What a great hotel, adults only. Service here is fantastic each member of staff is really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We stayed all-inclusive for a week and was surprised by the value, drinks are all premium brands and they do not hold back on the measures, lots of different choice of cocktails also. Food was all really fresh for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snack bar is really nice for a lunchtime pick me up. Location is great for a walk into Playa Blanca or down to the beach. Rooms are large and very clean. Lovely balcony to relax on. Two pools which are well maintained.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Hotel over the last 6 years, and the quality is still as good as ever. The staff are extremely friendly, nothing is too much trouble. rooms are clean and spacious, food is good and plentiful. branded drinks in the all-inclusive package as standard, lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers, and only a 5 minutes walk to Playa Dorada beach . Daily activities have stopped since our last visit which is a shame. perhaps that could be re-visited All in all a great place to visit, will definitely return again.

Just spent seven days at the White Suites with my wife. Had a fantastic time. Staff very friendly, on the ball at all times. We had an issue with the TV reported it to reception and with in half a hour sorted. Had a nice view of pool area and the maid service was spot on. We have just booked again for September. Counting the days. To all the staff thanks, see you soon.

What a magical stay. Arrived and greeted with a glass of bubbly. Hotel was beautiful, rooms was lovely, only little moan would be the bathroom floor was quite badly stained other than that really nice. The staff( especially the bar staff ) are amazing hard working people and go above and beyond. Food was good and pool bar for lunches was great, cocktails and drinks was fantastic and they wasn’t shy with their portions. Entertainment was great and lovely music around the pool. Location was fantastic and only a five min walk to the stunning beach. It was my husbands birthday and they left a bottle of fizz and some chocolates for him a nice little touch. My one only other little moan would be is that we was all inclusive and on our last day we was only entitled things till 6pm and we had a late flight leaving the hotel at 8pm and wasn’t allowed a dinner and wasn’t offered a cold dinner or anything but we was ok and happy to wait to buy something at the airport but just fault it was a bit harsh. Other than that an amazing stay in a beautiful hotel with amazing staff, guests and a fantastic atmosphere and would definitely recommend and return in the future.

If you’re looking for an all-inclusive in the sun, H10 White Suites provides excellent service and value. Our room was large, comfortable and very clean, comprising a bedroom, bathroom and living room with a balcony. As far as I know this is standard. In the all inclusive you get a well stocked mini bar which is included in the package. The shower is powerful and the hotel is really generous with the toiletries, providing large refillable containers with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner etc. cleanliness is excellent - the cleaners did an extremely thorough clean each day. Only complaint was the air conditioning as it didn't seem to be possible to adjust the temperature. The pool area is lovely and spacious with lots of sun beds. There’s a couple of hours of entertainment each day by the pool, which may or may not be your thing but it’s not too intrusive. Unlike many all-inclusives, all the drinks seem to be included. I heard there are some premium drinks not included, but everything we ordered, including cocktails were included with no quibbles. Customer service is outstanding, and all the staff are friendly, warm and helpful. The Bamboo restaurant provides the 3 meals which are included in the all-inclusive. The dining area is vast but nicely arranged so guests are not on top of each other. As for the quality of the food, it’s a bit of a mixed bag, but the mix swings heavily in favour of the positive. There is a huge variety of dishes. On our first visit, I assumed it would not change much since there was more than enough to allow you to have a number of meals and not eat the same thing again. Yet I was amazed to see the entire range changed for every meal, and there are some really delicious dishes to choose from. It’s not all outstanding - some of the meat from the grill is a bit tasteless. At breakfast the juices taste like supermarket value ones, even the orange juice which you would expect to be freshly squeezed. But I’d say 80-90% of the food on offer is very tasty and the all-inclusive means you really are getting excellent value. The location is fine, nothing extra special but there is a nice beach over the road, a lovely promenade along the beach and a pleasant enough town around Playa Blanca. But for us this was a lazy holiday to get some sun and relax by the pool, so the location was not so important. One other thing to add is that check-out time is midday but they will let you enjoy the all-inclusive hospitality until 6pm, so if your flight is not til later in the day you can still have a nice lunch and some afternoon drinks. This is a really nice gesture, not one they need to do but shows a genuine warmth for the guests. I would definitely return to this hotel, which provides excellent value, comfort and first class customer service. I saved around £200 by booking flights separately and booking with the hotel directly, rather than buying a package deal. The only thing you don’t get is the airport transfer but you can also book a bus ride direct to the hotel from the airport with shuttledirect.
