We recently stayed at Hilton Goa Resort for two nights to celebrate our honeymoon, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. A special shoutout to Tripti, who went above and beyond to arrange an early check-in for us and even surprised us with a room upgrade to make our celebration extra special. Her warmth and efficiency set the tone for a perfect stay. Throughout our time at the resort, Aditi and Zozoi made sure we were always comfortable and well taken care of. Their friendliness and attention to detail—especially during our dining experiences—made us feel genuinely welcomed. The restaurant service was fantastic, and the team ensured every meal felt personalized and memorable. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a romantic getaway. This was our second visit to this resort, and once again we couldn’t fault a thing. The staff were exceptional, especially Shivam, who was incredibly attentive to our needs. We also booked the brunch, and Dhruv, the manager, went out of his way to accommodate us by finding a table in a cooler area of the restaurant. The food spread was outstanding, with an impressive variety of options, even for someone like me who is both gluten- and lactose-intolerant. A must-visit if you’re ever in North Goa.
