The most ideal place for relaxation as you are surrounded by nature and you have awesome staff to make your stay comfortable. We were given immediate alternative room as the Ac blew up. The manager Mr. Sourav was extremely helpful and saw to all the details to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. On the flip side, windows would be helpful to keep the room cool. Chef was excellent with his culinary arts. The property is endowed with beautiful beach and also a nice clean swimming pool. An ideal place to run away from busy city life!

First of all it’s nothing like the pictures they posted, the rooms were dirty AC wasn’t even working, the bed itself are broken I just laid on it and it broke not just that as soon as we entered they wanted us to pay 4$ per person which was already paid. The toilet lights wasn’t even bright so it was basically useless. I’d rather go to a 2 star hotel to be honest than this one.

This is definitely not a 4☆ hotel for any standards. We booked through Check24 and it was 4☆ on the site. After the problems what we had overthere and we saw what we saw we searched for more info and on the same site Check24 we found the same hotel same pictures rating now with once 4☆ once 2☆. We found out that the hotel was around 12 years old from the employers there, so probably the pictures on the site are from the first 2-3 years....now everything is not even 50% from the pictures on the site. So, we had problem with the roof from the bathroom, leaking with water after one day of raining. We reported and it was ,,fixed,, . After the whole day and night of raining the next morning all of our things were under wather again and destroid. We were moved to another room with explanation that the raining season starts. They need to know better that us that and fix the problems before or on time. The other room, no internet, no warm wather, no AC working and wet and dirthy sheets. We lost almost the whole day with moving and waiting for the other room to be fixed. They said ,,this room was not used for a long time that is why the problems above  "Than why are you moving us there...The hotel was half empty "... Just to mention, we were on a honeymoon 🤗 from 14th till 27th of March. What we wanted was peace and we had it because the place is small and quiet and the employers are very friendly and give their best. We send complaint via email to the agency alredy.

Great location, checkin and greet was excellent. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are great but can be improved with little bit refurbishment and upholstery cleanliness. Staff was very accommodating and provided extra bed and mosquito net. Food and entertainment was well planned and organised. Would like to extend special thanks to the manager Saurabh who ensured everything was comfortable for us.

NOT GOOD! Weather was hot and very humid and a/c units did NOT work. No glass windows only screens so couldn’t keep inside cool AT ALL. Sheets were stained in bed and wet from humidity. Ants in the bathroom on walls. Showers would not drain. Bats hung at night from the top of the grass roofs that cover your room and their waste would drop on top off your rooms roof which in turn made the rooms smell like urine terribly bad. Food was so-so. Bath towels smelled terrible. Electricity went out all the time. Wi-Fi was a hit and miss. Staff were nice and friendly. Location/beach was beautiful!
