Been coming here for a few years and it never fails to deliver. Exceptionally clean throughout from the newly refurbished reception area, the three large pools, one heated and lovely bedrooms. The buffet restaurant has a good variety of food to choose from and the choice of three a la carte to visit. The entertainment crew lead by the charismatic Dani has a full programme of daily activities/sports with the shows in the evening are very good. It is an older clientele early season with May onwards the animation team have pool foam parties water polo and so much more. Looking forward to our return in August for our second two week stay.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We would definitely return to this hotel, and we would definitely look at booking other H10 hotels in other locations based on this visit. We visited for 3 nights (bed and breakfast) and felt the quality of everything that was on offer was exceptional. The customer service is of a very high standard. The hotel was modern, clean, and well presented. Breakfast was amazing, very clean, well organised, with the best selection I have ever seen. The food quality exceeded my expectations. Very good quality. Thank you for an excellent experience.

We had the best holiday here, we were all inclusive. On arrival the staff were amazing so nice. But take note you don't get access to your room until after 3pm, but you can sit and have a cava or orange juice, very comfortable seating while your waiting. The hotel is spotless, all the staff are very friendly, the pool area is amazing no hassle to get a sun bed, pools you have a number of pools 1 is even heated aswell as 1 of the jacuzzi, the food is great lots to choose from I'm a picky eater, but my husband had loads to choose, he loved it. The dining area is stunning staff are great. Our room was kept spotless. The only concern we had was the smell coming from the bathroom, which we addressed with the house keeping. The entertainment was fabulous, especially watching how to make sangria, the guy explaining it was the best we have ever watched. I even took a video of him. We have already decided after going to tenerife for 16years this is the best hotel out of them all. Definitely 5 stars for everyone whom works here. We can't thank you enough for making our holiday so amazing, the other bonus is it's adults only. Location is perfect for us. Thank you so much for giving us an amazing holiday, see you again soon.

Lovely friendly staff, good variety of food well presented. Pool bar excellent. Very clean.. lots of sunbeds don't need to fight to get one. A Cople of negatives.......tiles around pool area are extremely slippy. Quick checking in on arrival but not much information given. Afew hidden charges, had to pay extra for tea/coffee facilities in the room, had to pay for clean pool towels. Some areas need a freshen up including rooms. Overall the hotel is nice and we enjoyed our stay.
