A reasonable run-of-the-mill facility with nothing amazing about it: but as should be expected for the price which is also 'reasonable'. A quick 10 min walk from the beach and the area around Mike's Mall. Mattresses are relatively hard, pillows OK, towers cheap quality. Rooms have the usual cheap wall safe. Quite a few door locks have observably been 'broken' and the door jambs 'repaired' in a way that makes the functional on e again but hardly 'secure'. Depending on which Front Desk staff one comes across, they are either very affable or barely polite. The breakfast buffet is what it is: catering as much as possible to the ethnically diverse customer base which is quite heavily peppered with Indian sub-Continentals and other Russian-speaking guests - though the hotel does attract an otherwise quite diverse cross section of visitors. The swimming pool is a decent size but also suffers from the unfortunate habit of some guests who 'claim' a sunchair by putting a towel down on it - and then often barely turn-up to use it: a lachunae that the Pool staff seem to ignore. The room AC units work well and there is mostly enough hot water available. Rooms at the front side of the hotel entrance faced the car-park - and not much else of interest: yet, ironically, can actually be quieter than the more costly ones facing the inside: especially during pool-activity times and early breakfast hours.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The service felt very warm and natural, not forced at all. KIK took care of us and treated us more like family than guests. We could talk easily, ask anything, and always felt comfortable and safe. Small things, kind words, and genuine care made a big difference. Thank you KIK for making our stay feel like home.

My stay at Heeton Concept Hotel Pattaya was pleasant overall. The service was very good the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. The food was also delicious, definitely one of the highlights of the stay. However, the rooms felt a bit outdated and could use some renovation or modern touches to match the rest of the hotel’s quality. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you value great service and tasty food, but the rooms may not meet expectations if you’re looking for a more modern feel.

5-star experience at Heeton Concept Hotel Pattaya! 😊 Room was clean and comfy, pool was fab! 🍴 Delicious food, and the hospitality? Spot on! Front office staff were super helpful, and all staff were polite and awesome 😊. Massage centre was decent. Would definitely stay again! 👍

A really good maintaind Hotel in the Hart of Pattaya, not far and in walking distance from the famous Walking Street as well as the pulsating core of soi bukhao. Hotel is well maintained, and the Staff is really friendly and supportive. A really good tourist class place to be.
