We had a very pleasant stay at Al Habtoor Palace. The service throughout was excellent, and a special mention goes to Jackie, our butler, who was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, professional, and even played along with our jokes, clearly someone with a great sense of humour The hotel itself is very well looked after. While parts of the interior feel a little dated, it still has a classy, elegant charm and is maintained to a high standard. The overall atmosphere is calm, luxurious, and comfortable. From start to finish, the service was top-notch, and we genuinely felt well looked after. Definitely a place we’d be happy to return to again.

Our stay at Al Habtoor Palace Dubai was truly exceptional. The hotel combines luxury design, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding service. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The staff were always welcoming, attentive, and ready to help with any request. We especially enjoyed the live music in the lobby, which created a warm and sophisticated atmosphere during all the day. The entire experience felt luxurious and very well-organized. Will definitely come back! Room is spacious and clean, everyone’s kind and corteous. Our room was upgraded to grand deluxe! And also, I love that they are using diptyque! Elvira at the reception is so sweet and helpful! Kudos to Al Habtoor Palace staffs!
