Front office staff were very friendly & kind in service. Very fasting check in procedures. BF buffet was excellent with variety of dishes been available. Room service food was excellent. Pool was a great place relax & relieve your stress. Had a wonderful time with the family.

Lovely hotel. very clean and comfortable. Great pool. Stunning sea view and sunset from balcony. Some people may not like the bathroom set up as a bit 'open plan'. Fabulous breakfast buffet. Loved the top floor bar. Beer in pool bar need to be colder and it would be nice to have drinks on the patio area in the evening. Staff all excellent, very friendly and helpful.

We were staying here for the first night of our honeymoon, and they did an excellent job of making it feel special. We visited at low season during the rains and everything was still serviced. Staying in one of the suites, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, and they had decorated the bed. The bed was very comfortable and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. As we were only staying one night and had a recommendation for seafood in town we didn't try the restaurants, but they looked good, and if anything like the breakfast the good will be excellent. The breakfast offered a mix of English, continental and of course local food; the curries, egg baskets and rices were delicious! Nothing is made too hot, but there are sides to add heat if you want it. The best bit was definitely sitting in the See Lounge with a delicious cocktail watching the waves roll in out of the darkness. Highly recommend this as a place to stay, our only suggestion being to stay a little longer to take full advantage of the facilities. Great views over the beach in front and city behind, convenient from the airport.

I really enjoyed my experience at Sentido Heritance Negombo. The pool and gym facilities were excellent. I was able to be productive and still relax and enjoy my stay, The food at dinner was perfect and reasonably priced. The service was excellent especially from Dinusha, who gave us a very warm welcome. I do highly recommend.

Lovely hotel and the staff are very nice. The food is excellent- Madushika was great. Very attentive and informative. The toilets in the rooms are a bit weird, more like cubicles and not very private.
