Very good looking hotel and facilities. Unfortunately the service is not where it should be (apart from one person that was looking after us and made an effort). Slow and disinterested employees seems to be the norm everywhere. Not sure if the hotel has issues with their staff, but the service we received is not even good enough for a 3 star establishment, never mind 5 star. I had to ask 3 times to get a second coffee cup in the room, as we had one. It took 2 days.. The same with milk for coffee.. Linen was replaced once in 10 days, even though we were told that linen can be replaced daily if required.. Towels were not replaced most days.. Food was average & drinks overpriced. Different size cocktails all the time. When you ask why you just get looks.. Wont be jumping to return again. Such a shame.

We recently stayed at Heritage le Telfair and it was delightful from start to finish. The luxurious accommodations offered breathtaking ocean views and impeccable cleanliness. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay memorable. Dining options were exceptional, with delicious cuisines and a standout breakfast buffet. We enjoyed the pristine pool, spa treatments, and various recreational activities. The beautiful ocean views and serene environment provided the perfect retreat. Highly recommend for an unforgettable getaway!

Beautiful resort at a beautiful location. Every detail is taken care of perfectly. A special thanks to our hostess, Hannah who went over and beyond to make our stay special. The biggest draw is that we reached the resort early in the morning after a long overnight flight, and were given our rooms hours before regular check in. That little gesture pretty much set the tone for the rest of our trip. We will definitely visit again

Overall, it was a good experience. We've stayed at LeTelfair previously. The hotel accommodated an early checkin, which we really appreciated after an overnight flight. Heated and non heated pools. Easy beach access. Rooms and buildings are well maintained. Our only disappointment was the service in restaurants. Service was sometimes great and other times very poor. Take note that this is a family oriented resort, not suited for a quiet couple holiday.

Facilities were very good looking. It was a good view when you sit outside or in your balcony. Buildings and trees look very nice Our vacation assistant was not very helpful. Maybe if they were not assign an assistant, we would not be disappointed because we would not have expectations. Room service was not good. They keep forgetting fresh towels and coffee capsules. I would expect better food and variety. Of course we didn’t get hungry but i would expect more of this hotel. Sea was not very good but its because the season not hotel’s fault. My general opinion is the hotel itself is good but its managed poorly. I wish i had a better experience for 7days vacation.
