We stayed at Al Habtoor Palace for three nights and had breakfast every morning during our stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing — not only was the food delicious and varied, but the service was also outstanding. The hotel itself was very luxurious, and we were completely satisfied throughout our stay. We visited as part of our honeymoon stopover, and everything exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Ilaz, who served us excellent coffee every morning with such kindness and a warm smile. Charan also made wonderful bakery items such as French toast and crepes — they were so good! Even without us asking, he kindly came to offer, “Would you like me to make this for you?” which made us feel truly welcomed. Other staff members, including Zell, Yoon, and Mohammad, were all very attentive and friendly as well. After checking out, the hotel also kept our luggage safely so we could enjoy the city before our flight, which was really convenient. Everything — from the breakfast and service to the overall atmosphere — was simply perfect. It was the best breakfast experience of our honeymoon. Highly recommended!

Although we didn’t stay at Al Habtoor Palace, our visit left a lasting impression. The hotel truly feels like living in a palace — grand, elegant, and full of charm. From the moment we stepped in, the hospitality was exceptional. A big thank you to Krunal for taking time out of his busy schedule to give us a detailed tour of the hotel. His insights and warm approach made the experience even more special. We also want to appreciate Gabriela, who captured some beautiful photos of us during our visit — thank you for your kindness and talent! The staff overall were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We’re already looking forward to returning, this time for a full stay — and of course, trying out the food at the Steak restaurant, which comes highly recommended. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience luxury and hospitality at its finest in Dubai!

A great Palace of which like many I could describe endlessly its beauty. I’ll focus on saying that the breakfast was great, the Polo Bar beautiful, but what made my stay incredible was the service. It’s a symphony well known and perfectly orchestrated, with a staff ready to dress the table in 15 secondes when you get up for the breakfast buffet, or serve you water at your lounge chair when you’re swimming in the pool. Taking pride in small detail and human interaction, that’s what makes a great hotel a palace, not just the harp and paintings though magnificent. Thanks for welcoming us here, we liked it !

Al Habtoor Palace was an amazing hotel to stay in dubai. The location is close enough to Burj Khalifa and dubai mall via taxi while not having the hectic lifestyle of Downtown Dubai. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and kind and also really helpful with all the needs we required. The hotel was beautiful itself and kept clean. Ameen and Satyam were two staff who were wonderful in helping us in our stay at the hotel. We would love to stay in the hotel again in our next visit to Dubai. Highly recommended the hotel for a truly elegant and luxury stay.

I had a fantastic stay and celebrated my birthday here with my family. Special thanks to Krunal and our butler Aditya for making my celebration extra special with their thoughtful and attentive service. Also, thanks to bellman Abdullah for the warm welcome and help with my luggage. The room was comfortable and well-prepared, and the entire team made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in future.
