The best stay! Every member of staff was professional, caring and overall lovely! (I didn’t catch the name of the lady who checked us in but she was so great) I did catch Galindos name, who works at the restaurant, I am ceoliac and he really took care of my needs when it came to the food each day I had my own cakes breads pizzas pastas anything I wanted it was very easy to feel safe with food thanks to him and the restaurant team! If you are also celiac or gluten free I 10000/10 recommend! Muchas gracias Galindo! The food was amazing every night! The room was lovely great shower great view of the sea! We just had the dreamiest stay!

Been to this hotel several times over the years and this is the first time we’ve been disappointed. Hotel location is excellent and within walking distance of beach’s and shops, literally at the front door, and promenade is easily accessible via the rear gate at the pool area. Staff are great very friendly and helpful, good entertainment at night with the obligatory kiddies disco and very friendly and bubbly entertainments team. Now to the negatives. Rooms really could do with a major overhaul they are clean but the decor is dated. Our room was on the bottom floor located just behind the Dubliner Bar so the noise at night was very loud. Now I know someone has to occupy these rooms but it really didn’t suit us. Also there was a musty smell in our room and also along the whole corridor. In fairness we did ask reception if it was possible to move but the whole hotel was fully booked. They told us to check the next day to see if there was any availability but we decided to stay in the room has we had already unpacked. The first couple of nights the food in the buffet wasn’t the best but as the week progressed it did seem to be a little better. In summing up this is a good hotel but does need some modernisation to bring it up to modern day expectations

It’s like going to a hotel in 1995!! Be warned this hotel at BEST is a 2 star!! You cannot check in till 3pm - no exceptions No iron available in the hotel - you have to PAY €25 to hire one and leave a deposit! No kettle / coffee in the rooms- wow!! Rooms were last updated in 1995!! First gave us a room over a karaoke bar!! Moved to other end of hotel and room just as miserable! But quieter!! Food!! Let’s says… you remind yourself never to book half board again!! This hotel must be loved by people who don’t have much in life and eat tv dinners!! I’ve been to a 4 star hotel in Benidorm that blows this place out of the water! Good luck guys!!

I booked a sea view room and when I first checked in, was given a room with a small amount of sea visible. The room was damp and a bit tired. However, I went to see reception and they couldn't have been more helpful. Whilst I laid in the sun they moved my bags to a fantastic room with a very nice view. The food is excellent, the drinks made well and the staff are just the best thing about the hotel. They are all incredibly friendly and helpful. It's a shirt walk from the strip and right by the sea. Highly recommended.

The hotel is lovely. Food is nice, service is great, facilities and daytime/evening entertainment are great. Location is great. However, a couple of things they can improve on: - The air conditioning in our room was terrible and it was so hot in the night. We asked reception twice to resolve it and they said it was fine, but it wasn't. - There were no inflatables allowed in the pool which makes it less fun for the kids. - There were about 20 tables available for the evening entertainment with a hotel of hundreds of guests. There is room available to move the stage somewhere else to accommodate more tables. Overall an excellent hotel apart from the above.
