I stayed for 4 nights at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, and everything about my stay was amazing! The staff were so welcoming, attentive, and always went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. My room was super clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The hotel has a great variety of restaurants with delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. I also got to use their meeting facilities, really professional and high-tech. Overall, it was a wonderful stay from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!

The location was great to shopping and dining l. The staff were very polite and engaging. Everyone we passed an employee in the hallway they stopped and greeted us, and asked if our stay was going well. Everyone was very willing to help. Room service was quick and efficient. We had trouble with the tv ( user error) and the engineer team was so friendly and fast to fix the issue. They were so fast a second engineer came right after the first one left. Cleanliness was never an issue. I even saw someone cleaning the rug OUTSIDE the door with a toothbrush. The closeness of the beach was awesome. The pool was well supervised. The breakfast in the morning was clean and stocked. Many, many options. The restaurants in the hotel were good and had wonderful service as well. I will definitely choose this hotel and recommend it to anyone looking to visit.

Absolutely loved our stay at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah! The service was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and attentive at every turn. I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but all the staff were truly amazing, especially the host lady from the buffet restaurant with glasses—she was so lovely. I thought the hotel was wonderful, the service and hospitality were top notch with an outstanding location. Only a few minutes to Dubai Marina Mall and the placement on The Walk made activities outside the hotel premises a breeze. The rooms were cooled and comfortable with my one complaint coming from WiFi problems leading to the router failing to connect to our phones unless we were in specific parts of the room. Other than that minor complaint i would say that this hotel is a must if you want something thats comfortable and accessible to the city centre.
