From start to finish, all the staff at the Sentido Heritance were extremely helpful and very friendly. Lovely hotel in lovely location with our room overlooking the pool and wonderful sea views. Our room was lovely and spacious. The food was lovely and plenty to choose from. Highly recommend a massage in the Coco Spa while you are here and the high tea. Nice treats to have during our stay. Would recommend staying here - thank you for looking after us.

My stay at this hotel was a very pleasant one. The staff were very welcoming and friendly with always a warm smile. The service was great and very prompt. The reception had a refreshing cool drink served while we were waiting to check in. I loved Kassandra from the reception department. She was very helpful in getting me settled. I’ll definitely love to visit again.

We randomly picked the Sentigo Heritance Hotel in Negombo, Sri Lanka and were pleasantly surprised at the amazing features of this resort. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are impeccable, modern, clean and well designed. The food in the restaurant is excellent with both eastern and western cuisine. We wish we had reserved a longer stay. Our rooms overlook a sandy beach with beautiful blue waters. This is a must resort on your next trip to this beautiful island!

Timeshare Chinchilla

Two nights were spent here at the start of our group tour. We arrived at 1am and were greeted with cold juice welcome drinks and face towels which was lovely. Rooms were large and had nice views of the ocean. Grout in bathroom was dirty and old but overall the rooms were well presented. Included breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. All staff were lovely. Pool area was huge and lots of sun lounges. Just be ware of the aggressive lapwing/plover birds near the pool. They are overprotective of their little babies (which were adorable!) Design of front door to lobby is silly. The large door needs to be pushed open by a staff member whenever someone comes or goes. Location isn't great in terms of things to do as its a bit out of Colombo. There are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance but not a lot else to do. Ocean is too rough and dirty to swim in and beach was very deserted to walk on and had packs of street dogs roaming on the sand.

Loved my room, sheets and pillows first class, very nice view, waterfront. Everyone in reception was very helpful, especially Cassandra. She recommended spa treatments and i went upstairs. Julie's massage was excellent. Great stay!
