Apart from hotel rooms needing a bit of an update really enjoyed everything else about the hotel. Lots to do for kids and adults. The team running the entertainment and kids clubs were excellent, fun and engaging. Direct access pool room definitely worth it. So easy to pop back to room. Never had the feeling the hotel was over crowded. Liked the all inclusive plus aspect.

We stayed for 6 nights at Hilton Dalaman. I took my whole family there to celebrate my nephews birthday. We had the all inclusive package. The main buffet (which is pretty much the only food you get with the all inclusive package) was great! It was huge and was high quality. The problem is that it was the same thing daily. You needed to pay for the other restaurants. We did try to reserve at the Chinese restaurant to celebrate the birthday. The concierge messed up the days so we ended up at the buffet again. The guest relations were extremely unskilled in hospitality and could not fix the situation.
All in all it was a good experience, the service at the pools and the buffet was great! It is definitely not worth the money, you need to lower your hospitality standards and you will enjoy it.

Our recent stay at the Hilton Dalaman was nothing short of amazing, and a huge part of that credit goes to the incredible staff! They were incredibly attentive and friendly, especially towards the kids, making our family vacation truly relaxing and enjoyable. From helping with activities to ensuring everything was perfect in our room, their genuine care shone through every interaction.
The resort itself is breathtaking. Stunning views of the pools, mountains, and the sea create a picture-perfect backdrop for your entire stay. We loved spending time by the multiple pools, with dedicated areas for children to splash around safely. The daily activities at the Carpi Kids Club were a big hit with the kids, and they were equally entertained by the amazing nightly shows at the amphitheater.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with stunning views. The resort's buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food, with themed nights to keep things interesting throughout your stay.
Overall, we had a wonderful time at the Hilton Dalaman and would highly recommend it to families looking for a fun-filled and relaxing vacation in Turkey. The multiple pools, Carpi Kids Club, themed buffets, nightly shows, and stunning views will keep everyone entertained. But what truly sets this resort apart is the amazing staff who go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable.

This was our second visit to the Hilton Sarigerme. What a fantastic resort absolutely amazing. Staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you, service is outstanding. Food is also amazing lots to choose from. Would definitely recommend for families and couples. The spa treatment was also a treat excellent deep tissue massage to rub away your niggles. My Wife and I were pampered in beautiful surroundings.
