Our stay at Hilton Maldives Amingiri Resort & Spa was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by warmth, elegance, and genuine care that truly defines world-class hospitality. A very special shout-out to Histo, our incredible Guest Experience Maker. Histo went above and beyond every single day to ensure our comfort, happiness, and peace of mind. His kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and sincere smile made us feel not like guests, but like family. He is truly a gem and a reflection of the resort’s soul. Another heartfelt thank you to Podi, my amazing massage artist. Her touch was not only highly skilled but deeply respectful, calming, and healing. The massage experience was pure relaxation and emotional comfort — one of the best spa experiences I have ever had in my life. Every staff member we encountered was polite, warm, and genuinely passionate about delivering excellence. Hilton Amingiri is not just a resort — it is a feeling, a memory, and a place that touches your heart. We will definitely return, and we will always remember the beautiful souls who made our stay unforgettable. We stayed in the Maldives as a family in a Sunset Overwater Villa, and overall the experience was beautiful. The overwater villa itself was very nice, with a well-thought-out design and a stunning sunset view. One thing we appreciated was how professionally the resort handled feedback — after completing a mid-stay review and rating the experience as average to below average, the team contacted us immediately, listened carefully to our concerns, and made adjustments right away. While the resort does not usually offer complimentary services, they kindly offered a complimentary spa experience for three; since we had already done a massage, they instead provided a complimentary water activity, which we appreciated. Dining was enjoyable, with different themed buffets every night, and the beach buffet was especially beautiful with really good vibes and offered a wide variety of options. All themes were good, with the Middle Eastern buffet being the standout. Although I was initially unsure about relying mainly on buffet dining, I eventually found the concept well executed, with plenty of variety and good quality. Special thanks to the buffet team, especially Chef Talal and Ahmed, the water sports center staff, and a special mention to Patty, who was pleasant and wonderful to talk to over two evenings. On the downside, the resort lacks small complimentary touches often expected in Maldivian resorts, for example, there were no hats provided in the villa, the tote bag available in the room was for use during the stay only and could not be taken home, and the outdoor slippers were of relatively low quality. Additionally, the resort is built on a small artificial island with limited palm trees and greenery, which slightly took away from the natural island feel.

Our family had a wonderful five-night stay at Hilton Amingiri. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa (V123), which was spacious, modern, and very clean. A pleasant surprise was the twice-daily housekeeping service, which was consistently thorough and well done. The service across the resort was exceptional. Special thanks to Kelly, our GEM, for patiently accommodating all our requests and assisting with bookings. The restaurant service crew — including Karthik, Aisar, Chamil, Thinzar, Gulzhan, and many others — greeted us with warmth, smiles, and engaging conversations that truly enhanced our dining experience. The Dive Centre team, especially one of the chinese lady, Hassam and Marie, thoughtfully recommended activities based on the weather conditions. We enjoyed shark and turtle snorkelling, and the kids completed a few dives as well. While the experiences were memorable, the pricing could offer more value for money. A special mention goes to Suraj, the lifeguard, who regularly checked in on us and ensured our safety whenever we swam near our water villa. His attentiveness gave us great peace of mind. He is such a great guy to talk to as well! Finally, thank you to GM Andreas for hosting the Christmas cocktail events and creating such a festive and joyful atmosphere. The beautiful family photo taken at sunset during the Christmas eve cocktail party is something we will cherish. We were sad to leave when our stay came to an end on Christmas Eve. Overall, the team at Hilton Amingiri made our stay truly memorable, and we look forward to returning.

We visited the Hilton Maldives Amingiri for our honeymoon and had a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The resort is beautiful — the spacious rooms all come with beach or ocean views, private pools, bikes, and loungers, swings, and hammocks for relaxing. There are so many amenities and activities — snorkeling, scuba, jet skis, a spa, and much more. We took it easy and swam and sunbathed every day and had the best time. The food and cocktails were delicious — and the breakfast options are simply endless! Most of all, the staff made us feel right at home. Our guest experience manager, Asim, was incredibly thoughtful and helpful, and he made every effort to make our honeymoon as special as possible. We truly cannot thank him enough for all of his planning throughout our trip — every detail was perfect! There are so many other members of the staff to thank for their exceptional generosity and warmth — Nasim, Memories, Jidde, Aisar, and many, many more. They made our trip so fun and memorable. The team assisting at the airport and boat transfer and the housekeeping team were also very kind and welcoming. We will miss everyone and this amazing island!
