We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. The service from all the staff was fantastic. Housekeeping service is amazing. The rooms are very well equipped, modern and clean. Located right in the middle of the walk it is in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops right at the door step. We were even able to watch the fireworks and the drone shows right from our room balcony, which was great. The pool is large and warm, there is also a dedicated pool for adults. The hotel has private beach access to the Jumeirah beach with own lounge chairs and beach towels provided. Overall great experience and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Enjoyed a great staycation at this hotel. People who know JBR know the traffic is heavy in the evening so it didn’t bother me too much. The staff were brilliant from the valet, restaurant staff and cleaners. Was a brief power cut on the last evening of our stay but was quickly rectified and compensation was offered on check out.

She was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming every morning, which made the experience feel personal and memorable. We stayed at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah from December 27 to January 3 and celebrated the New Year there. We were very disappointed that there was no separate room for a child. Our sincere gratitude to Mr. Mani, Concierge, for his polite manner and excellent service. He helped us with our luggage and arranged it perfectly for us ❤️ We would also like to thank our cleaner, Ms. Padma ❤️❤️❤️ She cleaned our room thoroughly, took all our requests into account, and brought everything we needed promptly. We were happy to leave her tips. We also thank Ms. Melanie from Oceana Kitchen for the excellent organization of our meals and table arrangements. We were very sorry that the waiter Arnold, who provided outstanding service during our stay in March 2025, was not working this time. Unfortunately, we forgot to leave a review about his wonderful work back then 🫶🏻 In our opinion, the waitress named Diona should behave more conservatively and avoid wearing very short skirts, as the hotel has a reputation for being a family-friendly hotel for couples with children. On January 1st and 2nd, the water in the swimming pool was cold, and we were unable to swim with our child ☹️ Overall, the holiday was excellent. Thank you, Hilton 😘

We were Served by Alice Hruyili From the onset she was always available anticipating our needs and patiently attending to us! I was very cold when I came and she brought me hot water until I was okay. Our table was cleared on time and she was always at hand to assist if we needed anything. She has calm and sweet demeanor and is an asset to the establishment. The food was great start to finish. Location wise the ongoing construction makes it a bit difficult to reach but am sure that will change when that is done. It was worth the drive. Keep up the great work!
