The lively Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife hits the right notes with fun-loving guests craving an unforgettable holiday on the sun-soaked island of Tenerife. There’s plenty to satisfy your appetite at a range of excellent dining venues including Steak House, Japanese and Tex-Mex restaurants and a host of bars for enjoying a relaxing drink include a marvellous rooftop sky lounge. A cutting edge fitness centre is the place to keep in shape during your stay and a well-equipped spa provides the opportunity for head to toe pampering. Had a great week at Hard Rock Tenerife. Our room was superb - great beds and amazing pillows. Bought something from the Hard Rock shop - Cristina went above and beyond to help us. Was so friendly and courteous - was a real pleasure interacting with her. The only slight downside is that I don’t think there are enough staff in the evenings to serve drinks. The staff are extremely hardworking and never stop - so not their fault - but it can take over half an hour to get served and my husband said that his beer was flat by the time he received it. Definitely need more staff making drinks and serving them. Ate in Montauk restaurant last night - food amazing and just the best staff. Sorry didn’t get their names but every one of them was professional, friendly and really knowledgeable about their roles.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs, especially thanks to Dave, who took exceptional care of us and made us feel truly special. The service was outstanding—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel offers an amazing atmosphere with plenty of great music, delicious food, and a perfect setting to relax and unwind. Whether you're looking for entertainment, relaxation, or top-tier service, this place has it all. We left feeling refreshed and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

As a family used to going to nice hotels with ‘super family’ vibes and animation teams that entertain the kids on the day and try to sing and dance in the evenings this was a great find. Food was good, drinks great, waiter service all day, decent mix of brands, really cool vibe and perfect for kids that are a bit cooler than the 7.30 kids disco. DJ in the pools playing really decent house music and some random bits all day long. All staff were spot on. Tana super helpful at reception. Already looking for our next Hard Hock hotel destination.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with amazing staff. Puerto Paraiso is about a 15 minute taxi, or 30-45 minute bus from Adeje, with not much to see and do other than a few bars and restaurants. Food at the hotel is good, but the all inclusive options are limited, including time limited at some restaurants (1-3pm is cash only at a few!). Service is genuinely excellent, but table service only. This is great if you want to relax and not move, but when busy, expect a wait for drinks while you manage to get someone's attention. Rooms are very nice and room service is great. If your room is missed because you were in, you can use the app to let them know you have left. "Side sea view" rooms have a stunning view of the coast, don't expect to be leaning out to catch a view of the water (see photo). A truly lovely hotel, perfect for relaxing. If you want a holiday with plenty of local attractions, or nice walks out of the door, it may not be for you.

Currently mid way through our weeks holiday and cannot praise the hotel and all of its fabulous staff enough! Came to celebrate my partner's birthday and Christina in the Rock Shop offered a special birthday treat making it really special! All of the lovely restaurant and pool staff have been superb (extra shout out to Wes who kept us stocked up on pool days) serving us promptly and with great care. And the housekeeping team are utterly fantastic! So far every aspect of this holiday has been an absolute treat. Look forward to the rest of our stay and will absolutely be coming back.
