I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is truly luxurious and beautifully maintained. The hotel staff were very polite, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. I had originally booked a suite (one bedroom + living room) and a separate room. To my pleasant surprise, they upgraded and connected the two rooms into a two-bedroom suite with a living area — this was very thoughtful and made my stay even more comfortable. However, I would like to highlight one issue regarding the valet parking service. I handed over my car to the valet, but during my stay I noticed that the car was moved to different parking spots three times without informing me. I believe this should have been communicated, as it made me feel uneasy about how the vehicle was being handled. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel for its quality and excellent service, but I do hope the valet service is improved.

Extremely disappointed with Al Habtoor Palace. Definitely not worth the high price tag. I had much better experiences at other hotels. Will not be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly luxurious stay.

Went to dine at Sidra Lounge. Amazing afternoon tea with nice atmosphere and amazing staff. They arranged alternatives for my allergy requirements as well. Very flexible and hospitable. Special thanks to Zelle for her extraordinary service.
