I had an excellent stay at Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace – Disney Springs Area. Check-in was fast and friendly, with staff taking the time to clearly explain all hotel amenities and ensure that every add-on I selected was correct. The room was clean, fresh, and very comfortable. The balcony was a standout feature, offering amazing views of Disney Springs and the surrounding area. The heated lazy river and pool were perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the shuttle service to the Disney parks was extremely convenient. The first-floor store was impressive and well-stocked with everything you might need and more. I also added the breakfast buffet, which was top-notch and offered high-quality, delicious options. The beds were very comfortable, and throughout the entire stay, every staff member on site was smiling, professional, and eager to help at any moment. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again

Love to stay at this hotel. Easy access to Disney Springs and the parks. The pool area is fantastic and we love the lazy river. The food court inside and at the pool are wonderful! Chris at Valet was friendly and helpful. I appreciated him helping me to store a scooter for pickup. We enjoyed everything about this hotel and will keep coming back. It’s nice because there is just a hint of Disney around but you are not overloaded like a Disney hotel. It’s a great hotel for adults and families with older children. The only hindrance is the price to park your car and long walk to the entrance. Especially if after 11pm and the conference doors on the parking level are locked, it’s then a hike up a hill to get inside, especially for the elderly. Also multiple timeshare salesman walking around trying to sell you a vacation package I could do without. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Second time staying here. Service is exceptional. Personally had great experiences with bar and bell services. Jeremy was extra helpful and friendly. Only minor complaint is the paid upgrade to a suite with pool view ends up being in a non attached building VERY far away. Wished the front desk staff would’ve mentioned the distance and encouraged using bell staff to assist with bags. I have never been so far away in all my years of travel. Island building not worth the distance in my opinion. Was not convenient for us but if you desire quiet and large rooms this would be the place for you.

Great location if you are going to Disney parks, free shuttle service. Great staffs and service. Walkable distance from Disney Springs. Quick drive to fast food places. Reasonable prices if eating on site. Very relaxing resort like environment with bar, pools, splash pads, lazy river and hot jacuzzi. Plenty of parking. Only downside is the room sizes. They might feel a bit small compared to other Hilton hotels we have stayed in.

I recently checked into the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace for a company event (my second one at this location), and my experience started on an exceptional note thanks to Willow at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely eager to make sure everything went smoothly. What stood out most was her attention to detail...she anticipated questions I didn’t even know I had yet, made thoughtful recommendations about the best spots on the property, and walked me through the amenities with an impressive depth of knowledge. Willow wasn’t just friendly, she was truly invested in creating a seamless, comfortable check-in experience. She helped me get oriented before the event to all the specific locations I'd need to know about, and shared tips about nearby restaurants and transportation options. Her professionalism and warmth made a lasting impression, and she set a wonderful tone for the rest of my stay, and it’s clear she takes great pride in representing the Hilton brand at its best. Thank you, Willow, for turning what could have been a routine check-in into a genuinely memorable welcome. The hotel is lucky to have such a dedicated and thoughtful team member!
