Please note that our critique is based on our price, around 250 US dollars per night, and our expectations relative to that price. We stayed in a junior suite with bed and breakfast for three nights as a transitional stop after arriving from the airport. Unfortunately, our experience was less than ideal, but there were a few highlights. Facilities & Logistics: The hotel is not very family-friendly in terms of logistics. There’s only one lift available, and the baby pool was in poor condition with missing tiles. The hotel advertised six restaurants, but only one was open with a limited menu. Amenities: The water provision was inadequate, especially with a child. The espresso machine didn’t have coffee capsules, and the kettle was dirty and faulty. The bedroom TV wasn’t a smart TV; only the one in the living room was, and there was no wardrobe. Atmosphere: The environment didn’t feel very suitable for families, so it might not be the best fit for those travelling with kids. Highlight: On a positive note, the seafood platter was fabulous! It was fresh and had very nice shrimp, and my husband enjoyed it.

Fantastic stay throughout our holiday. We stayed for 13 nights in total and couldn’t fault our experience. Every member of staff we met were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Our room was immaculately cleaned throughout our stay. The restaurant was extremely well managed too with an extensive breakfast buffet and varied dinner menu each day. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a base for exploring Sri Lanka. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable and memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel right by the sea. The view was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of the waves and seeing the ocean every morning was just perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. Everyone was kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing — exactly what we were looking for. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back someday. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing seaside getaway!

Beautiful hotel. All staff very friendly and helpful especially lady staff called Anjanika was amazing making sure we are well care for because we are deaf couple. 100,% recommend coming this hotel. Bars/restaurants near by. Great food in hotel. Also beautiful view of long sandy beach 👍👌😎

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Everything about our stay was perfect — the beach is beautiful, the food is outstanding, and the service is top-notch. Truly one of the best hotels in Negombo! The atmosphere was relaxing, clean, and family-friendly. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Negombo!
