Rock royalty all the way! We checked in to a court yard room and found the resort comprehensive. The staff were for the most part friendly and most asks were easily accommodated. We were a couple travelling with our single adult children and my siblings family with young children. I can say this worked for all of us although if you a single young person Hard Rock is probably not for you. The massive pool, kabanas, shows, different eating venues and location to Kuta beach and shopping was five star! You pay extra to hire the kabanas. You get a good experience, but if you pay for Rock Royalty and get pool access room you get THE experience. The hospitality hits a new level, I even got a get well note and gift when I was ill for a day. This experience included al a Carte breakfast,, free cocktail hour, afternoon tea and private pool and sanctuary access! It was well worth it. Tip if you have young children 6 and over I can’t imagine them wanting to leave the main pool so don’t do RR. The buffet was fine, kids was great. Room service always quick and tasty and Splash bar always hit the spot. My only criticisms - hair dryers aren’t great pack your own - the rooms are lit dimly hard to get good light Dessy, Didak Ariyanto, Wiguna and Susila made this Five stars before rock royalty I would have been sitting closer to 4! Overall you can’t lose here and I highly recommend

The location of the hotel is amazing—right in front of the beach and close to a variety of restaurants, although the hotel itself doesn’t have direct beach access. The pool was a definite highlight for us; we spent a lot of time there and really enjoyed it. Our room was quite simple but decent enough for a short stay of three nights. We only tried the pool bar for lunch, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. The food was dry, tasteless, and overall underwhelming, so we decided not to eat at the hotel again during our stay. What really let us down was the lack of the expected “Hard Rock” experience. The music was forgettable, and there was no signature Hard Rock Cafe vibe. That was the biggest disappointment, as we were hoping for something more energetic and unique. We also weren’t expecting a cabaret show on Friday evening—it felt out of place for what we thought would be a rock-themed atmosphere. On top of that, smoking was allowed in the bar area after 9 p.m., which was unpleasant and unexpected. Overall, a mixed experience—great location and pool, but lacking in food quality and the iconic Hard Rock atmosphere.

We had an awesome time at Hard Rock Hotel Bali. From the moment we got there, the staff were super friendly—always smiling and saying hello. The room was big, clean, and comfy. The food was really tasty, and there were lots of options. The pool and other facilities were top-notch. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

We had most pleasant experiences in hard rock. I don’t know where to begin, first of all brilliant location, very clean and amazing service. Staff members I’m so in love with people who works in here, caring, smiling, service, the way they are towards to children and people with beautiful warm heart and smiling face. I love so much having conversations with all of them, they are truly how beyond and above, I can’t believe that we can’t be like that all around the world. Hard rock is definitely place to come too, it is reasonable and I will definitely come to hard rock Bali eyes close. They go beyond and above to make people staying here. I would specially thank you and SHOUT OUT TOO FAJAR his excellent room servicing and putting smile and excitement to my grandchild every time we walked in our room walking to zoo wit beautifully made animals from the towels. He is very professional, sweet and kind. He is definitely brilliant staff members who genuinely cares for the guests of the hard rock hotel. FAJAR Thank you to you putting happy smiles and excitement on my granddaughter she is looking forward to each time we walk into the room. You are an amazing young man and I truly hope hard rock hotel award your kind, caring professional services. Well done making a child smile happy made our stay priceless. We had a memorable holiday once again in Hard rock hotel Bali. From our first visit in2023 and this trip in 2025 the hotel had done some renovation and I found it better, glad to see that they have maintained the premises well in order to service the guests better, convincing us to return to Hard rock Bali or even have a visit to their other outlet too! The room is very clean, spacious, beds blankets towels are clean. Air ventilation is good overall we have had a good rest though out our stays. The service is great, staff are friendly, helpful, and polite. The breakfast is still wonderful as in variety , quality, preparation and sufficiency. The hotel location is great for shopping at night market, beachwalk shopping centre, bars and restaurants surrounding. Walkable distance to Beach just crossing the road but it might not be so delightful due to the crowds, so not a kind of peaceful beach and as clear, clean as some other beaches. The hotel restaurant's food was delicious too we had pizza, steak, burgers, fresh coconut, and appetizer dishes, we were satisfied! We had a photo shoot from the professional photographer from the Paparazzi team! The photographer is very patient, kind and very good at advising the poses, made my children fun and relaxed to cooperate with the shooting. We had a very comfortable & relaxing spa time at Rock spa! The therapists are very good at their job, massaging thoroughly with firm and consistent pressures. Before and after the massage they serve lemon ginger hot tea. Children have visited the game room. There are few computers and arcade machines and a pool table to play with parents'supervision. There is a small playground too. The hotel is surrounded with greenery. You can take a nice photo in the gardens. The most enjoyable part of this hotel is the swimming pools. I heard that the hard rock hotel has the biggest swimming pool in Bali! And there are cabanas for renting with some picnic baskets packages 🧺 for you to select. Staff gave free popsicles for children who were playing at pools in the afternoon too. Overall we have had a wonderful holiday here in Hard rock hotel Bali. Appreciated all staff served!
