Just returned from a family break at this hotel & thought it was pretty awsome! Something for everyone & ideally located food to die for premium drinks 🍸 4* hotel & 5* staff ♥️ couldn't fault it! Animation team are excellent 👌 always something happening if you want it! Never struggled for a Sunbed & there were 8 of us! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to family & friends 🤗🌞🌞🌞

Absolutely loved our week in Gran Tinerfe hotel. We were greeted with a glass of cava which was a nice touch. The views are amazing, staff can’t be any more helpful, especially at dinner. So polite and welcoming, the staff deserve a big bonus for everything they do, considering there was ongoing strikes during our stay, our hotel seems to have continued at 100% and did not let our holiday be affected. The outdoor area in the restaurant was gorgeous with amazing view! Def recommend eating outside if you get a chance at least once as the sunset is stunning. Rooms were spotless, cleaned daily. Mattress is a bit too hard but that’s just my preference. The views from our room were absolutely beautiful, we had partial sea view and bit of the Mountain View which was stunning. Food was lovely, plenty of choice, even for vegetarians! Pool area seems to have been renovated in the last couple of years, the light coloured floor tiles at the pool areas just add to the lovely ambient, all pools were really clean and pool bar area was really well maintained, the bar staff were doing an amazing job, nothing was too much hassle for them. Gym was great - you have just enough to have a quick work out and never too busy. Cleaned daily and small towels provided. Music by the pool was perfect - not too loud and just good music nothing annoying 😆 Shops restaurants bars on the door step, and the beach was also less than a min walk away. Evening entertainment - bands, singers and something going on each night, better than most hotels I’ve been to before. Only issue we had was on the first night at dinner, when we were given a table outside on the terrace and once we got up to get some food the same table was given to someone else aswell! So when we came back with plates full of food we were told “sorry no tables” but the people that were given our table decided to take another table, I wouldn’t normally make someone get up regardless of that being our table given to us 5 min ago, but we had hot food in our hands so politely we asked if we can have our table back 🥲 We also found the bracelets really useful as they replace the key card to your room and your bank card which means don’t need to remember to carry cash, purse or your key every time you leave your room/go to the bar. Really clever way, and you can top up 100eur to start with, then anything even 10eur if it’s your last night and you don’t need more. Overall lovely Easter break, booked pretty much last minute, and glad we chose this hotel. Would deffo stay again.

I stayed at H10 Gran Tinerfe on an All Inclusive basis which I found to be very good value for money. The staff are, without exception excellent. The location of the hotel is brilliant, the beach is accessed by a secure rear door. If you want to join in the hotel's guest activity programme there's plenty to keep you busy, as well as if you're just looking to relax and recharge that too is very easy at the hotel. The food in the several restaurants caters for every taste and is of very good quality. The rooms are very comfortable, with huge beds and a great pillow menu. All areas of the hotel are very clean and well maintained. The pool area is very comfortable and clean. Sunbeds shouldn't be reserved before 10am, towels do sometimes get removed. Although if you intend staying on your sunbed that's no problem before 10am. There's varied entertainment in the evenings which is well attended by the guests. As a female solo traveller/guest I felt very comfortable and safe during my stay. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

We just came back from our holiday and I would like to share my opinion on my experience at the hotel. The hotel looked nice both outside and inside, and the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and always clean. Food's good too. However, the pools were so cold that most just ended up in the jacuzzi or stayed around the pools. The pool water was colder than the water in the beach. One downside was that, even though it was an all-inclusive hotel, there was still a deposit required for beach towels (which you do get back). You also had to pay €1 per person every time you wanted to change it into a clean towel, which was inconvenient. The safe was also something you had to pay for. Booking dinner each day became frustrating as well. When ordering drinks like water, Fanta, Coca-Cola, cocktails, or beer, anything in the all inclusive deal, you had to keep scanning your wristband each time. Additionally, you couldn’t take a bottle of water or a snack from the main restaurant, which made going out for tours more difficult. For an all-inclusive, I felt a bit monitored as there was a lack of casualness or freedom compared to other hotels that I've stayed at. It was the small things that became annoying. But overall, the stay was really nice stay, and I'm still grateful for the memories there.

Stay: 17th–21st March 2025 | Booked via Booking.com | Approx. £750pp Let’s kick off with the basics: the hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport by taxi, which set us back around €25. No dramas there. Now, the fun begins: As soon as we step into the hotel, we’re met by friendly staff—great! But before we even have a chance to drop our bags in the room, we’re hit with “How much money would you like to put on your wristbands?” After a long flight, budgeting on the spot for the rest of your stay is the last thing you want to do. A poor start. The wristbands from hell: These blue wristbands are your golden ticket to pay for *almost* everything at the hotel. They’re itchy, irritating, and come with all the charm of a cheap festival wristband that you can’t take off. Ever tried sleeping with a damp, scratchy band clinging to your wrist? It’s like being mildly tortured by your own holiday. The best part? You’ve got no idea how much money’s left on it. Fancy a drink? Tap and pray. If you’re out of funds, congratulations—you now get to queue up at reception and chuck at least €100 back onto it. Sure, they refund unused money at the end *in cash*, but why make the whole system more complicated than it needs to be? And as for prices? Apparently, those are top secret. Staff flip a blank payment screen and expect you to blindly tap your wristband, crossing your fingers that your balance covers whatever you’ve just bought. Could be a cocktail. Could be the hotel. The towel saga: Day two, we attempt to rent towels for the sun loungers—€20 deposit which is refundable. Not ideal, but fine. Except you can’t use your magic wristband to pay. Okay, we’ll use a card. Oh no, the card machine’s not working. Brilliant. Staff kindly inform us there’s nothing they can do. Honestly, it wouldn’t have taken much to note our room number and let us pay later, seeing as they literally know where we sleep. But no, we were told to come back later like naughty school kids. Just a bit silly, really. The room: Ground floor with a stunning view of… a wall. Can’t complain too much for the price, but on night three, we had a COCKROACH leg it across the floor. Not the bedtime companion I was hoping for. To be fair, it’s a ground floor room, these things happen, but still—not ideal. And let’s talk about the beds and pillows. The pillows were long, oddly shaped, and offered about as much support as deflated armband. I couldn’t wait to get back to my own bed. Dining experience: Buffet-style food, but you’ve got to book every night despite it being included. Forget to book? No buffet for you. Honestly baffling. The food itself had variety, technically, but everything ended up tasting the same no matter what night it was. Like they’d just changed the labels and hoped no one would notice. Quality over quantity would’ve been better. The good stuff: • Staff lovely and helpful—credit where credit’s due. • Three pools: busy but we always found a sun lounger. • Evening entertainment: not West End quality but amusing enough after a few drinks. • Room (apart from our six-legged friend) was clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. • Excellent location, with beach access directly from the hotel. Overall: 2/5 stars We had an okay time, but too many annoyances chipped away at the experience. It had the makings of a decent holiday, but from itchy wristbands to rogue cockroaches, it didn’t quite hit the mark. Wouldn’t rush back.
