We had a truly wonderful stay at the Hard Rock Hotel – it was definitely a 5-star experience! The atmosphere was incredible, especially with the live music in the evenings, a great selection of restaurants, and three different pool options that we really enjoyed. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay. The front desk team and the hosts by the entrance were so friendly, even offering to take photos for us in the evenings, which was such a thoughtful touch. A special mention goes to the room maintenance lady – I regret not catching her name, but she was absolutely lovely greeting us in the corridors. had such nice conversations and always ensured our room was spotless, fully stocked with fresh towels, coffee, and tea. We also felt very safe thanks to the 24-hour security, and the hotel’s location was ideal, with supermarkets, souvenir shops, and restaurants conveniently right across the street. Overall, our stay was amazing from start to finish, and we would highly recommend the Hard Rock Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

An unforgettable stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife! From start to finish, everything was handled with care and attention. The hotel is stunning, with modern design, beautiful ocean views, and a vibrant atmosphere that made our holiday feel truly special. Ingrid at reception gave us the warmest welcome and made check-in smooth and stress-free—such a lovely first impression. We had a few small issues with our room early on, but the hotel staff responded immediately and sorted everything out quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights was our private Jacuzzi hot tub, which was an amazing way to unwind. The spa experience was also incredible—Paula and Valentina were our therapists and, as it was our first time getting massages, they made us feel completely at ease and comfortable. They were professional, kind, and truly skilled. We also loved the wide variety of poolside cocktails—great drinks, great vibes, and great service all around. The food was fantastic (especially the breakfast buffet), and the live music gave each evening that extra touch of magic. 10/10—an amazing experience from beginning to end. Can’t wait to return!

I had a nice relaxing holiday (the Lagoon pool was nice), but it was hugely overpriced and the food and service was terrible for all inclusive. The Mexican had three items for all inclusive guests and was a hard/soggy tortilla with bland pulled pork on top. The steak restaurant was “nice”, but very expensive for what it was - we ate out and it was half the price. Lagoon pool bar had long queues to get a drink - service was very slow and they couldn’t hand you a bottle of water. Never had quality ice cream stocked. One place for lunch - the buffet - more on that in a bit. Could eat in the Beach Club for lunch, but if you’re all inclusive you have to wait until 15:00!! Buffet was the same food every day, poor, low quality food for the most part. Half the fruit was fresh, the other half tinned and frozen at times. Service in there is terrible, they run out of things and don’t top them up. Asked them to slice some more meat and he said in a bit and walked off to make a pizza!! I did it myself and he soon had time, it’s just poor service all round. The beach isn’t much to look at. The kids clubs were poor and they didn’t enjoy them - they did mini golf for an hour and had a go in two holes in that time! We didn’t go back. They had paddle boarding in the lagoon pool that sounded fun, but it’s only for adults!! There is one bar open for evening entertainment (where mediocre bands play) and it has huge queues. No table service. Bar staff are very slow. Kids did enjoy the lagoon pool, but we definitely won’t go back. Been to Turkey the last 3 years and thought I would change it up - it’s a mistake. They should send the hard rock manager over there for a week to learn a thing or two.

We recently stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel in Tenerife for a week. Overall, it was a very good experience, but there were a few things that could’ve been better. The food, on the whole, was pretty good. There were some great dishes, especially at the main restaurants, but a couple of meals were just okay. Nothing too bad, but it wasn’t always consistently amazing. The service was a bit hit or miss. Some days the staff were fantastic, but on others, things were a little slow. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it could have been quicker at times. The hotel itself had a great vibe, but it did feel a little run down in parts – especially considering the Hard Rock brand’s usual high standards. Some areas could use a bit of a refresh to bring everything up to the level you'd expect from this kind of hotel. One of the highlights was definitely the entertainment. The shows were fantastic, and there was always something fun to do in the evenings. It really helped to make the stay more enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a fun, lively place in Tenerife.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife, staying on half board. The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the amazing buffet breakfasts and dinners—a wide selection of fresh, delicious food that caters to all tastes. A special mention to the dessert section, which truly stood out every night. The desserts were absolutely superb—thank you to the talented dessert chef for the incredible variety and quality. We also want to give a special thanks to Adele, the lovely lady who greeted guests during breakfast and dinner. She’s incredibly warm, helpful, and full of positive energy—she really made our dining experience even more enjoyable. One disappointing aspect, however, was the policy of switching off the capsule coffee machines during dinner. For a hotel of this level, it’s surprising that no coffee is served at the restaurant in the evening. Guests have to go all the way to the bar to get a coffee, which is time-consuming and not always successful. Overall, a wonderful stay with top-tier hospitality and food—just a small improvement on the coffee service during dinner would make it perfect.
