This hotel didn't do it for my wife and myself I'm afraid. Certainly clean and tidy. Our room was perfectly acceptable but our bathroom was outdated. The shower / bath was dangerously slippery and although we asked for a bath mat on two occasions we didn't get one. What was really annoying were the drinks and snacks. We arrived mid-afternoon after a long days travel. With that we went to the bar (after sitting for close to 15 minutes) and ordered two toasted sandwiches. BOTH came out stone cold yet burnt to a crisp and you could see where they'd scraped the toast to try and clean up the appearance. As we'd only been in the hotel 30 minutes we were reluctant to complain already!
Also, really, REALLY annoying that you can't buy a bottle of water. Ask for water in the restaurant and you get server an open top glass bottle and charged €2.75 - even if you only want a drop. I'd be sure any you don't drink is topped up and sold to the next person! Also, we were told by the barman (Jesus) that the ONLY gin and tonic costs €10.5 "Whatever the size" he said! Contrary to what the Spanish believe about us Brits we don't ALL want huge drinks - a normal G&T at a reasonable price would have been fine.
On the more positive side the pool was good with plenty of sunbeds.

We had left a disastrous villa and were saved by Diego(reception) and his team. They couldn’t have been more welcoming. The hotel was wonderful, the kids loved the pool and the buffet breakfast/evening meal. We will return.

We have now spent three holidays here knowing the high quality of service and care we receive from all the staff. Only having to walk down the hotel steps onto the beach, access to nearby bus stop, underground car park and within walking distance of a lovely market makes it an ideal location.

Hotel H10 Estepona Palace is a very good hotel, clean, well run and comfortable and the service is great.
We stayed for a week at February half term as a family of four including a teen and a tween.
After a rather tiresome journey from Malaga airport, it was lovely to be greeted by the young lady at the reception desk with a warm smile and a summary of useful information. She made us feel right at home and the glass of sparkling wine helped too.
The hotel location is beautiful with a few steps down from the swimming pool taking us to the beach. Our balcony overlooked the sea. We did on one occasion walk along the promenade into Estepona town and a taxi back to the hotel was only 7 euros.
We visited during the off season and had been made aware in advance that some of the hotel facilities would be shut, so half of the swimming pool was closed and one of the restaurants was closed, however we enjoyed all the facilities that were available. Smiling, engaging hotel staff encourage guests to join in with sports and activities from aquafit to paddle tennis. Waiting staff in the restaurants and bar are prompt and friendly.
The spa is lovely and my daughter and I enjoyed manicures there, which were expertly done.
The lobby bar was a good place for a pre-dinner cocktail and live entertainment and is also open throughout the day for hot snacks such as toasted sandwiches, hot dogs cappuccinos etc
We ate in the main restaurant for most of our meals which is a buffet style. The food is great and there is plenty of it and a lot of variety with different items every night, so staying over a week you don't get bored. Plenty of fresh fruits, salads, soups and baked goods and a very good choice from vegetarian to seafood to meat.
It was great to see that there was always a lifeguard on duty and she was on post even on quieter and rainier days. This was very reassuring as we could relax with our books by the pool, knowing that the children were safe in the swimming pool.
The hotel is very clean and I was pleased to find that housekeeping do their rounds and make the beds in the morning so that we could relax for the rest of the day and enjoy a tidy room.
I would 100% recommend this hotel. Finally I would love to know what fragrance they use in the lobby, because it smells simply gorgeous when you step in through the doors!
