Our stay at Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. The island is truly magical: beautiful beaches, crystal-clear water, lush tropical surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel as if you have stepped into another world. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our villa was spotless, the resort grounds were immaculate, and every detail seemed to be taken care of with great attention. The food was excellent throughout our stay. We enjoyed every meal, with a great variety of delicious dishes and consistently high quality in all the restaurants. What impressed us most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, attentive and helpful. Their hospitality was almost overwhelming in the best possible way — we were constantly made to feel welcome, valued and genuinely cared for. We could not have asked for a better holiday. Hideaway exceeded all our expectations, and we would return without hesitation. A truly unforgettable experience in paradise.

All of the staff are incredibly rude. They assigned someone to be responsible for us, but that person didn’t take care of anything at all. There is buggy service for distant areas, yet we had to call and wait more than 30 minutes for it to arrive and ended up walking many times. They never offered any solutions. They completely ruined what should have been a paradise vacation that we paid for. Even though we booked an all-inclusive package, there are restrictions on some meals, with responses like “you can only take one dish.” We have stayed at another hotel in the Maldives before, where an authorized person handled the entire reservation process, and we had no problems at all. Even at the restaurants, they try to seat us in the very back and refuse to give us the table we choose, saying it is reserved. But we are hotel guests as well—why can’t reservations be made for us? In every sense, they turned these beautiful moments into a disgrace. Since our flight was the only one and very late, we requested a late check-out due to health reasons. They said there was no availability in an almost empty hotel, even though we were willing to pay an additional fee. In one word: a terrible experience.

Our stay at Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa was truly the most beautiful vacation we’ve ever had. Everything was exceptional — from the peaceful island atmosphere and stunning villas to the crystal-clear water and incredible attention to detail. One of the highlights was spending time with Sandra, the amazing yoga instructor at Yoga. She brought such great energy, warmth, and positivity to every session and made the whole experience even more relaxing and memorable. A very special thank you as well to Shahin, our butler, who was absolutely incredible throughout our stay. Professional, thoughtful, always available, and attentive to every little detail — he made everything effortless and stress-free for us. A big thank you also to Saiful, who always kept our room perfectly clean and beautifully arranged, and who kindly helped me open the coconuts as well 😊 His kindness and positive attitude truly made a difference during our stay. And a heartfelt thank you to Delia, the manager, who prepared the most beautiful birthday arrangements for me. Every detail was beyond special and made my birthday unforgettable. The care, effort, and kindness from the entire team truly made us feel welcomed and appreciated. This place is pure paradise, but what truly made it unforgettable were the people. Thank you for giving us memories we will cherish forever ❤️

A wonderful resort where the natural surroundings are truly pleasing to the eye. The white-sand beaches are pristine, and the cuisine is exceptionally delicious. We especially enjoyed the Asian dishes at Matheefaru Restaurant. We would like to thank Alya, a wonderful person who is highly professional and knows her job very well. Overall rating: 10/10. A true luxury-level experience.

We had an amazing time at Hideaway, the privacy, accommodations, and beaches were phenomenal, unlike any place I have been. Definitely worth the multiple plane rides from the US. Highly recommend Samsara restaurant. Anastasiia was our butler and she took care of everything we needed, fixed problems and issues, reminded us about events and items that were included in our package, really made it so much easier to enjoy your vacation. Can’t recommend this resort enough!
