Stayed for seven nights and we have enjoyed it from the moment we arrived to the time left. We were very sad to leave. Some of the bars and restaurant still do require trainings however these were often overlooked as their hospitality and friendliness outweigh the problem and they do deal with it without any problem. The room attendant Mininka (room 1101) was very attentive. Many of the restaurant staff did excel like Parvin and Eliza. Jason our personal concierge had arranged a nice surprise table to post celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. A beautiful choc cake and gift were given too. Valerie if the reception was exceptional and ofcourse a big thank you to the Hotel Manager (sorry I did not get her name) as she had allowed us to stay in our room for late check out during our last day. For the golfers, La Reserve is just an amazing very well designed and immaculately kept course. It reminds of Dornoch and castle stuart and perhaps even better. I love every minute we had at le telfair. British airways got some brownie points from us for recommending this hotel.

What a wonderful experience. Our rooms were perfectly positioned (as per our request through our travel agent) and appointed. Exclusive sun beds just outside our patio, a few steps away from the heated adults only swimming pool. A few more steps, and we had a wonderful peaceful beach with the sea the perfect temperature. Ze Paul was always a few moments away with refreshments, and the wonderful team at Coco Hut provided delicious variations on the coconut cocktail! The variety of meal choices were also amazing. I am not a fan of any "buffet" but Annabelle's changed my mind. The daily breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet (twice a week) catered for every taste and the food was fresh and delicious. We did not try any treatments at the Spa, just because we were enjoying the sea and pool! A very special mention must go to Premi who took care of us during our stay. She was simply incredible - open with suggestions, arranged dinner and breakfast reservations, a boat trip and generally made sure our every need was taken care of. Not to take anything away from the staff at Le Telfair - they were all absolutely fantastic. I (we) cannot recommend this resort highly enough. They have All Inclusive and Half Board options, family section and adults only sections of both the resort and the beach. There are many activities - we highly recommend the private dolphin swimming, as well as the cataspeed five-islands tour which was organised by our tour operator SummerTime (Daniella). It was our first time to Mauritius, and will certainly not be the last - and Le Telfair will always be our first choice.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Le Telfair. The rooms are beautiful and very stylishly furnished – you feel at home from the very first moment. The entire resort is spacious and consists of many smaller buildings with only a few apartments each, giving it a particularly charming and peaceful atmosphere. The service was consistently warm and attentive. We especially want to highlight the excellent restaurants, above all Gin’ja, Le Château, and O’Grill, which impressed us with outstanding quality and a wonderful ambiance. We also enjoyed fantastic meals at La Réserve Golf Club. We were a bit less convinced by Le Palmier and C-Beach, both in terms of service and food. A special highlight was a day tour around the island with our driver Wesley, which we can highly recommend – informative, relaxing, and perfectly organized. The Golf Club was also exceptionally well managed. The only minor downside was that some bars and restaurants occasionally mixed up orders, and we sometimes received the wrong food or drinks. However, everything was always corrected politely and without any fuss. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel with a great atmosphere, excellent dining options, and outstanding service – we would happily return!

A holiday in paradise! The beautiful tropical setting of the Heritage Le Telfair hotel and golf was only surpassed by its warm and lovely staff who did their utmost to make our stay fantastic. From our lovely host Anais, to Isaura at the C Beach Club, the many helping hands at the golf club and our lovely Salima who made sure our room was spotless, to only name a few, the people working in this resort truly made our stay outstanding. We look forward to returning soon!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A Perfect Romantic Getaway at Heritage Le Telfair Our stay at Heritage Le Telfair was nothing short of exceptional. We visited as a couple for a romantic escape, and the resort truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning location, beautiful grounds, and overall conditions of the property. Our room was absolutely fantastic—chic, elegant, and incredibly romantic. The atmosphere, combined with a lovely view and impeccable service, made it the perfect space to relax and enjoy our time together. The staff deserve special recognition. From guest relations to reception (I would like specifically mention Varshita - she was so helpful) and concierge, everyone paid genuine attention to our needs and made sure we felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The concierge team was especially helpful, offering a great selection of activities and experiences. We loved the ability to pre-reserve and create a personalised schedule even before arrival—such a thoughtful touch that made our stay seamless. Personal transfer to/from the Airport with a bottle of champagne and fruits was just a nice framing of the trip (greetings to Widley). One of the highlights was the golfing experience, which was simply outstanding. Beautiful course, great organisation, and unforgettable moments on the green. If we had to mention one small imperfection, it would be that the restaurant staff could pay a bit more attention to orders, timing, dish availability updates, and seating management. However, this did not take away from the overall experience. In conclusion, Heritage Le Telfair has become our favourite destination in Mauritius. We will definitely return—and hopefully make it a yearly tradition. Truly the best choice on the island!
