Quick weekend getaway with the family. The kids loved the lazy river. Great drinks & bartenders at the pool. We also enjoyed the food at letterpress. My son who has a gluten allergy had penne alfredo, my husband had the ribeye & I had the quinoa bowl. The chef took the time to reassure us that our son was fine with getting the Alfredo. We will be coming back to try the new menu items that she mentioned. Great experience, would highly recommend this hotel.

I changed my review cuz now that I'm here I have to say everything is spectacular. The service so wonderful. If you ever wanted to stay so close to Disney and you do so much on the property. This is the place you're so close to the Disney springs. All I have to say is this staff here are beyond helpful, but once you get to the hotel, you're in a whole nother world. You are experienced full-on enjoyment and the most cleanest nicest sweetest people you'll ever meet in a hotel day 100% will help you in any which way possible to make you enjoy your experience. Do not talk to people on the phone from Hilton. Come to the hotel and call the hotel and these are the people in the hotel that are wonderful. The drinks here are phenomenal. The food here is phenomenal, but there is a soup that's in the little store downstairs on the first floor. Everybody talks about it. I haven't tried it yet but I will tomorrow but 100%. Come here and enjoy the sun. Come here! And enjoy Disney or universal. But 100%. You do not want to leave this hotel. That's how much fun it is and so very nice. They constantly come and clean my room and you're so close to everything. I highly recommend coming here. Do not miss out now as for the service, spectacular from the bellhop to the concierge. The room very clean. Super duper comfortable beds The beds are so comfortable. You don't want to get up and also the view is really nice too. I have the Epcot view and I highly recommend it. Honestly, one of the best experiences that I ever had at a hotel. There's only one bad thing just one. My finger did get hurt while I was here. The shower door hit it and now I have to have my nail remove when I get home but I would still give it a 10 star five star 100 Stars. All the stars just be careful cuz the shower door and the bathroom door does hit each other and the shower door does move and bounce back and it does really hurt

Nice hotel. It's older as I remember it as a kid was called something else. They have redone and keep it nice. Could use some just TLC cleaning here and there. . Employees very nice . We were there to do a vacation club tour. Though we actually got to stay at one of the clubs. Appears most everyone is moves to this hotel. The clubs don't charge to party. This hotel it 35 a night personal I feel since doing the tour the parking should ha e been free. The add on parking and resort fees hotels do are getting out of hand with the already out of site prices to stay

I had a great stay here! We arrived really late around 3 AMand the valet team immediately stood out for their friendliness and professionalism. Even at that hour, they were welcoming, quick to help with our luggage, and made check-in feel smooth and easy. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, with great amenities that made our stay even better. You can tell the staff really take pride in keeping everything well maintained. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again! 10/10!

We stayed here utilizing Hilton Points and wanted a fun, relaxing couple of days. While our room was fine, the cleaning was limited to making the bed and leaving fresh towels. We aren't messy, but had a suite and simply would have appreciated the wet bar counter to be wiped off, the floor vacuumed and the coffee/creamer replenished. The concierge was a hot mess both times we asked for help/suggestions. Since they couldn't give me a recommendation for a spa ( this property doesn’t have one), I stopped to recommend one we had found. Instead of thanking me for the suggestion, he argued with me about why the other two places he works/is associated with are the only place he will tell people. I literally had to walk away while he was still arguing instead of simply saying, "thank you for the recommendation". One bright spot was the lovely young lady that worked downstairs in the little snack shop. I'm kicking myself that I can't remember her name, but she was so pleasant and professional that if I owned a local business, I'd try to steal her away in the spot! The pool was fine and the water warm. They were kind about providing us with ice for our drinks since the one by our room was broken the entire week of our stay. Overall, this is a great property is you get a deal and don't have to pay too much. But don't expect any kind of special service. Everyone seemed as if WE(the guests) should be happy they are working there, rather than the customer service I normally expect and receive from Hilton properties. There are so many great properties in this area, so find one where they appreciate you.
