We just spent a week in the Hard Rock Hotel with our two children aged 5 and 8 and we only have good things to say about the place. First of, the staff is unbelievable kind, warm, cheerful and professional (which seems to be very typical of Balinese people in general). Everybody greets you with a genuine smile on their face, it makes such a difference. The room was kept in impeccable condition the whole time we were there with fresh filtered water left in the room every day. We didn't really try the restaurant much but the room service was great with food always delivered hot and quickly. The food was good, especially the pizzas. Obviously with two young children, the best feature was the pool area, it was difficult to take our children out every time. My eldest particularly loved the pool bar. The hotel provides pool towels so no need to bring your own. Also, an amazing service they provide to parents of young children is that you can borrow life vests for free for the whole day, that made a great difference for my little one who spent the whole time jumping and floating around. Hotel breakfast buffet is good and staff are generally very friendly. Room sound proofing a bit lacking, you can hear people walking around the corridor. Room is a bit dated and the lighting is a bit too dimmed for families to find stuff, overall a good hotel stay with fantastic water pool activities and kids playing activities

We choose this hotel because of the kids facilities. Our kids are 3,5 and 5 yo. And we were very surprised when we found that to use the Kids indoor play room you have to be above 4 yo and you have to PAY EXTRA money. Parents are not allowed to be there, kids club has it’s one schedule with activities and if activity is outside they all leave the room and lock the door. For example, I don’t want my child to take part in Climbing rock activity, because he did it yesterday and there were a lot of kids and he was just siting an hour in the heat waiting for everyone takes there turn, but it’s no option to stay inside the room and play. Also I dropped my child 11.05 and paid for one hour, but they asked me to come and collect him 11.55, because they are taking kids for lunch and will close the room. It’s just insane. Hotel has play room for kids till 4 yo and it’s for free. It’s dark, dusty small room, half of room filled with some hotel staff which they put there for storage. My 3,5 was very upset, because she wasn’t allowed to stay in nice play room with toys with her brother, not for money not for free. This is the first time I experienced something like this, seems like hotel doesn’t care about their little guest, because they leave for them the options: play in the dusty room with no windows or in the heat outside. By the way, my boy has asthma and it’s not good for him to stay in the room like this. In general hotel is ok, rooms are small, but clean, no balconies. Breakfast is mediocre for 5* hotel. The best part is the pool, it’s huge with different sections for different age, has slides and sand for little kids. I will add pictures with both play rooms, one for money and one what 5* Rock starts hotel suggests your kids for free.

Google From the beginning to the end I cannot fault the service and hospitality we received whilst staying at the Hard Rock Hotel in Bali. Staff are so friendly and helpful in every aspect. It’s a great hotel to stay at for families and basically everyone! Has an Entertainment every day. Buffet breakfast was amazing lovely and immaculate Staff even arranged birthday surprise! Was a great experience overall! We absolutely loved our time there and can’t wait to go back! It is in the middle of Kuta where you can just pop down to the local I would to thank to John food and beverage manager and Rose starz manager for outstanding customer service!Highly recommend Hard Rock Hotel Bali Ben Room 3210 Room 3212
