Outstanding Stay with Stunning Views and Exceptional Service This hotel is truly a hidden gem. Located away from the busy tourist center, it offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that is hard to find in Mallorca. One of the highlights is the breathtaking view overlooking a beautiful bay – waking up to that scenery every day was simply unforgettable. The entire property is impeccably clean, and you can tell that great attention is paid to every detail. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very well maintained, making the stay extremely comfortable. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every single team member is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to fulfill any request with a smile. A special mention goes to Victoria at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. Her professionalism and warmth made a lasting impression. In terms of quality and overall experience, this hotel feels much closer to a Hilton LXR or Conrad property rather than a standard Hilton. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for Mallorca visitors who prefer a more शांत and refined setting instead of staying in the middle of crowded tourist areas.

The travelling bear

One could argue that the location isn't the best but for us, it's perfect: It's away from all the hustle and noise on the beach and it's perfect if you explore the island by car, which we do. Rooms are great and you feel like a valued loyal customer of Hilton. The view from our family suite is only slightly towards the sea but it's fine, actually maybe even nicer with the trees to the left (see picture). Great services with indoor pool and saunas, as well as padel. I'm sure the outdoor area is fantastic during the season. Only minus: No executive lounge for Diamond members / Premium Suites.

Our stay at the Hilton Mallorca Galatzo was truly exceptional. The recent renovations are evident throughout the property; our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a very pleasant atmosphere. While the facilities are top-notch – including three well-maintained tennis courts that are incredibly convenient for fans of the sport – the true highlight is the staff. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and eager to help. A special thank you goes to Victoria at reception, whose kindness and helpfulness made a lasting impression!! We highly recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to our next visit.

We arrived early hours on a Sunday morning greeted with professional and friendly welcome by the lovely Giovanni. You'd never have thought it was 3am. The suite is immaculate and has everything needed and more if requested. Any request made has always been accommodated with a friendly response. Pablo is so helpful as are all the staff who work here. Mavi and the lady with lovely dark hair who served great cocktails again provided excellent service. This hotel is perfect for a quiet break with attentive staff to help you relax and unwind. The food is also first class as one would only expect of Hilton. Breathtaking views and plenty of sun loungers, no rush for a bed here. There is a courtesy bus to take you to Peguera for a change of scene too.

We recently stayed 3 nights at the Hilton Mallorca Galatzo for our honeymoon. Overall, it is a nice resort with incredibly kind staff. We are only giving it 4 stars for the following reasons. As some other people mentioned, the resort is HUGE. We had a king suite which was located in a place which required us to walk from the main lobby to a different building 2-3 buildings away. That would normally be completely fine except there is no direct connection between the buildings. It required us to walk past the pool into one building, then down the elevator to the main floor, then across into a different building, up a flight of stairs (no ramp or elevator available), THEN again up another elevator to our main floor. It would take on average 7-10 mins to get from our hotel room to the main building every day. This was totally fine most days except when we had all of our luggage, it was actually quite difficult for 2 "younger" people. Breakfast was included but we chose to eat out because the breakfast was not great for such a nice hotel. Now for the good - this hotel grounds were stunning, the rooms were nice, the views were immaculate on hotel grounds and from our bedroom (we had partial sea view), beautiful large pool, and the staff was incredibly kind and lovely. Depending on what you're looking for, the location is nice and quiet as well. About 15-20 min drive to Palma, about 10 mins to another nice town with lots of bars and restaurants. They do have a shuttle from hotel to local beach (we didn't have enough time to check it out), but it only drops off at 10AM and 5PM and picks up at 1015AM and 515PM, so not a lot of flexibility there. Overall, despite the nit-picky things above, we would probably stay here again!
