A Perfect Family Getaway at Heritage Le Telfair We just spent a wonderful weekend as a family at Heritage Le Telfair, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The resort is the perfect blend of elegance and comfort, an ideal place to disconnect and recharge together. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding warm, attentive, and genuine. The atmosphere is serene, surrounded by beautiful nature and the sound of the ocean, which makes it such a peaceful family retreat. The Gourmet Bliss package is absolutely exceptional, a real culinary journey! Every meal was delicious, from breakfast to dinner, with a fantastic variety of restaurants and cuisines to choose from. The quality of food, presentation, and service were consistently at the highest standard. We left feeling relaxed, spoiled, and already looking forward to coming back. Heritage Le Telfair remains one of the best destinations in Mauritius for families looking for a luxurious yet authentic experience.

Hi, beautiful properties with several areas to explore. We were at the adult section next to serenity pool and beach. Very awesome area. Service call outs to the GM Francesa...very nice woman and kind, Housekeeping Arvind and Azageal teams left room very clean. Both treated us like royalty with great attention to any service need for the room. Highly recommend this awesome resort to couples or family. Restaurants were awesome with great food, selection and service. Great value for money....all around 5 start resort. Thank you

10/10 - we left with smiles on our faces! Having just arrived at our next hotel on an extended Mauritian trip, we realise just HOW beautiful the Telfair was. The hotel stands out for its exceptionally warm and attentive service, as well as the stunningly well maintained property. Everywhere we went staff was available to us, offered assistance or anticipated our needs. It was the perfect balance of feeling seen and welcome, without being overbearing. A few that stood out to us through their sheer attention to detail was our lady housekeeper (1206), Spicey, Melvin and Lawrence, as they left an impression on us. While this is not fair on all the other beautiful people who looked after us whose names we don’t remember. We could not fail to notice how impeccable the resort is maintained, there was not a stain or a chip in sight. Exceptional Our room was spacious and well appointed and the high ceilings coupled with the views left us feeling grand every time we entered. The only room for improvement might be a little variety on the pool/daytime menu, as that was a little meagre offering for a longer stay. The main restaurant, however, delivered the best breakfast & dinner buffet. Thank you for a wonderful time, we miss you already

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with a stunning view. The dining options were top-notch, offering a wide variety of delicious meals. We especially enjoyed the serene atmosphere, the lush surroundings, and the impeccable service throughout the hotel. Truly a memorable experience — highly recommended for anyone looking for relaxation and luxury in one place. We would definitely love to come back again!

I stayed for five days for a mix of relaxation and golf. It’s great because it has two great golf courses right on the property just a buggy ride away and green fees are gratis. You can also practice pitching and putting with free club rentals. As for the place, it’s huge and luxe. The rooms are super spacious, romantic and comfortable. There’s so much to do every day within the resort if you are activity-oriented and want to be busy with other families, but also enough space to lounge and relax by the beach all day if you prefer quietude. It’s a long beach with a great view of sunsets when not cloudy. They have a Whatsapp concierge service to answer questions and help you plan things — they didn’t end up organizing my safari and street food tour in the end, but all fine, I just did it myself. Overall a nice stay!
