I don’t understand why this hotel has an average rating of 4.1. It is far better than this. Beautiful grounds right by the sea, stunning communal areas, very good dinner as part of half board (many freshly cooked to order fish and meat choices). Staff are friendly. Everything is superb We upgraded to the privilege sea view room and it was worth it. You get access to an indoor lounge with a range of drinks (wine, spirits, soft drinks), open all day until 11pm. Also a private terrace with sunbeds and free drinks. A free newspaper each day too. The only negative points for me were the stained carpets on the corridors to the rooms and the shabby/poorly finished bathrooms. Apart from that the rooms were great. We had a comfy bed, choice of pillows and terrace with sea view. Very quiet at night. Thoroughly recommend this hotel

We had such a wonderful stay here at H10 Estepona Palace! We visited off-peak at the end of September, but the service was in no way lacking . All the staff were fantastic , but especially the reception team who were always so helpful and thoughtful with guests. A special thank you to Gerry, who truly went above and beyond for us! One detail we really appreciated was the complimentary courtesy room offered after check-out. Since we had an evening flight, it was great to be able to freshen up and still enjoy the hotel facilities for the rest of the day. The hotel is a little way from Estepona town centre, but it’s easy to get there by taxi, bus, or even e-scooter, so it never felt like an issue. Overall, we’d highly recommend this hotel if you’re after a relaxing and stress-free holiday :)

For the price paid it is excellent. Excellent location, beautiful pool area. Comfortable beds. Quiet at night. Very friendly staff. Special greetings to Lajos! Some parts of the building need renovation, breakfast is not especially good, but the lunch and dinner offer is excellent. 3 types of freshly grilled fish, very high quality tuna tataki one night. Cheap drinks. The price quality relationship is excellent.

We had an adapted Ocean Junior Suite. Lovely terrace and room. Very disabled accessible hotel including pool, bars, restaurant. Fun evening shows and unobtrusive daytime exercise and entertainment. We were in school term time so very few children. Felt LGBTQ welcome and safe. Lovely food and service. Good spa circuit. Beautiful pool and right by the beach and prom for walks.

This hotel is most suitable for families with kids, less ideal for a couple or adults travelling in a group. The room was very clean but quite basic for a superior double. The ‘sea view’ of the room was actually a side on view of the sea but primarily a view of the side of another hotel. The bed was 2 single beds pushed together, we requested a double bed but apparently this is their double bed option. The bathroom was quite dated but clean and towels were changed every day. The pool area is tailored 100% to kids and families with a number of loud activities happening in or around the pool throughout the day every day. It was easy enough for us to get sun-loungers each day though as long as we took the ones furthest from the pool. People were generally very good about not reserving loungers from early in the morning and the staff also kept an eye on this. The food available at breakfast was mediocre. It was very mass produced, very little was made to order and everything was quite bland. However there was a big selection of different types of cuisines for breakfast which was good to have the options. I don’t recommend the cafe beside the pool at all as the food here was very poor and service was delayed and not friendly. It is very expensive and not worth it in my opinion. The staff at the front desk were wonderful and very helpful. All the room service staff were also lovely, always saying hello and good morning as you passed in the corridors.
