Hellen Lima - Le Valley
The resort is beautiful and offers excellent dining options at all of its restaurants. The pool area is relaxing and well maintained, making it a great place to unwind. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an endless selection of delicious food. Sudar greeted us every day during our stay and was always professional, friendly, and welcoming. The entire staff was helpful, attentive, and greeted us with warm smiles throughout our visit. Our room was impeccably maintained by Yoga, who did an outstanding job keeping everything clean and comfortable. Although it's a long journey for us, we would definitely return and stay here again. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this resort. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Wissile Sogoyou
This is a great hotel resort. It’s a bit in the middle of nowhere but nice to enjoy and relax. The staff and service is outstanding they make sure that you’re enjoying your stay. Hotel It’s got so much amenities and fun things to do that you don’t need to go anywhere else. They have a nice gym, many pools with small and slides, pool basketball and volleyball nets, jacuzzi, pool & ping pong table and nice gardens as well as activities you can join in. It is very kid friendly they have a lot to entertain themselves. Location There is pretty much nothing around so make sure to plan your trip accordingly. We used grab to go to uluwatu and it was $9 and $6 to melasti beach. Make sure to add a bit more time than planned because you could hit big traffic. Food 6-7 restaurant to choose from, the included breakfast was one of the largest breakfast option I’ve seen you could choose from Japanese soup, Indian, Balinese, European, etc I had choice paralysis 😂. If you’re diamond member I highly recommend to hit their executive lounge, I’ve done a lot of travel to many nice Hilton properties and this is by far the best executive lounge with a lot of food option and drinks. Rooms Rooms were nice we got upgraded with ocean view room that overlook the pool area as well. And the cliff tower is probably the best location in the hotel since you can directly access the pool, the gym and the beach from that tower avoiding you all the walking since it is very large property. We are staying at the Hilton Nusa Dua before our wedding to relax and enjoy some downtime before the big day, and the service has been exceptional. From the moment we checked in, Shintya and David were amazing and looked after us perfectly. As a special celebration treat, we were upgraded to a beautiful room and arrived to a thoughtful welcome message and cake ahead of our wedding. The room is spacious, comfortable, and has a stunning view. We would like to sincerely thank Shintya and David for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Their kindness and attention to detail made this experience truly special

Spectacular views in all weather. Beautiful campus. Good beach. Friendly, over-the-top staff. Executive lounge is excellent—enjoy a free meal with cocktails in the evening—though for breakfast, I recommend the buffet (the Grain) because it is huge. The two cafe/restaurants at the beach were wonderful to work on my laptop while enjoying snacks and views. I also had a great time at the spa and did the pure indulgence package. They give you your own private building with outdoor shower and bath. The massage was my favorite part. Special thanks to the executive lounge staff Risma, Karisma, Ribi, Ita, Sisil, and Agnes for the extremely high quality of service and friendly help.

Had a pleasant stay at Hilton Bali. This is the second leg of my trip and on the very day I arrived to Hilton I was down with the notorious Bali belly. Fortunately there’s a clinic on site and the doctor who came was very experienced and good. Celebrated my birthday in Hilton and the service was impeccable. Special thanks to Alit for making up our room and folding the very, very pretty towels. Alit made a birthday cake with 2 swans, one pair of boy and girl too. I’ve never seen art towels made like these before and it’s really beautiful. Thank you for making my birthday extra special even though I was really still quite sick at that point but it did brighten my day. The resort is also gorgeous and I wish I was in better health to enjoy it. The room’s very comfortable too.
