The resort is excellent with beautiful restaurants, excellent food, a great location very close to the airport and nice rooms. However, what made our stay exceptional was some of the staff members. Specifically Diego, Alex, and Federico, who work as a team in the restaurants and at the buffet, were so focused on making our time there as wonderful as possible. They went above and beyond to make sure we received great service. They were also intent on making us feel like we were the most important people in the restaurant. And they succeeded. Their personal interactions made us feel like family. Their warmness made us look forward to seeing them for breakfast every day. Wonderful people like them made our stay a great experience.

Well executed resort, exceeded expectations! The amenities are state of the art. The views are very good, and the interior design is incredibly neatly done and friendly. The pools and fitness amenities are great, the restaurants are amazing, and the activity selection was very fun and engaging, especially at the gym. The outdoor sabor de Mexico was so good, we wish it came more than just Fridays. We also really liked the drinks selection. Staff that were outstanding were the 4-5 concierge staff we interacted with, Javier from the fitness room, David from Maxal, and Abelardo and Alexis from La Luce. The room service and cleaning staff were great as well! The rooms washroom doors are not well designed however, the full glass length without stoppers or large enough gaps gave one of us a deep cut on a toe. The glass washroom walls are also not very family friendly Another complaint was the relative remoteness of the resort (and the topes on the access road were motion sickness inducing) and the beach, but those are minor. That being said, the complimentary buses to the Canopy in the hotel zone mostly makes up for it.

This is an absolutely horrible all-inclusive experience. The hotel is over full, understaffed, and full of excuses. No dining reservation available for the first two nights of our stay, and then limited options after that. By 10am, there is not a seat to be had anywhere with chairs reserved officially and chairs covered by stuff but unoccupied. The staff blames everyone else. There were absolutely no towels to be had anywhere. We got sent in an endless loop - go to the other pool, go to the front desk, go to the concierge… then the blame. The guests take too many. This is a conference hotel not intended for this kind of thing. You have to pay extra. The laundry isn’t keeping up. This is FAR substandard for the Hilton brand and shouldn’t be acceptable. If you cannot accommodate your guests, you have overbooked. This isn’t an unusual occurrence. Christmas and New Years happens regularly. We have traveled extensively, including all-inclusive during the holiday period. This is, by far, the worst all-inclusive service experience we have encountered. We are used to crowds and people. But we are also used to a hotel that knows how to accommodate and make it work. This hotel obviously does not.

Wonderful vacation all inclusive hotel!!! I visited with a friend of mine and we absolutely loved all aspects. The resort first and foremost felt very safe, clean, and nice. All food was fantastic and with much variety. The hotel is beautiful. We really enjoyed the pools and walks on the beach as well. HAVE to give recognition to the bar tenders Baldemar and Wendy for making the best drinks on the property and providing quick service all day and evening at the lobby bar. Definitely plan on visiting again!

We had a dream vacation from beginning to end. The hotel is great and location is one of the best I’ve ever been. Food and service were also very good. I have to especially recognize their Mexican restaurant Maxal, it has an excellent menu. I am celiac and have strict dietary restrictions, and the whole crew took great care of me. Chef Omar and Marcelino were incredible, always very kind, attentive and very professional, and Wilburth was also great. . It was the best culinary experience I had in years! We cannot wait to go back and continue enjoying this amazing place and people.
