Absolutely Perfect Stay – 200% Satisfied! We stayed one night at Heritance Negombo from 30th May to 31st May, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, the service was outstanding. We were warmly welcomed at check-in and pleasantly surprised when the hotel didn’t hesitate to offer us a late checkout, which truly made our stay more relaxed and enjoyable. The reception team, the runner boy, the Blue Tan staff, the Sea Lounge bartender, the front door team – in fact, every single staff member – was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. You could genuinely feel their hospitality in every interaction. We stayed in Room 409, which was very clean, extremely comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The ambiance, cleanliness, and attention to detail in the room made it a truly relaxing space. Not a single negative thing to say , everything exceeded our expectations. We are 200% satisfied and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to the entire team at Heritance Negombo for making our stay such a memorable one!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront hotel. From the moment I arrived, the vibe was warm and welcoming. The staff were exceptional—especially Nimesha, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference. The hotel restaurant is beatifully located. The room has a beautiful see view. The sound of waves wakes u up in the morning - which is so good. The food served in the restaurant is good. Especially the egg hippers - traditional Sri Lankan dish made of eggs, coconut milk and rice flour - delicious. The staff is very nice and helpful. They will always there for u.
