We had a very pleasant stay at Al Habtoor Palace. The service throughout was excellent, and a special mention goes to Jackie, our butler, who was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, professional, and even played along with our jokes, clearly someone with a great sense of humour The hotel itself is very well looked after. While parts of the interior feel a little dated, it still has a classy, elegant charm and is maintained to a high standard. The overall atmosphere is calm, luxurious, and comfortable. From start to finish, the service was top-notch, and we genuinely felt well looked after. Definitely a place we’d be happy to return to again.

We had a truly wonderful stay here. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Seeing how tired we were after a long flight, the team kindly prepared our room early for us, which meant so much. The honeymoon cake thoughtfully prepared by the butler was a beautiful surprise. We would also like to sincerely thank the housekeeping team, as well as the staff who greeted us at the door every morning and served breakfast — everyone was professional, warm, and attentive. It was a unique experience! Everything was perfect, the location was ideal as the hotel is downtown and access to all attractions is easy. The cleanliness of the room was unique, especially Shakoor was excellent! the staff very polite and helpful. Overall there was nothing unpleasant about the stay. I highly recommend it!

One word WOW! I’ve been to many hotels in the world this hotel tops it ALL. Top location. The staff is extremely professional, courteous and always with a smile. It all begins upon arrival with the bellmen and doormen greeting and assisting, through reception, guest relation, exceptional concierge services, every attraction. Mr. Chat send us was most enjoyable. Mr. Chat understood our needs with precise professionalism. Our room was specious and luxurious had all amenities and more. Housekeeping was outstanding especially Mr. Shakoor being professional, Our room was spotless, organized moreover Mr. Shakoor always has good will to aid and assist making our stay most pleasurable. Breakfast food & staff was A-Mazing. A large variety of hot dishes and cold foods (cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables, yogurts, fruits ect. ) all delicious and fresh. Staff welcoming with a good morning smile and service is beyond imagination. Thank you. ALL the hotel staff created a dream vacation for us.
