We just got back from a 3 night girls trip and I definitely will be back to this resort — solely for the SERVICE!!!!! We were treated like absolute royalty - as with any all inclusive, the food is just ok. But the resort is so beautiful in a great location, and the spa services were amazing- here are the service people I recommend you find : Leo & Kevin - pool service - they made our entire experience amazing and were bending over backwards for us. They went well above their job to make us feel special and entertain us. Showed us so much kindness. Baak- adult pool waiter - same feedback as above. He had us cracking up and was quick and efficient Spa- Jair & Veronica - amazing 10/10

3 nights with 3 families from NZ. Teenaged children. Had the best time. Rooms were amazing, big bathrooms, big beds, beautiful deck with view of ocean and resort. Food delicious, buffet lots of options, went to Italian one night and Asian one night. Big thank you to Orlando who looked after us at the pool, the drinks kept flowing! The entertainment team were awesome. We loved aqua aerobics, games and challenges around the pool, dancing at night after the fantastic shows. Big thank you to Santos, Antonio, Hugo, Carlos ... DJs for a fun holiday keeping us all laughing and entertained.

I stayed at Hilton Cancún Mar Caribe All Inclusive for three full days and booked the Enclave experience. Overall, the service was solid. On our arrival day, we were able to check in early, have lunch at the restaurant, and access the room at 3 pm. On the checkout day, we were still allowed to stay on the beach and enjoy the facilities in the afternoon, which was very convenient. Food was one of the weaker points compared to dining outside the resort. Many dishes lacked refinement and consistency. Among the restaurants, our personal ranking was Maxal > Noriku > La Luce. The buffet menu changed slightly each day, but the variation was minimal. We stayed in a beachfront room on the first floor, which was a highlight. Stepping directly onto the beach from the room was extremely convenient. The room itself was comfortable, and housekeeping was very attentive. One downside was that the TV did not support any smart apps. We ended up buying an HDMI cable to connect a laptop just to watch YouTube. Since this is a family friendly resort, it can be quite noisy during the day. Sleeping in was difficult, so I would recommend bringing earplugs and an eye mask if you are sensitive to noise.

My family had a nice time at the Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe. The highlight was absolutely the staff, to whom I would give 5 stars: 1) Fernando in the lobby bar made delicious drinks and was quite personable 2) Denises in the Noriku restaurant was an ultra-attentive waiter who always went above and beyond to make our time with him excellent 3) Joosef in the Seasalt bar was kind and had a great smile as well as made excellent drinks 4) Val taught a very nice AquaFit class, which was so nice to actually work my body amid the lounging around 5) Alejandro among the bell hops was so kind, working really hard to make sure that our shuttle arrived in time to bring us to the airport. 6) The Beach Bunch staff were lovely, professional, and a lot of fun! However, the activity in the Chala Sky Bar was SO LOUD every evening. I was afraid to open my balcony door while my daughter was asleep around 8pm, so I had to hide in the bathroom instead. Even inside, the loud music and irritating MCs were really disruptive to the peace of the location. Also, our room door did not block much sound and I was awoken more than once in the middle of the night by a noisy guest. There was no quiet in my room with the water processing facilities right next to it! The wi-fi was just dreadful. I'm grateful my cell provider continued to work because my phone kept rejecting the wi-fi due to low quality. Finally, the food was buffet-quality, no matter where you ate. The red quinoa at La Luce was unpalatably salty, the Seasalt wood fired pizzas tasted like they were frozen despite being made-to-order, there weren't nearly enough vegetarian options in the buffet, and there also were hardly any Mexican options since we were, you know, in Mexico. It felt like we'd never left the US, which was disappointing, as I'd hoped for at least a sprinkle of Mexican culture. We won't be returning.

The mar caribe bay in cancun is what it is because of its employee's. from the chefs at the sandbar to rita.And kevin and octavio, and so many more, I can't name. To those who kept the drinks flowing at the pool and the beach to antonio and santash, who were so entertaining and the djs, always made the pool activities fun to the cleaning staff who you never saw but boy, they kept the place clean. To every meal we had was outstanding to the chefs and the waitstaff. And Veronica in the spa who managed a couple massage and individual full experience spa treatment to my facial all in an afternoons work. She was fabulous. The people are great and made is feel like family. Thank you.
