We had an amazing stay here. From check in, to check out we enjoyed every second. So many amenities. Our toddler was never bored. The vibes were amazing. Breakfast was class. All restaurants were great. Staff were super. We spent hours at the different pools entertaining our little one. But we still had the opportunity to have drinks at the pool bar. It was just a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The pool was amazing and easily a highlight, especially with so many activities to keep the kids entertained. It’s a great place for families. The rooms were a good size, very comfortable, and had some really nice special touches that made the stay feel extra enjoyable. Overall, a fun, relaxing experience with great service — we would happily stay here again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Hard Rock Hotel Bali Stayed here recently and had a great experience overall. The hotel has a fun, lively vibe but still feels comfortable and well-managed. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, with very comfy beds. The location is a huge plus — right in the heart of Kuta, walking distance to the beach, shops, and plenty of food spots. The pool area is one of the highlights, especially for families, with great facilities and a relaxed atmosphere. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which really made the stay more enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety and the quality was solid. Perfect place if you’re looking for a balance of comfort, entertainment, and convenience in Bali. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We recently flew to Bali and luckily we booked this hotel. OMG we got great customer service, all the hotel management were so welcoming. The room was good but AC thermostat was not user friendly. They offer amazing big breakfast buffet daily. Every night they arrange live concert in the lobby and it was great fun. Their pool area was one of the best spot , huge swimming pool with private bunks. Great for kids activity. This is actually fun resort and I highly recommend families to visit this hotel for their stay in Bali. Walking distance to beach. Beach is little dirty with slums. But it looks beautiful. Walking distance to kfc, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, amazing shopping mall with all international brands. Overall I will big 4.5 out of 5.
