We went out for the Easter holiday. Lovely hotel with two pools (not seawater). There is a quiet pool and lounge area and a separate pool and lounge area for kids and their parents. All meals are buffet style with plenty of choice and quantity. The quality of the food is very good, but not outstanding. Certainly on par with the hotel's rating. If you are all inclusive, you can swap one evening for their serviced restaurant at no cost. Suites were spacious and cleaned daily. There is a slightly fangled process for changing the beach towels provided. Lunches are in the buffet restaurant, but there is also a snack bar, that the kids preferred, that did burgers, pizzas, chicken strips and onion rings! The town and all it's shops and restaurants are only a short walk away, whilst the fantastic water park is only a 10 minute walk. Would highly recommend a stay.

This is a very disappointing hotel. The rooms are clean, the toiletries provided are great, smell fab and are very usable so save yourself some luggage weight if you are happy to use their products. Unfortunately they have tried to update the tiling to the rooms and painted the terracotta tiles grey. Overtime this has rubbed off so now these areas look really tatty, the railings also have paint peeling so these communal areas feel really scruffy. The pool sunbathing areas very clean although if you get there anytime after 10am all the loungers area gone and we saw people each day have to leave the area which is very bad to not provide enough loungers for a hotel. The pool (we only used one area for the week) was very dirty, the bottom had dirt and debris on it from first thing each day and the grills around the edges were very unclean. There was no soap in the pool restaurant/bar the whole week we were there. It was a self cleaning area whereby you put your empty beakers into a recycle area, so no service there at all. Bins were changed regularly though. The restaurant is average, very small, lots of queuing at busy times. As a vegetarian I was very hungry all week. For some unknown reason they love to put nasty pink meat into any lovely looking salad, any chickpea dish which would normally be lovely also had meat or fish thrown in. Why do these companies think a bowl of veggies is what vegetarians eat these days. The bars are the absolute worst thing about the hotel. The staff are utterly miserable, no smiling or chat. They only seem to have any joy when they are telling you what you can’t have. The cocktail menu is very old fashioned and even though all the ingredients are available to drink they will not make an alternative cocktail for you. It’s ridiculous. They have all fruit juices available for their syrupy cocktails so I tried to order a vodka and cranberry and they couldn’t use the cranberry in any other way than the cocktail list. Just so very disappointing. There are way better places to stay and I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel. Keep looking and find better reviews. Wish I had!

We had a really great week at this hotel. The staff were so lovely in all areas of the hotel and the food was delicious with plenty of choice. The pools were heated, and we had no trouble getting sunbed. We went in February and we were very lucky with the weather. We definitely recharged our batteries. The hotel is close to the shops and bars. The only thing for me is that you are not at the sea front but it was so lovely and relaxing by the pool it didn't matter to us. Some of the areas probably need a little upgrading but it was very good value for money and very clean

Good quality hotel with pool. Buffet breakfast was really excellent and late checkout makes for good value relaxed stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are a decent size with comfortable beds. A short walk to the high street, but don't expect to be able to see the ocean. Would happily return. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay and thought the location was ideal for exploring Corralejo. The hotel was generally quiet until the weekend when we even had to queue for evening meal. The pool area was immaculate and peaceful as children went to an alternative pool. The room was comfortable enough but some of the furniture was rather tired looking. The food was fine, with plenty of options. We had lunch at the pool bar a few times and were impressed. Excellent drink selection and 'healthy' measures! However, we were really disappointed with the Italian 'specialised' restaurant - it was freezing and the ambience was not condusive to a relaxing evening. The staff service was excellent throughout the hotel.
