Good 4 star hotel, didn’t feel like a boutique hotel. Rooms comfortable with all needs met. Pool area good, asked not to reserve sun beds but not adhered to.
Food was good, we had 3 veggies and had plenty of choice, staff very helpful and cheerful. Singing cook at breakfast and a lovely waitress call Romena kept our table cleared.
Hotel situated in a good location.

Lovely hotel and friendly hard working staff. Greeted with a glass of bubbly on arrival which was a nice touch. Room spacious and clean, included robes and slippers. Food always hot and tasty, plenty to choose from. Live entertainment around the pool and entertainment on an evening although this didn't last long. Drinks were expensive, we did consider upgrade to All Inclusive, but location is perfect to have lunch and drinks away from hotel and explore the marina and town. We spent less than if we upgraded and most nights left the hotel to enjoy drinks and entertainment elsewhere. I'd suggest that you look at your drinks prices, had they been cheaper we may have stayed and spent more time at the hotel. Would return and would recommend.

This hotel was fantastic. You are greeted by a glass of prosecco on arrival which was a nice touch. The rooms are big, clean with comfortable beds. My only feedback on the rooms would be the air conditioning didn't feel very cool, but as we stayed in January this wasn't to much of an issue. In the height of summer it may have been. The staff are excellent. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. The location is good, only being a short walk to the beach/promenade and then only slightly further to a nearby town centre and marina. We ate breakfast and lunch everyday at the hotel and the food overall was very good. For breakfast you can order specific types of eggs/omelettes. We split dinner half of our days at the hotel and the other half eating out. This is just due to preference not due to the hotels food quality. At dinner/lunch there were plenty of options with a live cooking station where you can order from a selection of meats. Minor feedback here was there was only one chef on the cooking station which resulted in long queues now and again. The drinks at this hotel are fantastic. The cocktails are made fresh and there is plenty of choice. The atmosphere is very relaxed and quiet being adults only. There is live entertainment around the pool daily, normally a musician. There is also live entertainment in the evening which overall was good and better than most hotels I have been to. Overall a very good hotel which we plan to return to.

Lovely hotel, reception both the physical space and how we were received as guests were excellent.
The suite we have is spacious, clean and well appointed.
The pool and restaurants sit in the centre of the complex so are easily accessible. The pool is great and the food and service in the restaurant were both superb.

A little disappointed. I am a big fan of the H10 hotels and this is the 3rd one I have stayed at. Unfortunately it does not live up to its reputation. The hotel in general was ok, good food and clean grounds but the room was very disappointing. We booked a pool view suite which in first glance looks great, there were a few maintenance issues but I didn’t want to spoil the holiday by complaining. I finally decided to say something on our last day after there were too many issues, the water stopped working and there were ants in the room. Credit to the hotel, they got the water working after about 20 minutes. I mentioned to reception about dust in the vents of the mini bar cupboard, what looked like water damage in the cupboard, dust in the shower vent, ants in the room, rust on the shower head, broken sun lounger on the balcony and screws coming out of the wood on the balcony. I was told as it was Friday there was no manager about and they would email me. I was going to hold off reviewing until I had a response but I am still waiting for an email. This is not what I expect for the amount that I had paid for the room. I have stayed in the H10 in Fuerteventura and Seville their rooms are immaculate. Please do better.
