Where do I even start? From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, every single staff member went above and beyond for us. Especially the team at the restaurant Vela; Chef Axel, Chef Rodrigo, our waiter Ricardo, waitress Alejandra, and the wonderful leader Wilberth! They made us feel so welcome, remembered our preferences, and treated us with such warmth and care throughout our stay. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to each of them for catering so thoughtfully to our halal dietary needs. It meant so much to us to be able to enjoy each meal with complete peace of mind, and the effort they made to ensure everything was perfect did not go unnoticed. Their attention to detail, respect for our requirements, and genuine hospitality truly elevated our entire experience. I have attached two of our halal meals below in which they kindly catered for us - which tasted absolutely divine! Thank you again - we are so grateful, and we’ll be recommending this hotel, especially dining at Vela to all our friends and family!

My stay at the Hilton Cancun was truly memorable! From the moment we arrived, the resort impressed us with its sleek design, impeccable cleanliness, and warm hospitality. The all-inclusive offerings were top-notch—delicious food, refreshing drinks, and a wide variety of activities to enjoy without ever leaving the property. A special highlight of our trip was dining at Vela. The service we received there was exceptional, especially thanks to Alejandra and others, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Their attentive and friendly service made each meal feel special, and we’re so grateful for the genuine hospitality. The only downsides during our visit was the presence of sargassum on the beach and the TVs aren't smart enough to transmit BT from your phone to the screen. While the resort did its best to manage the seaweed, it did limit our time in the water. That said, we understand this varies depending on the season and wouldn't let it deter us from returning—there's still so much to enjoy on the property itself. Overall, the Hilton Cancun delivered on luxury, comfort, and excellent service. We would absolutely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, all-inclusive escape in paradise.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive Resort, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous — so classy, elegant, and beautifully designed that I felt like I had stepped onto the set of The White Lotus. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. A special shoutout to our waiter, Moises, who went above and beyond to make every meal special with his warmth and attention to detail. Our room was stunning — spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I could have stayed in there all day, but the rest of the resort was just as amazing. The food selection was fantastic, with a great variety that kept every meal exciting, and the nighttime activities were so fun and well-organized. There was always something to do without ever feeling overwhelming. If you’re looking for a luxurious, all-inclusive experience that makes you feel like a VIP every step of the way, this is the place. I’m already dreaming about going back!

We stayed at Hilton Cancun for 8 nights as a family of five (2 adults and 3 kids), and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is very kid-friendly, with plenty of activities to keep the kids engaged throughout the day. The food was excellent — lots of variety and great quality. Our room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, perfect for a family. The beach was beautiful — not the typical crystal-clear water of the hotel zone, but still very enjoyable. They also did a great job keeping it clean and clearing seaweed daily. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend Hilton Cancun for families!

We had a few hiccups with the service early on (check in was absurdly slow and a few service issues) but spoke with the concierge early on (Maria, who was great) and service was generally excellent from then out. Amir and David the sommeliers were wonderful - attentive and knowledgeable. Service was always excellent at the restaurants that require reservations, very good at the other restaurant (the Asian one, Sunan) and solid at the buffet, Vela. Food was excellent at the restaurants, by regular restaurant standards, not just all-inclusive standards. The buffet was solid, the lobby coffee shop was good, the bars were all solid, if the beer selection was maybe a bit slim (it is all inclusive, so no real complaint there). I lucked into the head bartender at the lobby bar one day (he was twirling bar equipment and had a fancy leather apron) and got the best mint julep I’ve ever had. The hotel is well maintained, the beach was nice, and I was frankly prepared to leave a 5 star review… Then we got to the last night (tonight, now at 10pm) and trying to freaking sleep. Some MLM company was having an event at the south pool. We paid for an “upgrade” to be ocean front on the top floor, over the south pool. Apparently that was a mistake. With the balcony doors closed we’re at 50 - 70 dbs (I checked with my Apple Watch) from the event’s crazy thumping music. I can hear middle aged idiots screaming 7 floors down. Strobe lights flashing through the curtains. My 13 year old was enjoying it until about 10pm, but at that point we wanted to get some sleep - early flight in the AM. I asked the guy in the lobby how long it was going to go and he basically said sorry, it’s going to 11, tough shit. I get it. We’re in Cancun. But this isn’t the Hard Rock, it’s not in the hotel zone, it’s supposed to be a bit classier. I imagine the folks at the Waldorf next door are losing their minds. The folks that paid for the “swim up suites” on the first floor better be getting refunds. I can’t give the place a zero, because everything else was so well done. But I can’t say that I’d come back unless they could guarantee we wouldn’t have bass thumping techno party outside our balcony until 11pm. Maybe I’ll rethink this in the morning and go back to a 4 or 5 rating. It probably deserves at least a 4. Our concierge, Maria, was great. Amir and David, the sommeliers, were great. Most of the wait staff were great. Food was generally great. But damn, way to go out with a whimper. Edit - it’s now 10:30 and the music is down to a more tolerable 40 db average. I can still hear the occasional middle aged wail, but this is now manageable. I shudder to imagine the number of complaints. Will reconsider my score in the AM. Second edit - having returned home and cooled off, I think the place deserves a 5. The staff was almost universally wonderful, but no hotel is perfect. Really need to include a sound level limitation on group events.
