My second visit to the hotel, and now I'm back home planning my next visit! The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet, a perfect place to retreat and read away from the afternoon sun. The food was fantastic - served hot, with a wide variety, and plenty of cook to order options as well. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, and their attention to detail was unbeatable. I stayed all inclusive in a pool view room, which was the perfect location - near to everything, but still set back enough to feel private and tranquil. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed peaceful break, in a beautiful setting close to the beach.

I have booked flight and hotel as a package with all inclusive. The 1h car trip from airport to the hotel was not bad, due to the prepared shuttle service. Hotel is super clean and in a very good shape, so that vacation atmosphere starts already at the entrance. Buffet is changing every day with mixed local and international food. Very good quality and very friendly service. Several bars offer over the day good coffee drinks and snacks. The pool was a bit cold in the end of May as well as the ocean. The beach is just 50meters downstairs from the pool with amazing sand and water quality. Animations are in a good balance like evening music or a sangria curse. Overall is the atmosphere very cozy and perfect for a relaxing couple holiday.

Stayed in a Privilege Junior Suite for 10 days. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. It is a big hotel but never felt busy. The food was excellent and plenty of choice but is worth going for privilege as the a la carte restaurant was exceptional. The privilege lounge was a bonus, somewhere to cool off with snacks and an array of drinks for you to help yourself. The proximity to the beech is amazing and the beeches in that area are stunning. It is a quieter area of the island so if you want to chill, swim, relax and enjoy the food and cocktails this is the place, if you want nightlife it's not. We found all the staff friendly and attentive and enjoyed the activities with Wadji. Will definitely return to this hotel for another amazing holiday. Thanks to everyone at H10 Esmeralda.

We were really suprised with a hotel, everything was amazing. We came late to the hotel because our airplane had delay and they prepared dinner for us to our room. Rooms are clean. Personal friendly and kind. With a food we were really satisfied. Beach is really close to hotel, it was just couple steps from our room. Beach is really clean with amazing sea. Thank you!

Lovely hotel and staff! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Esmerelda, a lovely quiet hotel with great views of the beach. A special shout out to Wajdi who looked after us all week. Friendly, polite and extremely talented (speaking 6 different languages!) He always informed us of events happening throughout the day and evening and we really enjoyed taking part in all of these. Wajdi would always check in throughout the day and made our holiday all the more fun. He was lovely to talk to, approachable and a credit to the hotel. We hope to return in the future.
