Title: Exceptional Service Even in Unexpected Circumstances We recently stayed at the Hilton Nicosia and had a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were immaculate - spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every member of the team we encountered was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. During our stay, there was an unexpected gas leak which required the hotel to be evacuated as a safety precaution. While this could have been a stressful situation, the way it was handled was nothing short of impressive. We were kept fully informed throughout, and there was no sense of panic - just calm, clear communication. Staff handed out free water and robes to keep everyone comfortable, and once it was safe to return, we were even offered a complimentary drink as a gesture of goodwill. Credit must go to the manager for how well the situation was managed - it showed real leadership and care for guests. Highly recommend the Hilton Nicosia, both for the quality of the stay and the outstanding service.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Nicosia. The location was very close to the colleges (walking distance). The spa and gym were EXCEPTIONAL! Mr. Loizos, the Chef at breakfast was very accommodating and helpful. He really wanted to make sure the guests had a phenomenal breakfast (and we did!). Overall great stay and would definitely stay again!

I had a delightful stay at the Hilton Nicosia. The room was spacious and came with complimentary water (two large bottles), as well as daily resupplies of coffee and tea. The greenery outside my window created a relaxing atmosphere. I loved the great selection of drinks at the Mint Bar. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. Special thanks to the wonderful staff: Nour from the breakfast restaurant, who was friendly and welcoming; and a lovely Greek lady at the Mint Bar, who was very caring. One of the highlights for me was the swimming pool and the beautiful outdoor seating area. I never used it, but I noticed that there is a shuttle bus between the hotel and the city centre. I will stay there again once back in Nicosia. Thank you everyone

I was there at a business meeting. I did not stay in the hotel. After the renovation, I hadn't visited it for a long time, it has much improved. The atmosphere and service are top class. I was served coffee and cake in the Mint Bar. Yummy! I highly recommend it.

It is a nice hotel but it was really disappointing in terms of cleaning services. Also the hotel has not a bad tennis court but it never gets cleaned (full of sand or old leaves every time we come to play). The bed and pillows were great. Breakfast was nice, also thanks to a friendly and helpful Sophia.
