My honest review, definitely a good 4* Hotel needs some work to compete with the 5* Hotels.
The Rooms - We stayed in a Privilege Room with Sea Views. The room is modern and looks great could do with a few tweaks some drawers or extra hanging space as there isn’t much at all. Mini bar filled every 2 days apparently but we’ve been without coffee for 4 days now but it is what it is. The cleaners do a great job and I take my hat off to them.
Location - Not the best I would say get a car and go explore. If you enjoy staying around the hotel there isn’t much just a slightly run down shopping plaza which 90% of shops are boarded up which is a shame. There is a couple of nice places to eat and the sunset bar is very nice.
Hotel - it’s not an overly big hotel it’s just set on many levels so takes a day or two to get your bearings to find the easiest way to get to places definitely a bit of a maze but you get use to it.
Food - Typical hotel food not great and we prefer to eat in local restaurants rather than at the hotel.
Staff - Cleaners fantastic very friendly lovely people, majority of the service staff again lovely people. Reception is another story, as your first impression definitely needs some attention to detail maybe the guy who we checked in was having a bad day who knows.
Overall it’s a decent hotel nothing magical no real wows anywhere just a nice hotel. Good sunsets from privilege rooms which was a bonus!
Would we come back? No probably not but we just used the hotel as a base and hired a car.

Lovely relaxing day, food very good.
Drinks are branded which is very nice.
Big pool. Plenty of space around the pool.
Big hotel, rooms well spaced, we have a long walk to the restaurants.
Finding your way around initially is a bit challenging...

Fantastic hotel. We’ve stayed in 4/5 star hotels all over the Canary Islands and this one trumps them all. Upgrade to privilege is so worth it - a la carte for every meal - brilliant food and wine, especially in the Japanese and Brassarrie restaurants. From our privilege room we walked straight out from our room to the privilege lounge / pool area with heated pool. Chilled vibe, nice modern chilled music. Everyone is very friendly and keen to do a great job, and the hotel is immaculate.

Very nice hotel. It has great views and excellent facilities. I would advise you to go for the privilege package, It allows access to areas that are separated from the main guests and allows for a more guaranteed experience.
I would also advise you to go all-inclusive. As all foods and drinks are provided, it makes the stay much easier.
There is a beach located very close at the back of the hotel, less than a five minute walk.

A beautiful hotel, location perfect for us as it’s next to a beach, and a pleasant walk to shops etc. therefore not noisy. The quality of the food is really very good, especially the a la carte restaurants. Rooms are large, very comfortable, many with fab views, and the cleaners are fantastic. Our third visit so we know our way around, and the fact we return year on year says it all!
