I had such a wonderful experience staying at Hilton Bali! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. Shout out to Front Office team Farsha, Sari, vira, Risma u guys are amazing. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade to cliff tower facing the ocean view, which made my stay even more special. The upgraded room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a very comfortable bed. The view from the balcony was lovely with beautiful ocean view, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet — so many great choices and everything tasted fresh. And also get surprised from FB staff for my birthday. Thank you also for warm services from ibu sumerti, Mei, Prapta and Murtini, was amazing dinner i ever had with delicious wagyu beef and seafood (two thumbs up 👍 👍) The hotel’s location is perfect, has a private beach with beautiful lagoon pool making may stay more enjoyable. What truly stood out, though, was the level of hospitality — everyone went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Thank you, Hilton Bali, for such a memorable stay. I’ll definitely come back again soon!

What a truly amazing experience from the moment we stepped out of the taxi. Everyone was so warm,welcoming, and friendly. From the check-in desk to the Dusa lounge while we waited for the villa to be prepared. Nothing was a problem to make us feel welcome. Subrati and her team were fantastic, big shout out to Ita and Nisa and all the staff. The housekeeping team were fantastic and the pool guy who made sure it was leaf free! A truly amazing experience , the pool villa just added the cherry to the cake. Big thank you to everyone for making this an unforgettable experience Look forward to returning 😊

I stayed at Hilton Bali Resort from 10–15 November and had an excellent experience. The resort is stunning, with scenic cliffside and ocean views and a calm, relaxed vibe. Breakfast at The Grain was a highlight — great variety, and I especially loved the durian ice cream. Options ranged from Indonesian, British, Indian, and Chinese dishes to salads, cereals, desserts, and good coffee. The staff were very accommodating and hospitable, with a special thanks to Kenan. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. I stayed in two rooms: one with a cliff view and later a suite right in front of the pool, allowing direct access for swimming. Access to the private beach was also really nice. There are plenty of pools around the resort and even a tennis court. I’d love to come back again — a truly memorable stay.

We loved our stay at the Hilton Bali Resort. The check-in process is wonderful and the staff are quick to help out in any way they can. We stayed in the one bedroom villa and enjoyed every moment of it. Every aspect of the room is well thought out. The staff are really amazing and go above and beyond in even the simplest of things. Hi there, thank you for the wonderful hospitality. The room and service were excellent, everything felt well, maintained and thoughtfully arranged. I’d also like to highlight the accessibility. There are plenty of taxis available around the resort, so transportation is never a problem. If you prefer using a motorcycle service, you can simply take a short walk to the main entrance and easily get a Grab or Gojek from there. Overall, it was a great stay, and I truly appreciate the comfort and warmth from all the staff. I would definitely love to come back!
