The lively Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife hits the right notes with fun-loving guests craving an unforgettable holiday on the sun-soaked island of Tenerife. There’s plenty to satisfy your appetite at a range of excellent dining venues including Steak House, Japanese and Tex-Mex restaurants and a host of bars for enjoying a relaxing drink include a marvellous rooftop sky lounge. A cutting edge fitness centre is the place to keep in shape during your stay and a well-equipped spa provides the opportunity for head to toe pampering. Staying at the Hard Rock Hotel was an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The entire staff was fantastic, but I have to give a special mention to Victor at reception — he was extremely helpful, patient, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Also, huge thanks to Jessica at the bar — always smiling, super friendly, and made the best cocktails! Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The food was great too — there was a wide variety and everything we tried was delicious. The location was perfect for a relaxing stay, with beautiful views and quiet surroundings. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch vacation. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife, staying on half board. The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the amazing buffet breakfasts and dinners—a wide selection of fresh, delicious food that caters to all tastes. A special mention to the dessert section, which truly stood out every night. The desserts were absolutely superb—thank you to the talented dessert chef for the incredible variety and quality. We also want to give a special thanks to Adele, the lovely lady who greeted guests during breakfast and dinner. She’s incredibly warm, helpful, and full of positive energy—she really made our dining experience even more enjoyable. One disappointing aspect, however, was the policy of switching off the capsule coffee machines during dinner. For a hotel of this level, it’s surprising that no coffee is served at the restaurant in the evening. Guests have to go all the way to the bar to get a coffee, which is time-consuming and not always successful. Overall, a wonderful stay with top-tier hospitality and food—just a small improvement on the coffee service during dinner would make it perfect.

Amazing Hotel! I thought most European hotels were pretty standard, oh no not hard rock! This is an amazing hotel! From the amazing breakfast (brunch!) buffet to the fun and friendly staff. The room was also outstanding. Loved it so much and will be back to a tour of all the chains hotels. Amazing!

Staying in Hard Rock Hotel was a pleasure! It exceeded our expectation! Can’t think of any issues as everything was perfect! Our room was amazing, huge and perfectly clean! Food was delicious, I think every picky eater would find something! The Hard Rock Hotel crew was so nice and friendly, big shout out to Byron who did our check in, was so kind and explained every single detail! I’m not a massive fan of busy places so the location of the hotel was perfect so me, we had nice stroll around the coast with beautiful views. I would definitely recommend that place to anyone! It was a great pleasure, thank you!

Throughly enjoyed holiday it’s a quiet location which is fantastic for a relaxing holiday. Because of the location also you won’t get people coming back late drunk and noisy. The service is fantastic the staff cannot do enough for their customers and they are genuinely lovely people. The food is fantastic, the quality and choice cannot be faulted. I managed to get a few names like Karina from buffet and Felix a waiter who helped us tremendously throughout our stay. A few more rock shows rather than the soft Amy wine house stuff and general soft pop singing would be greatly appreciated.
