We had a memorable holiday once again in Hard rock hotel Bali. From our first visit in2023 and this trip in 2025 the hotel had done some renovation and I found it better, glad to see that they have maintained the premises well in order to service the guests better, convincing us to return to Hard rock Bali or even have a visit to their other outlet too! The room is very clean, spacious, beds blankets towels are clean. Air ventilation is good overall we have had a good rest though out our stays. The service is great, staff are friendly, helpful, and polite. The breakfast is still wonderful as in variety , quality, preparation and sufficiency. The hotel location is great for shopping at night market, beachwalk shopping centre, bars and restaurants surrounding. Walkable distance to Beach just crossing the road but it might not be so delightful due to the crowds, so not a kind of peaceful beach and as clear, clean as some other beaches. The hotel restaurant's food was delicious too we had pizza, steak, burgers, fresh coconut, and appetizer dishes, we were satisfied! We had a photo shoot from the professional photographer from the Paparazzi team! The photographer is very patient, kind and very good at advising the poses, made my children fun and relaxed to cooperate with the shooting. We had a very comfortable & relaxing spa time at Rock spa! The therapists are very good at their job, massaging thoroughly with firm and consistent pressures. Before and after the massage they serve lemon ginger hot tea. Children have visited the game room. There are few computers and arcade machines and a pool table to play with parents'supervision. There is a small playground too. The hotel is surrounded with greenery. You can take a nice photo in the gardens. The most enjoyable part of this hotel is the swimming pools. I heard that the hard rock hotel has the biggest swimming pool in Bali! And there are cabanas for renting with some picnic baskets packages 🧺 for you to select. Staff gave free popsicles for children who were playing at pools in the afternoon too. Overall we have had a wonderful holiday here in Hard rock hotel Bali. Appreciated all staff served!

Rock royalty all the way! We checked in to a court yard room and found the resort comprehensive. The staff were for the most part friendly and most asks were easily accommodated. We were a couple travelling with our single adult children and my siblings family with young children. I can say this worked for all of us although if you a single young person Hard Rock is probably not for you. The massive pool, kabanas, shows, different eating venues and location to Kuta beach and shopping was five star! You pay extra to hire the kabanas. You get a good experience, but if you pay for Rock Royalty and get pool access room you get THE experience. The hospitality hits a new level, I even got a get well note and gift when I was ill for a day. This experience included al a Carte breakfast,, free cocktail hour, afternoon tea and private pool and sanctuary access! It was well worth it. Tip if you have young children 6 and over I can’t imagine them wanting to leave the main pool so don’t do RR. The buffet was fine, kids was great. Room service always quick and tasty and Splash bar always hit the spot. My only criticisms - hair dryers aren’t great pack your own - the rooms are lit dimly hard to get good light Dessy, Didak Ariyanto, Wiguna and Susila made this Five stars before rock royalty I would have been sitting closer to 4! Overall you can’t lose here and I highly recommend

Our first time staying this place. I was looking for something for kids as my kid's birthday. We arrived before 12, Bell desk hold our luggages so we could spend time in the swimming pool. The swimming pool is good. Kid's friendly. I believe we can spend whole day here. Check-in time is 15, however they texted us before 15 that our room is ready. Breakfast was good. The bed quality, shower pressure, cleanness is fantastic. One thing I didn't like was the noise. Very easy to hear people walking on the hallway talking, closing the door. They prepared a birthday cake for my son which was lovely. Thank you so much team. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

Highly recommend the Hard Rock Hotel located central Kuta opposite the main strip of Kuta Beach, close proximity to shops, restaurants, bars, and malls. Beautiful resort grounds with special mention to the pools, which gave hours of entertainment for the entire family. The pool is heated and spans large area catering to adults, teenagers, little kids. The water slides are awesome. Many resort amenities such as restaurant, gym, spa, medical centre, playgrounds, karaoke, recording studio, kids club, bar with live music every night, tourist concierge, laundry, childcare services. Very kid friendly. Breakfast buffet makes for great start to any day. The only criticism are the rooms, mine had poor temperature control so air-conditioning was on full all the time which made for freezing conditions throughout, making sleeping difficult overnight. Rooms becoming dated with old carpets which are difficult to maintain cleanliness. Bathroom very clean and maintained.

Can’t really fault much about this resort. Staff and location are the definite highlight. Band members such as Lean and Sonya are irreplaceable and Yanti at the diner also shines. The Rock royalty staff are amazing, friendly and attentive. I have never had any issue with the rooms, although the walk from some of the wings can be a bit long on hotter days. In saying that, the wings are compartments that have air con in them. It seems they are investing in the resort with several renovations. The new reception area is much brighter than the last time we visited and the Center stage area has new screens which makes live music really enjoyable to watch. One good thing would be if they join the unity program and enable in resort access to the HR cafe. Also a live performance at rock royalty during happy hour would really complete the ambiance. To finish on a high, I have not experienced the staff attention they give children. They certainly know how to entertain them and make a holiday memorable.
