Wonderful stay as always!!! Isaac is the best! Always so hospitable and going above and beyond! He is part of the reason I always come back to Al Habtoor Palace! A special thank you to Shakoor for keeping our room spotless and always leaving a little treat on the bed to come back to at the end of the day! Thank you to Rodrizza for helping to pack my luggage! Thank you to Jackie for the wonderful treat as well! Everyone here is so sweet and accommodating and Al Habtoor Palace is my home away from home !

We are currently staying at Al Habtoor Palace in Dubai for a one-week trip, and so far everything has been wonderful! The rooms are incredibly spacious, beautifully maintained, and the bedding is just amazing — we’ve been sleeping like royalty. The customer service has also been outstanding; the staff are attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. We’ll update our review later in the week once we’ve had the chance to explore more of the hotel’s facilities, especially the spa and the fitness center. We’re also really looking forward to experiencing the hotel’s tea time — it’s something we’ve heard great things about! So far, highly recommended!

Although we didn’t stay at Al Habtoor Palace, our visit left a lasting impression. The hotel truly feels like living in a palace — grand, elegant, and full of charm. From the moment we stepped in, the hospitality was exceptional. A big thank you to Krunal for taking time out of his busy schedule to give us a detailed tour of the hotel. His insights and warm approach made the experience even more special. We also want to appreciate Gabriela, who captured some beautiful photos of us during our visit — thank you for your kindness and talent! The staff overall were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We’re already looking forward to returning, this time for a full stay — and of course, trying out the food at the Steak restaurant, which comes highly recommended. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience luxury and hospitality at its finest in Dubai!

We had the most pleasant and enjoyable stay at Al Habtoor Palace. All the staff are to be commended. Their professionalism and etiquette is one of the best I e come across. A special shout out to the staff who greeted us and attended to us every morning at breakfast, specifically Dorothy and Nouhaila and our waiter Mohannad. The staff at the door were exceptional also. Our girls really enjoyed the kindness and attention that they received whilst here. They were always accommodating and pleasant. We would definitely come back to stay here again!

Our stay at Al Habtoor Palace Dubai was truly exceptional. The hotel combines luxury design, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding service. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The staff were always welcoming, attentive, and ready to help with any request. We especially enjoyed the live music in the lobby, which created a warm and sophisticated atmosphere during all the day. The entire experience felt luxurious and very well-organized. Thank you for all the team, I would gladly return back soon.
