I recently stayed for a business trip and was impressed by the beautiful facilities and the good service provided by the staff. However, I had a concerning experience during my stay. The water quality in the hotel was not clean, and after spending five days there, I unfortunately left with a case of water poisoning, which I believe was due to the dirty water.
For such a large and expensive resort, I expected better attention to basic amenities like water quality. Implementing a proper water filtration system would greatly improve the guest experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

Great experience. We got upgraded to an Ocean Facing room with fantastic view of the ocean. Perfect for Sunrise pictures and videos. Rooms have all that you require with 24 Hour room service. Be prepared to walk as activities such as the pool area may be far from your actual room. Fantastic staff, that will cater to your needs, and are super friendly. We witnessed a wedding in the gardens this weekend too! Check in might be a little smoother (there are plenty staff though) Just make sure you check in, before or after the actual time, possibly to avoid a rush of people.
Facilities are incredible, with many options of pools and bars on the property.
Gym is well equipped, and I could get a full workout in.
Highly recommended.

Great hotel with spacious room, nice views of the beach and great pools for children. Liked the various food provided for breakfast. Complete facilities, and great for a getaway to have a relaxing stay. Downside is, most of the hotels in this area are quite far and secluded and no places to go that is walking-distance. If you like to explore places on foot, search and find a more suitable place.

Everything is perfect it’s just like you are in heaven but reaching from one place to another you have to walk a lot. From room to pool, gym and other restaurants.
Restaurant are really good , pool is clean and big , gym is wow.
Only problem with vegetarian menu in breakfast buffet , options are available but taste is not good and for non vegetarian again it’s wow😍
Enough staff and always ready to help with smiling face ❤️.

Really amazing resort. The best parts are the views and the service. We were given a free upgrade from Hilton status to a massive suite with incredible ocean views. You could listen to the surf going to sleep if you cracked the balcony door open. The service is also excellent. The staff are polite and friendly. They will bend over backwards to ensure your stay is positive and memorable. Everyone is smiling all the time! We were shown to our room, had our bags brought and set up in the closet. The pool area is child friendly with games, floaties, a basketball net, soccer nets and a small sand area next to a shallow end of the pool for small children. The beach itself is a bit underwhelming as there is debris but it looked like there was active construction so this may have been temporary. The fitness centre is very simple with one squat rack, two benches, free weights, one multi use machine, five treadmills and a bicycle. Overall, it was a great stay for relaxation with top notch views and excellent service!
