My rating is against this being a "4 star" hotel. It is not a 4 star hotel, there is no room service, the towels get changed once every 4 days (a problem in January as there was rain most days and no heated towel rail to dry them so it was damp towels for 4 days). You have to pay for a room safe and you have to pay to swap you pool towels. Also, the most bizarre - no iron? I don't think I've been to a hotel in my life where there hasn't been an iron available - Travelodge's have irons. However, rooms were very clean and despite the bathroom needing a refurb everything was in good working condition. Most of the facilities otherwise are okay and I would say the food is of good quality (except the coffee - it is pretty nasty at the breakfast buffet). There is however decent enough coffee at the other bars. The Italian restaurant is worth a visit during the stay. Service was generally very good - with some excellent individuals. The gym looked okay but we didn't use, the spa was booked up so again can't comment. It's main redeeming feature is it is set in the most beautiful area, the beaches are idillic and it was lovely to see all the stray cats being so well looked after (I think this is an island thing as opposed to specifically a hotel, but they looked in amazing health). If this were rated 3 star I'd still be looking for an iron and more regular towel changes, but we had a good time there so if you can get the place for a bargain I'm sure you will have a good time, however, we won't be rushing back

We have stayed here for four times now which shows how much we like it! The most recent time we visited was two weeks ago. Unfortunately we were unhappy with our room and the reservations manager kindly took us to a couple of other rooms to choose from which we were delighted with. We always choose a superior room with a sea view and have never before been disappointed.

Very good hotel. It was recommended to me by a friend as the best hotel on Fuerteventura. The rooms were very tidy and received a light daily cleaning. There was slight mold inside some picture frames and above the air conditioning. No cotton swabs were provided. The service was very good. Especially Aqua Yoga on stand up paddle boards and Aqua Cycling with Wljadi were a lot of fun. The animation was excellent as of December 2024. He even reminds me a bit of the German comedian Teddy. 🧸😉 Beautiful beach. Very very windy. When it comes to food, I usually found good options even as a vegetarian.

This H10 hotel is just mesmerising. It’s spacious, clean, with beautiful seashore right behind the corner and there’s also a big variety of indoor and outdoor activities (including several pools, gym and spa). Each meal has many heavenly good dishes. The website delivers almost each answer, but if you need guidance or have any problems, the stuff will help you with the smile. We highly recommend weekly entertainments such as Sangria Demonstration with Wajdi - essentiall knowledge with sense of humor and delicious pop at the end :) We’ll definitely try to recreate the recipe at home. Very delightful stay!

Wajdi is a great entertainer. Lots of energy, and joins in with the exercise. The hotel itself is very nice and peaceful even when busy. Plenty of sunbeds even when people reserve them in the morning. Food choices are not extensive even though buffet changes daily. If you like sangria this can be ordered on tap (took us a few days to find this!) great views over the sea, especially at sunset. Best view from the bar by reception.
