We had an unforgettable 3-night, 4-day stay at Hilton Goa Resort as a couple. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and upgraded on request to one with a beautiful view and excellent ventilation—setting the tone for a truly relaxing getaway. But what made our stay exceptional was the level of hospitality we received: every member of the staff—from reception and front desk to housekeeping and dining—offered genuinely warm, attentive, and proactive service They anticipated our needs, were quick to accommodate special requests, and consistently followed up with smiles and kindness. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a varied and well-presented spread, and the team checked in regularly to ensure everything was perfect. From the prompt, personalized room service to the thoughtful gestures that made us feel truly cared for, the staff’s commitment to guest satisfaction transformed our vacation into a memorable, heartfelt experience. We absolutely loved every moment and can’t wait to return.

My sister and I had a very pleasant stay at the property. While the property is well kept and serene, it was the food and beverages team that went extra mile to make us feel at home. Obaid from the food team kept us engaged from day 1 and made sure all our food needs were met, loved his enthusiasm to make sure our stay was great. The team arranged a special good bye pastry for us, it's the little things, the behaviour of team, their stories, friendliness, that makes a hotel feel like home :)

Visited Goa for the first time and stayed at Hilton Goa Resort with my parents for three nights. We spent most of our time exploring, but the time we spent at the hotel was very comfortable. We booked two rooms and appreciated getting an early check-in, which made things easier for us. The welcome drink was a nice touch, especially given the heat. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was included, and the buffet offered a good range of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a good pool and gym. I would stay here again on a future visit to Goa.

Absolutely blown away by how stunning this resort is! The views are breathtaking, the rooms are even better, and the service is truly unmatched. The complimentary breakfast felt like a slice of heaven. What made the stay even more special was the warmth and kindness of the staff, everyone was so sweet and welcoming. The entire place is spotless and beautifully maintained. I’m completely in love with this resort and can’t wait to come back.

This resort was an awesome experience, comfortable rooms, with comfortable beds. The pool experience was also quite delightful. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our visit feel special! The breakfast buffet was also a highlight of the stay, wonderful cooks and wonderful food. But what stood out the most was our waitress every morning, her name is Vila. She is so nice and a wonderful person! Hilton is very lucky to have her. She made our stay memorable for ever.
