I’ve just come back from a stay at the Higuerón Hilton ( first time ) and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The whole place feels calm and stylish without trying too hard. The staff were friendly in a genuine way, not that “forced smile” vibe you get in some hotels. I mentioned briefly to the manager that it was our wedding anniversary and wanted a recommendation on where to eat and before you knew it we came back to our hotel room to a bottle of fizz and a beautiful cake. The spa was a standout for me — spotless, relaxing and not overcrowded. I actually had a whole weekend with no shoulder pain, which is a miracle in itself. The views around the hotel are gorgeous and the whole place has that peaceful “you can actually switch off here” feel. It was an extra charge but the day rate was reasonable for the experience and kills some hours prior to our flight home! Miguel in the lobby bar couldn’t do enough for us, especially we our requests to slip cava and coffee in the sunshine and his manner and customer service was excellent! David in the infinity lounge made our final breakfast second to none! And kept the coffee flowing … All the staff including house keeping were just lovely. Rooms were clean, beds comfy, food beyond great it was stunning and everything just worked the way it should for a 21st wedding anniversary weekend away. It’s the kind of hotel you leave thinking, “yes, I’ll be back next year for sure to have the experience again” Please try the taster menu if you go! I think I should have upgraded to a pool side room view rather than the partial view but that’s my own doing to save a little money! We went half board and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back soon to make even more memories with you!

Wow... we were so pleasantly surprised! 🤩 We arrived and the lobby and entrance look absolutely amazing, you'll be blown away. ✨ We initially had a standard double room, but we received an upgrade to a suite, which was absolutely fantastic!! 🥳 The food is also delicious, and the overall atmosphere is wonderful. 🍽️ The fitness center is also really well equipped, but generally, a sports enthusiast will find something suitable here, as there's a lot on offer. 🏋️‍♀️🤸‍♂️

If you feel that traditional hotels are too friendly and private, the Higueron is the place for you. They have truly managed to innovate by completely removing the "hospitality" from the hotel experience. The check-in experience was a delight for anyone who hates smiles or eye contact. The receptionist was committed to remaining as cold as possible, no doubt a true professional at making guests feel like a burden. As Hilton Gold members, we assumed parking would be straightforward, but apparently, the real benefit is getting to beg for the spot we’re entitled to. It keeps you humble. The room design is equally bold. Why have walls when you can have "radical intimacy"? The bathroom is literally inside the bedroom. The shower is so close to the bed that if you roll over in your sleep, you might accidentally take a shower. And the toilet? Let’s just say the acoustics are fantastic; nothing says romance like hearing everything your partner is doing five feet away. The highlight, however, was the "Spa Prank." A staff member told us our Gold status granted us Spa access. We booked, got into our swimsuits, and went down, only to be turned away at the door and told we weren't allowed in. The walk of shame back to the room in our swimwear was the cherry on top. Verdict: The ideal hotel if you hate talking to staff and love sleeping inside a bathroom.

I recently stayed at the Higueron Hotel, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, and I was absolutely blown away. The resort itself is stunningly beautiful, a truly refreshing and relaxing environment. It's a place I'd love to visit again and again. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the breakfast. It was an amazing experience, with a wide array of delicious options that surpassed any hotel breakfast I've had before. The cleanliness throughout the resort further contributed to the overall feeling of luxury and comfort. I also want to give a special mention to Samantha. Her service was consistently exceptional, and she truly enhanced the stay with her welcoming and approachable demeanor. Her positive energy is contagious, and her dedication to providing outstanding service is a major asset to the hotel.

Very much a mixed experience at this restaurant. The location at the top of a mountain overlooking a valley and views of the ocean are superb. The exterior of the resort including the pool areas, sports facilities are second to none. It is a visually stunning resort. The rooms themselves are small, clean and fairly basic. It is very much a studio apartment feel as the bathrooms are integrated into the bedroom without a separate facility. The service here was poor and this is where the hotel falls short. We were not made to feel like paying guests right from the check in. Despite being a Hilton Honours member and already have checked in online. We were made to wait to check in again at the front desk. This process took in excess of 40 minutes. As we were waiting in line, a flight crew of 30+ people who arrived following us were checked in first. We made a complaint about this and it was completely overlooked. Unfortunately this hotel is not worth the price due to poor service and is not upholding the high standards that you'd normally expect with Hilton. Please do better.
