I would like to leave a five-star review for the Hilton Dubai The Walk. These five stars are truly well deserved and they are especially thanks to Leonida from the café inside your hotel. I came in feeling very tired during a short break from work, and Leonida immediately made me feel welcome and cared for. She kindly offered me tea and gave me a choice of four different options. I chose jasmine tea, and she thoughtfully suggested having it with honey instead of sugar. That small recommendation made a big difference the jasmine tea with honey was perfect. When I asked her about the cookies, she explained that one option was sweeter while the other was not as sweet. She advised me to choose the sweeter one if I wanted something richer and I did. It was exactly what I needed at that moment. I had already paid my bill, but I made sure to leave her a tip afterward because she absolutely deserved it. Leonida is a true professional. Her attention to detail, kindness, and warm attitude turned my short break into a genuinely pleasant experience and made my day much better. Thank you, Hilton, for having such wonderful staff. These five stars are well earned thanks to Leonida.

The hotel staff were amazing. They blessed us with a complimentary breakfast for our 25th Wedding anniversary. The Front Office Manager - Pooja, came to see us and wished us for our anniversary. Her and the Front Desk Team had a photo with us. We felt like we were one of the Hilton Family. We are now part of Hilton Honors. Everytime we visit Dubai we will only stay at the Hilton Dubai Jumeriah The Valet service team were fantastic, they were eager to park the car in the perfect parking space in front of the hotel. And took great care of the hire car. And immediately opened the car doors as soon as we arrived. Especially Ramadas the Valet Team leader. The Housekeeping team left us an amazing anniversary presentation. The room was always clean and fresh. The Front Reception team booked us in swiftly, and a huge thank you to Rotuta who was so amazing. Charity who served us at the pool was amazing. TraderVics was amazing. By far the best hotel in Dubai, located on The Walk.

Great hotel. Location is the best. A minute walk to a beautiful beach with clear water. The Observation Wheel is nearby, and the metro takes you directly to Dubai Mall and other places. The hotel is cozy, and the rooms are spacious. The service is excellent! The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially the concierge Mani. He helped with our luggage and was very responsive. The rooms are well-maintained. The staff is not arrogant, and they are great people! Thank you!

I really liked this hotel! We had breakfast+dinner, themed dinners every evening, everything was delicious. The hotel is located on the first coastline, where there are a lot of sunbeds and you don't have to run and look for free. The staff will meet you on the beach, lay a towel, put an umbrella. There are also several swimming pools, one of which is 16+, which is convenient for people who relax without children. All the staff is very polite, special thanks to Adnan for helping us with our eviction! We will definitely come back again!
