Staying here for 10 days, on day 7 at the moment with my family can't fault this place at all. Rooms fantastic food very good and the place is extremely clean. Pool area is beautifully kept and entertainment at pool area is really well done. The entertainment during the day at the pool is different every day and catered for all ages with extremely friendly staff . I have done cocktail making classes by the pool ,yoga on paddle boards in the pool and cycling bikes especially made for the pool !! So lots for everyone. All staff super friendly but one stands out from the crowd, a smile morning, noon and night on this girls face and takes great pride in making people happy and putting 100% into all activities!! Well done Lina you have made the difference on our family holiday keep up the good work and thank you for keeping us entertained including my 79 year old father in law because he very hard to keep happy!!

A wonderful, relaxing stay - staff are exceptional in working together to assure guests of the best care and attention. The restaurants present a huge range of excellent fare, and the facilities and extensive grounds are beautiful - safe and relaxing in a little oasis, yet right in the centre for ease of access to the beaches and town. I would highly recommend a stay here…

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and we loved our first visit to Fuerteventura. Everyone in the hotel was so friendly and the food at the buffet was amazing. There were always plenty of options and everything was delicious especially the steak which was available every night. The hotel was very quiet and spotless throughout. The location is perfect and located a few minutes from the main shopping area. The outdoor gym and tennis courts are fantastic. Special mention to Leo on the entertainment team who was always very enthusiastic and friendly. The music variety played around the pool was brilliant and not blaring like other hotels. Only area for improvement is additional guest seating required for the evening entertainment and the chill out bar as it was always crowded with no seats available. We have enjoyed family trips to all the Canary islands and this was the best. Can’t wait to return..

Me and my parents stayed here for my 50th birthday. It was a very clean well maintained hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The daytime entertainment was good. The food was good plenty of choices for everyone. Both pools were lovely although one cooler than other. Drinks prices were reasonable. I would definitely visit again.

We travelled at the start of May with our 6 month old twins, their grandparents and some of our friends with their child. I contacted the hotel when we booked, asking for travel cots and they called me to confirm that was all ok. I also asked for ground floor rooms and for us to be close to each other. The transfer wasn't too long. When we arrived we found the hotel to be nice but a fairly typical 4 star with some minor repairs being needed here and there. Nothing major though. We were upgraded to poolside rooms and we were put on the ground floor next to each other, so we were really happy with how the hotel handled our request. Highly recommend a poolside room if staying here as it's so convenient, especially with children. Unfortunately our friends son had to sleep in bed with them the first night as they couldn't spare a travel cot, despite being told one was on its way that day. The pools were medium sized and a little cold this time of year but not too cold to swim in. Not heated. The children's area didn't have much to it, a small park with rubber floor, small climbing frame with slide and some swings. They did have a kids club but we didn't use it. The outdoor gym looked amazing. One for the best I have seen. The rooms had a kettle and a Nespresso machine which was handy but you only get one free bottle of water. The hotel are trying to get you to go green so they will top up reusable bottles, but you have to buy the reusable or bring one. They should really just provide one per person with the room for free, I can't imagine they cost much, it could be included in the cost and it would be a good marketing strategy having H10 hotel bottles taken around the world by their guests! Their was a double sink and decent sized bathroom with shower, no bath. Room was cleaned every day to a good standard and the staff were always really nice. We didn't see any microwaves for warming bottles but our babies had premade formula and didn't mind it cold. I imagine they would warm a bottle of you asked them but it's not very convenient. Lunch and dinner was good but not a huge selection. Most other hotels I have been to, have had bigger dining rooms and buffets. Breakfast was good too with a continental selection and some nice pastries. It would have been nice to have something special on each night, like sushi or a special meat. The themed food seemed a bit basic. The snack bar actually had better lunch food than the buffet. The wife very strongly recommends the caesar salad (when the lady chef is working)! The grounds of the hotel was massively underrated in my opinion. The trees and bushes look like they have all been meticulously pruned and shaped by Mr. Miyagi from The Karate Kid. They were actually extremely impressive. Hats off to the gardeners. Location was excellent. Right in the main road leading to the old town. So we popped out most days for a walk into town, to the super market, a beach or the port etc..the beaches are very close by and some are amazing..it seemed like a pretty family friendly area to me. To summarise, it's a good 4 star hotel, not very busy and based on the size I don't think it will get too busy. Location is excellent and the food is good for a week..staff very nice too.
