Enjoyed a great staycation at this hotel. People who know JBR know the traffic is heavy in the evening so it didn’t bother me too much. The staff were brilliant from the valet, restaurant staff and cleaners. Was a brief power cut on the last evening of our stay but was quickly rectified and compensation was offered on check out.

The environment is fantastic, 1mins walk to the bench with lots of restaurants nearby. I love how friendly the staff are. In particular I was impressed by the concierge, who has been extremely helpful and supportive during my stay. A big shout out to Sayhem, Adnan and Temi. Will definitely come back next time.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can truly recommend it from the bottom of our hearts. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained, and has a fantastic atmosphere where you immediately feel comfortable and relaxed. The food was excellent – a great variety, always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. There was something for everyone, including children. We would especially like to highlight the outstanding service. The entire team was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. A very special thank you goes to Margaret – she is an incredibly kind, dedicated, and amazing person who made our stay even more special. Our children also had a fantastic time. There were many opportunities for them to play, and everything was very family-friendly, allowing us to fully enjoy our time together. Thank you for this unforgettable experience – we would love to come back!

We stayed at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah from December 27 to January 3 and celebrated the New Year there. We were very disappointed that there was no separate room for a child. Our sincere gratitude to Mr. Mani, Concierge, for his polite manner and excellent service. He helped us with our luggage and arranged it perfectly for us ❤️ We would also like to thank our cleaner, Ms. Padma ❤️❤️❤️ She cleaned our room thoroughly, took all our requests into account, and brought everything we needed promptly. We were happy to leave her tips. We also thank Ms. Melanie from Oceana Kitchen for the excellent organization of our meals and table arrangements. We were very sorry that the waiter Arnold, who provided outstanding service during our stay in March 2025, was not working this time. Unfortunately, we forgot to leave a review about his wonderful work back then 🫶🏻 In our opinion, the waitress named Diona should behave more conservatively and avoid wearing very short skirts, as the hotel has a reputation for being a family-friendly hotel for couples with children. On January 1st and 2nd, the water in the swimming pool was cold, and we were unable to swim with our child ☹️ Overall, the holiday was excellent. Thank you, Hilton 😘

We had a lovely stay! The staff was very attentive, especially our room attendant Janaka. So much attention was paid to our every need. The hotel it’s self is beautiful and so well located.
