I recently stayed at Al Habtoor Palace, and I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional hospitality I experienced throughout my visit. A special thank you to Ameen, who went above and beyond in organizing my days and ensuring that every detail of my trip was perfectly arranged, his effort truly made my stay so much easier and more enjoyable. I’d also like to thank Adel for his kindness, attentive care, and friendly presence. His professionalism and warmth stood out and added a personal touch to my stay. The hotel staff overall were wonderful — courteous, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. One moment that really impressed me was being greeted outside by a gentleman who personally walked me to the front desk for checking in, I later learned that he was the General Manager of the hotel, which made the gesture even more meaningful. It’s rare to see that level of genuine hospitality from management, and it perfectly reflects the spirit of Al Habtoor Palace. Overall, my experience was truly memorable, and I look forward to returning. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a stay that combines luxury with sincere, heartfelt service.

We had the most pleasant and enjoyable stay at Al Habtoor Palace. All the staff are to be commended. Their professionalism and etiquette is one of the best I e come across. A special shout out to the staff who greeted us and attended to us every morning at breakfast, specifically Dorothy and Nouhaila and our waiter Mohannad. The staff at the door were exceptional also. Our girls really enjoyed the kindness and attention that they received whilst here. They were always accommodating and pleasant. We would definitely come back to stay here again!

Simply blown away!!! The customer service here is on a completely different level. From the moment I arrived, Issac at the door greeted me with such grace and genuine care. Each time I came/left he asked about my stay, my day, and truly connected. I not once had to so much as open my taxi door or the door to the hotel. Chat at concierge was just as impressive, Mr. Youness, Dorothy and the team at the breakfast restaurant were exceptional. Every single staff member treated me with such respect, addressing me by name every time they saw me. Jackie from the butler service even came to my room personally to check that everything was perfect and to see if there was anything more they could do to make my stay more comfortable. The smallest request was never too much for anyone; their willingness to go above and beyond was constant. The hotel truly looks and feels like a palace. You can’t help but feel like a royalty the moment you walk in. The rooms are luxurious, the atmosphere is refined, and the level of care elevates everything. A short taxi ride to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, but truthfully … I barely wanted to leave. My four-night stay here was my favorite part of my entire Dubai trip. I have absolutely no words - I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank-you to all of you for such an incredible experience.
