We had an amazing stay at Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is excellent in every aspect — the cleanliness is outstanding, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is exceptionally kind and attentive. The restaurants are of very high quality, offering delicious food and a great variety of options. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile and was always happy to assist with anything we needed. The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel has direct access to a beautiful beach. We especially appreciated that the beach is cleaned every morning, keeping it neat, organized, and pleasant throughout the day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Great customer services by all personnel. Our family loved this Hilton location, great food, room cleanliness, amazing staff and kids friendly atmosphere. My kids loved the kids area all the staff very friendly, they offer daily activities and they follow great safety regulations for families with kids. It’s a safe location for families, travelers solo and friends. We enjoy so much the restaurants on site specially the buffet at Vela serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food variety and tasty flavors were offered in this place. We enjoy meeting the executive Chef an amazing talented woman full of culinary creativity and great customer services to all guests. Another remarkable hotel staff from Vela goes to Samuel Capul took care of our family offering amazing service and making us feel welcome at all times. We appreciate all Mar Caribe Hilton staff for their hard work and reassuring that guest enjoyed an amazing time. Don’t miss the nightly activities are very fun.

This hotel is great. Great service, attentive service staff and helpful. Only minor issues were needed to request more hand soap, body gel and tissues for our room. The speciality restaurants were nice. In our experience the Maxal was the best. Our server was Orlando and he took really good care of us. The hostess was the only hostess to put our napkins on our laps. La Luce was also very nice. The Vela was terrific with a great assortment of foods to select for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were Enclave status guests and we enjoyed extra perks. Highly recommend the spa for hydro sessions and massage suggest requesting Shelia or Janeth, both exceptional. The beauty salon was nice too, suggest requesting Lidia for any hair service. This is a beautiful resort with plenty to enjoy during the day and great entertainment in the evening. Will return again.

I would like to give a huge shout out to the staff at the kids club! We stayed there from Feb 2-9th. They made my daughter feel so comfortable there. She was asking to go every day! Their programming was so fun and had all my daughters favorite activities like freeze dance and floor is lava. They made the cutest cultural crafts which ended up being our favorite souvenirs. On our last day they gave her a sweet card and a keychain to remember her vacation! The whole hotel is lovely but I would go back just for the staff at the kids club!

We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe and would absolutely return. From the moment we arrived, the level of service stood out. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was comfortable and seamless. A special thank-you to Kevin and Orlando by the pool — they were attentive, professional, and incredibly friendly without ever being intrusive. They anticipated needs before we even had to ask and helped create a relaxing atmosphere that elevated the entire experience. Over at the Enclave Bar, Santos and Sergio delivered the same high-caliber service. Their hospitality, efficiency, and genuine warmth did not go unnoticed. It is clear this resort prioritizes hiring people who care about guest experience. The food was above average across the board, with plenty of variety and quality that exceeded what we typically expect from an all-inclusive property. We were consistently pleased with our meals. Our room was another highlight — spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable. It was thoughtfully stocked with snacks and bottled waters, all included, which made it easy to settle in immediately. The daily turndown service was a classy touch that added to the feeling of being well cared for. Overall, this property strikes an excellent balance between comfort, quality, and service. If you are looking for a resort where the staff truly makes the difference, Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe delivers.
