We had a very pleasant stay at Al Habtoor Palace. The service throughout was excellent, and a special mention goes to Jackie, our butler, who was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, professional, and even played along with our jokes, clearly someone with a great sense of humour The hotel itself is very well looked after. While parts of the interior feel a little dated, it still has a classy, elegant charm and is maintained to a high standard. The overall atmosphere is calm, luxurious, and comfortable. From start to finish, the service was top-notch, and we genuinely felt well looked after. Definitely a place we’d be happy to return to again.

We had a truly wonderful stay here. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Seeing how tired we were after a long flight, the team kindly prepared our room early for us, which meant so much. The honeymoon cake thoughtfully prepared by the butler was a beautiful surprise. We would also like to sincerely thank the housekeeping team, as well as the staff who greeted us at the door every morning and served breakfast — everyone was professional, warm, and attentive. This stay was truly the highlight of our time in Dubai. A genuinely five-star experience. We will definitely return. Thank you so much.

The staff was nice for the most part, check in was snooth, and I opted in for a birthday package which included a small cake, balloons, and rose petals. The hallways reeked of a strong essential oil and it was terrible to smell when walking to and from my room. I held my breath most of the time. The rooms are older, the second I walked into the room I knew moisture issues and mold/mildew was an issue for them. I work in property management so I can spot things pretty easily. In the stand in shower, there is no way for the moisture to vent aside from being stuck to the walls, I looked up and there it was, black mold behind the lighting. When I would request for my room to be serviced using the buttons located outside the bedroom, the cleaners never cleaned the rose petals, balloons, or removed the cake. Oh the noise, constant honking every 5 minutes, every single night.. I was continuously woken from my sleep due to cars honking at one another. Overall, I won't be returning or recommending this hotel to a friend. This hotel should be removed from American Express Fine Hotels + Resorts

Rooms were very clean and very big and spacious. Hsk staff was phenomenal. The breakfast staff Arvid , Ijaz and Nouhaila were excellent. They made my 1 yr old daughter feel so loved and happy with going extra mile for her. Hsk staff Anjali and Paban was very good.
