We had an amazing time at the Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive with our family. From start to finish, everything went smoothly—check-in and check-out were efficient and hassle-free. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We really appreciated how thoughtful the restaurant team was, especially when it came to our son’s gluten intolerance—they went out of their way to ensure he had safe and tasty options every day. While there were some halal options available, a few required an additional charge, but overall the culinary experience was very enjoyable. The pool area was a highlight—well-maintained with plenty of seating, and there were fun activities happening daily that kept the kids engaged. The beach was nice, though there was quite a bit of seaweed along the shore during our stay. Fortunately, the hotel wasn’t too crowded, which made the experience even more relaxing. The weather was perfect throughout our trip. If we had one suggestion, it would be to add more evening entertainment like outdoor movie nights or themed events to make the nights more lively. Overall, we had a memorable and relaxing vacation. We’d definitely recommend Hilton Cancun for families looking for comfort, good service, and a great poolside experience.

Thanks to Manager Boris, an issue with our room was resolved promptly and efficiently. He offered a reasonable alternative solution that allowed us to continue our stay comfortably and without disruption. His thoughtful approach truly made a difference in our experience. While a few F&B staff gave the impression of expecting tips, I understand this may be due to the demanding nature of their work. It wasn’t a major issue and certainly didn’t affect the enjoyment of our trip. The location made airport shuttle services and hopping tours very smooth and convenient, with minimal waiting time — which was especially helpful as we were traveling with a child. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and I’d like to express my appreciation for the excellent service.

What a wonderful place. My husband an I had the best time. Drinks were always being served and the food was great. Our room was perfect. At the Italian restaurant there were 2 servers who went out of their way to bring ice cream to us which was not on the menu but they wanted to make my husband happy. Our servers Alejandro and Guadalupe were so nice and went above and beyond. In the breakfast buffet, Daniel did a card trick to entertain us. The people were so great. I would live there of I could.

Honest Review Time! I had some of the best quality time with my family here—truly memorable! The food was delicious, and the service was absolutely outstanding. Pros: • Incredible food • Exceptional service • Clean, comfortable rooms Cons: • I felt there weren’t enough daytime activities for adults. I wish the volleyball nets at the beach and pool were available throughout the day instead of just during scheduled activity times. • Restaurant reservations were a bit limited and could be improved. P.S. Huge shoutout to Jonathan and Elvis—they went above and beyond with their service. Absolutely top-tier!

Where do I even start? From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, every single staff member went above and beyond for us. Especially the team at the restaurant Vela; Chef Axel, Chef Rodrigo, our waiter Ricardo, waitress Alejandra, and the wonderful leader Wilberth! They made us feel so welcome, remembered our preferences, and treated us with such warmth and care throughout our stay. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to each of them for catering so thoughtfully to our halal dietary needs. It meant so much to us to be able to enjoy each meal with complete peace of mind, and the effort they made to ensure everything was perfect did not go unnoticed. Their attention to detail, respect for our requirements, and genuine hospitality truly elevated our entire experience. I have attached two of our halal meals below in which they kindly catered for us - which tasted absolutely divine! Thank you again - we are so grateful, and we’ll be recommending this hotel, especially dining at Vela to all our friends and family!
