⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have had an excellent stay at Hansar Samui. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and extremely well maintained, with spotless rooms and lovely surroundings. The staff have been brilliant throughout our stay, so friendly and always welcoming. A special mention to the lovely lady who helped us book excursions at the reception — she was so helpful and made everything easy for us. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk to Fisherman’s Village, which is ideal for evening food, drinks, and entertainment. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are very nice, we had ocean view and was nice sitting on the balcony to enjoy the view and read a book. There is no elevator but it's only 2 floors, so ask for a lower floor if you can't or don't want walk up/down 2 flight of stairs. The concierge A is amazing, she's very helpful and will recommend local tour operators and other things to do. The whole place has a very calming energy. Breakfast is amazing, all the usual plus mango sticky rice, roti, coconut water, freshly pressed juices. Even egg white omelette. The gym could be bigger but has enough for a few day stay.

Excellent beachfront resort in Koh Samui with a fantastic location right by Fisherman’s Village. Guests love the beautiful spacious rooms with sea views, very friendly and attentive staff, great breakfast options, and well-kept pool and beach area — perfect for a relaxing holiday. The atmosphere is peaceful yet convenient, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall it’s a top choice for a memorable stay in Thailand.

Enjoyed our stay. Rooms are minimalistic and extremely clean with beautiful views of pool & beach. Breakfast was always good and had a broad variety - the staff at breakfast were friendly and attentive. Pool was amazing (especially with beach view) but the drink / food service at the pool was almost non existent- which was really disappointing. All in all a really lovely stay and location but it felt like a 4 star experience. If you are looking for 5 star service or that luxury feel this isn't the place.

I stayed here and checked out early after 1 night. Its more like a 4 star than 5 star hotel. So compare it to 4 star places / prices. The hotel is centrally located but also on a small lot so it does feel cramped. If your priority is being close to the night market and central area this might not be an issue. I did find the room to have a musty smell & be kind of dingy even though it looks good in the pictures. They get you to download an app to text with the front desk. In my experience response times were as long as 1 hour for a simple question. Again not 5 star level service as they market themselves as.
