Ameen, Sathyam, and Asad were incredibly helpful, professional, and kind, always going above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed. We had the most pleasant and enjoyable stay at Al Habtoor Palace. All the staff are to be commended. Their professionalism and etiquette is one of the best I e come across. A special shout out to the staff who greeted us and attended to us every morning at breakfast, specifically Dorothy and Nouhaila and our waiter Mohannad. The staff at the door were exceptional also. Our girls really enjoyed the kindness and attention that they received whilst here. They were always accommodating and pleasant. We would definitely come back to stay here again!

One moment that really impressed me was being greeted outside by a gentleman who personally walked me to the front desk for checking in, I later learned that he was the General Manager of the hotel, which made the gesture even more meaningful. It’s rare to see that level of genuine hospitality from management, and it perfectly reflects the spirit of Al Habtoor Palace.
