I would like to thank you for the professional and friendly service during our stay at your hotel, which I visited with my sister and my son. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, and the check-in process at the reception was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free. We also received valuable tips and recommendations from the reception staff, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The Hilton staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were particularly polite and helpful, especially in accommodating the needs of my 4-year-old child, which we truly appreciated. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping staff were very kind and courteous. I highly recommend this place and would be happy to return in the future.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. A special thank you to Irene at reception. She was incredibly helpful, finding metro information for us and even helping to call restaurants. Exceptionally friendly service. Would definitely stay again.

This is nice hotel with professional and helpful staff. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar on site. You can enjoy both breakfast and dinner here. There is also onsite covered parking at low cost per night. The room was spacious, clean, and well organised. The bathroom had big walk-in shower.

Great hotel with nice, clean rooms. Very good location, close to the metro and the airport. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which really made the stay even better. Would definitely stay here again!

Quite a bit far from the main city but close to the airport. The area is quite dead and looks more like an abandoned industrial complex off the main street. The staff were amazing and super kind and helpful. Same goes for the service in general including the breakfast, housekeeping and other bits - quite good. However, the property is showing it's age. There were visible marks in the shower area. Also, the wardrobe had large gaps with visible damage. Same goes for the elevator which resembled the ones from the 70s and 80s - super slow. Bed and linen was good enough but the towels left a lot to be desired. They were thin and were not absorbent enough - certainly worse that what I have experienced in other Hilton properties. Breakfast was what you would expect from the chain - no surprises and good enough. All in all, if you must stay at a Hilton property and must stay close to the airport, sure - otherwise don't bother. Not worth the price.
