We went as a family of 3, me my wife and 6 year old son. We arrived to find the room clean and tidy and our impression of the staff to be friendly and accommodating which continued throughout our 7 days. Plenty of kids activities at the kidz club and the water park was literally a SPLASH.
Good entertainment in the evening, although a bit repetitive.
Great selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, even as vegetarians we had plenty on offer, the staff and chef's were happy to accommodate and special dietary requirements if you asked. Top tip don't use the mini bar in the room, bar staff were happy to give you bottled beer and soft drinks tins to take away (the same they have in the room) I did and just used the fridge to keep them cold just remember what was in the fridge to start with.
Great reps from Jet2 holidays offering a variety of excursions, definitely worth a visit, my son wants to return again next year that's how good we found our 7 day trip at the beginning of April 2024.

I don’t know where to start with this place… it’s the second time we’ve come here…
Let’s start with the staff. They go out of their way to make this a great experience for the guests, from the cleaners, the lifeguards, the waiting staff, the reception and guest relations to the entertainment and sport teams and the kids club. It feels like a place where the staff are super happy and that energy bounces off of them towards the guests- the managers must be doing something very right to keep such a big team so happy!
The location is extraordinary, the beach on one side and mountain-scapes everywhere else. There are a few pools to choose from including a couple of sweet pools for kids with slides as well as the much bigger slide park.
The food is high quality with great variety every evening. I often get bored with buffets but here it’s really tasty and varied.
The kids club is the best we’ve come across. Our kids are shy and don’t like going in to these things normally but the staff made them feel really comfortable and cared for that they went in for a few afternoons and mornings which gave us some time to chill.
There are loads of activities included in the programme - we didn’t take full advantage but what we did do - the archery, the magic show and the festival with acrobats - we loved.
We came in April so cool enough to do a day trip to see the ancient tombs in Dalysn and boat ride down the river to see beautiful turtles.
All in all, it’s a fantastic place - I could go on, but I’ll stop there. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you to everyone who made this such a special experience.

Lovely resort.. staff was excellent.. one issue the ac played up amd no one seemed to know what the issue was..had to use the fan instead.
Hotel opened but rest of the things did not.. water sports etc .. all the snack restaurants did not open. So a bit disappointed they opened on the day of our return..

The resort is amazing, everything is perfect (the beach, activities, food, staff, cleaning, cafes), I would like to send a special thanks to the staff in the spa (Enci) and in guest relations (Aleyna). Love this place , it’s like heaven, this our fifth time in this exceptional place.

Very dated main hotel and rooms, restaurants all very tired. The whole original hotel needs a full renovation, it's charming in a way, but dated for the cost. Most staff were superb, however 11 days of D&V out of 14 days was not how we planned to spend the holiday, (running to the restrooms). The hotel denied any similar cases, yet everyone we spoke to had the same issue. We mainly ate pizza and cans of coke zero due to ongoing gut issues, so a carby holiday spent on the loo is not one we would recommend or ever return for.
