Great location, just off one of many nearby beaches and looking out over the ocean, you get stunning sunsets and they have a roof terrace to really appreciate that. Menu was varied and always good, no problem being stuck for something to eat and the pools were great. Room was on the fifth floor (of 11) so the view from there was great too. Highly recommended, but do bear in mind that this is a "party" island, whatever you are there for, and there will be bars etc round about playing music into the wee hours. Up to yourself if you bring ear plugs or go down and join them :)

Mixed feelings, so 4 stars were given.
POSITIVE POINTS
Looks great when you enter. Outside areas fantastic. Lots of areas to swim, sunbathe, eat & drink.
The cocktails were fabulous to look at and taste. We only ate at the buffet restaurant but the food was very good. Plenty of choice & good quality.
The bathroom was great. Nice power shower, easy to use. Sink, toilet & bidet and was cleaneddaily. Plenty of towels; bath, small, floor mat, and bidet towel. Changed daily if requested.
Often, there was a complimentary drink on arrival at the buffet restaurant. Tequila shot, cava, or fruit juice. Very basic mini bar in the room, not expensive but not cheap. Entertainment in the sunlight bar was mainly good. Beds made each day.
GREAT jet2 rep called Darren. Told us all the untourist places to visit and the history of the areas.
NEGATIVE POINTS
Sold as Costa Adeji, but the hotel just on the edge of playa Americas so a bit noisy at times. Hotel info states you can drink the tap water but advises you not to. So that means you buy water to use in the coffee machine as well as drink.
The email we received states we can have 2 free cocktails if we download the H10 app. The staff know nothing about it. We were all looking forward to a complimentary drink.
All water in the hotel is bottled and paid for.
In the app, there were activities adverts that I would have liked to join in. However, I couldn't find a lot of them, and they weren't on the app most days. Men were offered a drink on arrival but not the ladies.
Rooms were a little dated but generally clean. Beds made each day, states changed alternative days, but they weren't. I think we only had 1 change of sheets. Air-conditioning OK but never anywhere near cold, just keeps the heat off.
I'm surprised that they did not change our coffee cups or water glasses each day or sometimes they didn't wash them. States 4 coffee pods per day, but they don't top up as used. I had to buy milk because they did not always replace milk pods.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

We have not long returned from a four night stay here - overall the hotel was good but there are definitely some points for improving.
We wanted a room upgrade so emailed the hotel to ask - we got a reply 1 day later asking for our booking ref and they could do it. Sent all the info across and then heard nothing - not a single reply to the four emails I sent them, apart from after we had checked in and were told there were no room upgrades available, it was then that someone chose to reply to me. At this point I was sat in the hotel bar. We were then told they had nothing for that night but we could do it from the next night onwards - honestly I’d just given up by that point - didn’t ruin but kind of put a dampener on the holiday. So if you do find yourself wanting an upgrade I’d make sure you emailed them months in advance!
Following on from this we also needed a twin room for one of our other parties, we were told this is fine and you can separate the beds…. You could not separate the beds unless you had brought a chainsaw with you. Going back down they then said they had no other rooms and Jet2 hadn’t informed them. We spoke to Jet2 before to request one and then to be on the safe side we emailed the hotel separately as well. Lesson learned here is that this hotel although lovely cannot communicate at all.
We had booked a standard double room - and I know you get what you pay for (hence wanting the upgrade) but a very simple thing like not having a mirror above the desk was very annoying. Having to sit on a stool in front of the wardrobe and having to move every time my partner wanted to use the bathroom became very tiresome.
The hotel is looking a bit tired and could do with some tlc.
The staff however were lovely and I can’t fault them - they did do everything they could to help and I saw several people with issues who they have exactly the same service to.
The food was a good standard and the cleanliness of the hotel in general was very good.
We’ve stayed in 3 H10 hotels and unfortunately this was the worst - I just don’t feel like it was to their usual standard, unless we have just been very lucky with the other two.

Wonderful week away, am already booking the next trip!
Location, staff, activities and overall experience has been outstanding. Dani, Sophie and the whole activities team have been so welcoming and enthusiastic - didn’t realise aqua pole dancing was a thing! Hilarious.
Only constructive criticisms from me would be, full length hanging space in the wardrobe would be a welcome addition for any dresses. And more details on the app for activities- location, etc.
Still those points won’t stop me from returning.
Thank you hotel team xx

We stayed here 7 nights all inclusive last summer We arrived late (after midnight) and the staff were amazing. We were exhausted after flight delays and check in was easy, a lovely glass of cava and sandwiches and crisps in the room for us. We had a superior sea view and it was well worth it. The views are great, especially of the sunset. The room was large and the comfiest bed I've had on a European holiday. Buffet was ok, we didn't eat huge amounts but I think thay was more about us rather than the food. The drinks in the all inclusive were varied and table service in the evening was rapid. The evening entertainment was brilliant. We loved the saxophone and DJ. There were acrobats and fire eaters. Honestly couldn't ask for more. The staff were attentive without being intrusive. I really cannot fault the H10, we loved it. So much so, we are booking again for next year
