The hotel is characterized by a wonderful location, far away from mass tourism. The view of the Mediterranean is simply fantastic. The service is available to guests around the clock. We checked in with a baby and this was also easy to arrange. The hotel staff always took this into consideration. Breakfast and dinner were more than sufficient and there was always a changing buffet for dinner. Despite all the positives, there were also a couple of flaws. When you reserve a baby bed or specifically request one, you don't mean an extra bed for children. Of course, the hotel complex is on a quiet hill and the nearest supermarket is 1.5 km away. But if a taxi and shopping for drinks is still cheaper than the hotel prices in the end, then it is simply too expensive for croceries. All in all, we would be happy to recommend the hotel.

Really nice 5 star hotel. Nice areas to relax, nice staff. Great rooms. Not very near anything else, so hire car or taxis to explore more of the island, but also great to stay in the hotel

Had a tennis lesson here (long story). Great coach. 2 lovely courts. Stunning location. Treated ourselves to an after tennis cocktail by the pool. Beautiful sea view and surroundings. Popped into the lobby to order a taxi. It smelled lovely. Helpful/friendly doorman. Would love to stay there properly!

€50 per night deposit very strange! Views beautiful. Very clean. Breakfast staff very attentive go extra mile. 2 double beds very comfortable. Crabtree Evelyn toiletries, hand steamer & coffee machine in room. Hotel shuttle to Peguera stops around 5.15pm. We enjoyed having a car to visit few ports.
Can be a bit noisy from guests and music in bar area. We were cold and heating is managed by hotel and couldn’t be turned on. But club rooms are nice and away from main hotel noise if it’s not raining.

Worst experience on a hotel in Mallorca.
Reception are not capable of ordering a taxi with a childseat without outrageous waiting time.
If you dont like to sleep at night and like techno party from your neighbors, hilton is the place to stay.
