! It also offers shuttle buses to the Disney Theme Parks (however we did not utilize those on this trip). This hotel has really made our trip even more enjoyable!

We just stayed at the Hilton this past weekend and I’m thrilled to say it was an outstanding experience. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. As soon as we checked in, staff came by to check on us and make sure everything was in order. The room was immaculate, beautifully kept, and the view overlooking Orlando was spectacular. Cleanliness and comfort were clearly a priority. One of the highlights was dining at LetterPress, the hotel’s sit-down restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, we had the butternut squash ravioli and it was Devine. The service was attentive and friendly. The ambiance, with sweeping lake views, adds a lovely touch to the experience. Overall, it was such a great stay that we felt compelled to leave a review everything exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Hilton properties are always the best and this location was even better. Erika at the front desk was extremely helpful and handled my reservation like a pro. Please acknowledge her for being one of the great Hilton representatives. My island room was the bomb. I visited the lagoon several times and it was never crowded. The walk up bar was extremely convenient and the situation got even better when we were waited on by the pool. Another highlight was the convenience of a 7 minute walk into Disney Springs. I can't say enough good things about this property. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Great location. Easy for free shuttle to Disney resorts. Great friendly customer service. Locals online I read for Florida residents get $10/day parking but they comp for us which was nice we were on a special reservation. Great restaurants also. Right next to Disney springs so you can easily walk it. Comfortable rooms with a beautiful balcony and view. The rooms have updated furniture but the room itself is still very dated. The only thing I didn’t love about this place was the tacky smily face sign with sunglasses when you arrive. I had an inner thought about it but didn’t mention to my man then he mentioned it. Then our friends picked us up one of the days and they mentioned it too. A nice hotel with a tacky sign.
