We stayed at Al Habtoor Palace for three nights and had breakfast every morning during our stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing — not only was the food delicious and varied, but the service was also outstanding. The hotel itself was very luxurious, and we were completely satisfied throughout our stay. We visited as part of our honeymoon stopover, and everything exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Ilaz, who served us excellent coffee every morning with such kindness and a warm smile. Charan also made wonderful bakery items such as French toast and crepes — they were so good! Even without us asking, he kindly came to offer, “Would you like me to make this for you?” which made us feel truly welcomed. Other staff members, including Zell, Yoon, and Mohammad, were all very attentive and friendly as well. After checking out, the hotel also kept our luggage safely so we could enjoy the city before our flight, which was really convenient. Everything — from the breakfast and service to the overall atmosphere — was simply perfect. It was the best breakfast experience of our honeymoon. Highly recommended!

Al Habtoor Palace was an amazing hotel to stay in dubai. The location is close enough to Burj Khalifa and dubai mall via taxi while not having the hectic lifestyle of Downtown Dubai. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and kind and also really helpful with all the needs we required. The hotel was beautiful itself and kept clean. Ameen and Satyam were two staff who were wonderful in helping us in our stay at the hotel. We would love to stay in the hotel again in our next visit to Dubai. Highly recommended the hotel for a truly elegant and luxury stay.

Al Habtoor Palace is the definition of extraordinary elegance. Every time I walk through its doors, I’m treated like a princess. The level of professionalism of the staff is simply unmatched. I’ve had the privilege of visiting almost every hotel in Dubai, but I’ve only received this kind of treatment here. A special mention goes to the Hotel Director, Mr. Edoardo: a flawless example of leadership. Kind, exceptionally skilled and attentive to every single detail, he ensures that every guest enjoys a perfect experience. The rooms are more spacious than the Dubai average and equipped with thoughtful and comfortable amenities. I absolutely love The Polo Bar, it feels like stepping into a luxurious New York cigar lounge. Both of their restaurants boast a chic and elegant design, and the food is truly delicious. An absolutely first-class experience, every single time. Highly recommended

The property and staff are top notch! I used their Silk Spa and the facilities and services were first class. My massage therapist- Eva - was excellent! She was patient, polite, and masterful! I give this spa an A+! Check them out!

I came for afternoon tea with a friend at Sidra, beautiful venue and staff were amazing. Moe looked after us and provided excellent service throughout, very friendly and knowledgable of menu. Thank you also to Chef Pawan and Chef Kundan for putting together the delicious afternoon tea, especially for accommodating our early arrival and preparing the afternoon tea for us before the specified timing. I would recommend to friends and family
