We had a truly wonderful stay here. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Seeing how tired we were after a long flight, the team kindly prepared our room early for us, which meant so much. The honeymoon cake thoughtfully prepared by the butler was a beautiful surprise. We would also like to sincerely thank the housekeeping team, as well as the staff who greeted us at the door every morning and served breakfast — everyone was professional, warm, and attentive. This stay was truly the highlight of our time in Dubai. A genuinely five-star experience. We will definitely return. Thank you so much.

We had a very pleasant stay at Al Habtoor Palace. The service throughout was excellent, and a special mention goes to Jackie, our butler, who was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, professional, and even played along with our jokes, clearly someone with a great sense of humour The hotel itself is very well looked after. While parts of the interior feel a little dated, it still has a classy, elegant charm and is maintained to a high standard. The overall atmosphere is calm, luxurious, and comfortable. From start to finish, the service was top-notch, and we genuinely felt well looked after. Definitely a place we’d be happy to return to again.

Respectfully this was the best hotel I have ever experienced in my entire long life. Room was never given a chance to be messy, aesthetics were perfect for photos, was probably better than the whole of Dubai in my room. I’d have been happy to have stayed in the hotel the entire 6 days. Special shout out to Nouhaila and ijaz for a pleasant breakfast experience!! Thank you to the cleaning service for room 374, you guys have to teach me how to do the same for my room back home 🤣 also shout out to abdullah who was a huge help with our luggage’s otw out :)
