Facilities were very good looking. It was a good view when you sit outside or in your balcony. Buildings and trees look very nice Our vacation assistant was not very helpful. Maybe if they were not assign an assistant, we would not be disappointed because we would not have expectations. Room service was not good. They keep forgetting fresh towels and coffee capsules. I would expect better food and variety. Of course we didn’t get hungry but i would expect more of this hotel. Sea was not very good but its because the season not hotel’s fault. My general opinion is the hotel itself is good but its managed poorly. I wish i had a better experience for 7days vacation.

I had a wonderful experience with this product! It surpassed my expectations with its high-quality performance and sleek design. The customer service was exceptional, especially thanks to Mr. Josh, who demonstrated exemplary professionalism and kindness. His attentive and helpful nature made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this product and commend Mr. Josh for his outstanding service.

Beautiful resort, very well maintained. The restaurants are a little disappointing, with the exception of Gin'ja and Chateau. The range of wines available in their Gourmet Bliss is small. Staff is inexperienced but friendly. The location is great. Beach is well maintained with a nice coco shack where you can get a rum infused coconut. The spa is excellent. This place is not wheelchair or stroller friendly. It has many stairs. Unfortunately this resort is saying goodbye to families in October 24 by transforming their only heated pool to an adult only area.

What a wonderful 10 days we had. Our second visit did not disappoint. Lovely room 706 overlooking the pool and the view out to sea. Extremely well looked after by Priscilla and Josh and checked on everyday. Making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Jacquie also was very helpful at Caverdish. We thank also France Renie making sure all our needs taken care off. Wonderful stay.

I was very satisfied, also my girlfriend and daughter. Great service of all staff with smile on their faces - Mr. Noor to mention especially, he is a big professional and always helpful. Beautiful resort which looks and feels like in a botanical garden, great food (especially ala carte dinners), nice beach and pools, spa area and gym area with bikes for free, everything very clean. Room was comfortable and quiet, with nice balcony. Focus on detail in most areas was very pleasant. As a bonus we have daily 18 holes green fee included to play golf at Le Chateau golf course. Even if there were few rain showers now in July, it was still hot enough (25 / 20 deg.C) to enjoy our holiday. Thank you, hopefully coming back again. Peter
