Been a regular at Hillside Beach Club for over 8 years. Having been to a lot of top class resorts and properties in gorgeous parts of the world I can confidently say that Hillside is one of the, if not THE, best property I have been to. The two bays that the hotel has are incredibly pretty - crystal clear waters. As someone who enjoys open water swimming, I can swim 2-3 miles every day in their open water lane that stretches from one end of the bay to the other. For a buffet style breakfast/lunch/dinner, the food diversity and the quality is VERY solid. Staff is super attentive and courteous, always ready to go the extra mile. And entertainment team is world class (they are literally from all over the world by the way). Yes it is an expensive resort but with everything I mention on this review, the prices are justified since I’d rank this hotel up there with Four Seasons Maui, Hotel Musai Mexico and the like. My only issue with the property is the tobacco smell all over due to a lack of dedicated smoking areas. Ps. Most of the 1-star reviews are pissed off people because there is no public beach access (welcome to Turkey), because of high prices (yup they are steep but as I mentioned much deserved), or with flat out funny accusations (if someone gets a food poisoning here, at least half of the resort should also get it) or odd requests (wanting to tour the resort 4 months in advance before making a reservation haha)

We had a lovely stay in June 2024. The hotel is a one hour journey from Dalaman airport. Reception is very warm, but you are told you must use their app to buy extras in the hotel. I consider this a imposition and they should have a option for people that don't wish to use their app or don't want a Android / Apple phone. If they do have a option it wasn't mentioned to me. Evening entertainment is quite loud and suited to Turkiah tastes half of the evenings we were there, we were with a little child so we stayed in our room each evening and the loudness of the music was not tok bad. In the room fine, on the balcony a bit loud but ok. Food is lovely at the buffet with many options and we enjoyed it every day for a week. On the beach there were plenty of sun loungers and we didn't have to rush to find a place. The water is clear and warm, plenty of fish to see when you snorkel. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Apr 10, 2024: Can’t comment on the resort but the service is horrible. I have contacted the hotel team through the phone in order to do a visit prior to book for Sep 2024. However, at the main door they didn’t allow us to see the common area and our preferred suites to book but rather requested us to leave and do the booking online. Clearly there is a huge room of improvements can be done to the management and service as based on this attitude from there side lost 4 couples willing to get the beat possible suites for one week!

Very high level of service, cleanliness and magnificent natural bay of green and blue. Main restaurant meat grill only was not good and ice cream brand I've seen they've changed Movenpick so not tasty, apart from this it was perfect
