We just got back from a 3 night girls trip and I definitely will be back to this resort — solely for the SERVICE!!!!! We were treated like absolute royalty - as with any all inclusive, the food is just ok. But the resort is so beautiful in a great location, and the spa services were amazing- here are the service people I recommend you find : Leo & Kevin - pool service - they made our entire experience amazing and were bending over backwards for us. They went well above their job to make us feel special and entertain us. Showed us so much kindness. Baak- adult pool waiter - same feedback as above. He had us cracking up and was quick and efficient Spa- Jair & Veronica - amazing 10/10

We had a great time there last year and hope to go again this coming weekend! Nitella was an EXCELLENT Zumba instructor who really make the mornings that much more fun! I'd go back to see her. Everyone was quite attentive and pleasant! The spicy mango tango and passion fruit mezcalitas are something I'm seriously looking forward to. We got an excellent couples massage. Staff were not relaxing and checking their phones but truly seeking to serve extraordinarily well! Can't wait to go back!!!

Great resort and first one we've been to (out of the 10 we've recruited to) that we wouldn't hesitate to return to or recommend. The staff work so hard to provide excellent and attentive service. The beach is breathtakingly beautiful and the pools are plentiful. We traveled in January 2026 and there were always sun loungers available at the beach or by the many pools even though the resort was well populated. There was a great selection of food, with lots of options at the restaurants and buffet. Maxal, the Mexican restaurant, was a highlight. Chef Ixayana Cid prepared delicious dishes and Roni, Jennifer, Angeles, and especially Ricardo took excellent care of us and made our last meal at the resort memorable. We'll happily return!

My family and I stayed here for a week and we had a blast! We stayed in an ocean-front room and the view was stunning. We also were enclave, and that was wonderful as well. The rooftop pool for enclave guests was phenomenal! Not only was the view there amazing, but the staff up there were top-tier! We constantly had people checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable. We enjoyed laying out by the many pools each day and we were very well taken care of by all of the staff, but more specifically Leo and J.C. They were FANTASTIC! So friendly and accommodating. Super great people. We spent a day on the beach and it was so clean and the water was so blue. We also enjoyed all of the events during the day as well as the ones at night. The entire entertainment team was amazing and created such a fun environment for all ages. Oscar and Santos specifically were so much fun. They really brought the energy! During the Havana Night, Oscar taught me how to do various different Latin style dances (which is something I’ve always wanted to do) and truly made this trip an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at Hilton Mar Caribe was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The property is beautiful, modern, and impeccably maintained, with stunning ocean views and a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere. The room we had was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We had the beachfront room (enclave). So Waking up to the sea views was a highlight. The beach was gorgeous and pool areas are well designed, never felt overcrowded, and offered the perfect balance between relaxation and fun. The service truly stood out — every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Food and beverage options were excellent, with great variety and quality throughout the resort. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and served with a smile. Overall, Hilton Mar Caribe delivers exactly what my family has hoped for in a luxury beach resort: comfort, quality, and outstanding service. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay. A special mention goes to the entertainment team #hiltonentertainment by the pool, who brought incredible energy and made each day fun and memorable. Santos, Oscar, Antonio, Edwardo, Hugo, and Carlos, the DJs, Parker and Jesus were just FANTASTIC — They were engaging, friendly, and always making guests were having a great time. As a wonderful surprise, we were voted “Group of the Week,” which made our experience even more special. A sincere thank you to everyone for making our stay truly unforgettable.
