The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay exceptional. Housekeeping and the servicing of our room was faultless. The pool area and bars were very relaxing and kept spotlessly clean at all times. Sobre Todo a big shout out to Celia in reception who made us feel at home and helped us relax. We can highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located right next to the beach, making it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious dishes available every day. The drinks were also fantastic, offering a great selection of cocktails, soft drinks, and other beverages. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would also like to give a special thank you to the animator, Isaac, who made sure we never got bored and always kept the atmosphere fun and entertaining. Another special thanks goes to the bartender, Johny, who already knew what to pour for us every time we walked up to the bar – that personal touch always made us smile! We also really enjoyed the evening entertainment, especially the performance by the band Ladies First. They were absolutely fantastic, creating a wonderful atmosphere with their energy, talent, and great selection of songs. Their show was one of the highlights of our stay and made our evenings even more enjoyable. We had an amazing stay and enjoyed every moment of our holiday. The combination of outstanding service, comfortable accommodation, tasty food, refreshing drinks, and excellent entertainment made our experience unforgettable. We are already looking forward to visiting again in the future. 🌴☀️ Thank you for making our vacation so special! This place just keeps getting better and better. 2nd time here and I will be back. The welcome i got was outstanding and I got the same room as last year with a nice little " welcome back home" note. The rooms are kept very clean and very comfortable beds. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The food is varied and with a decent selection, they also have a separate section for vegetarian hot food (albeit a small selection) but there was always something to put on my plate. There are plenty of sunbeds and pool area is always kept clean and tidy. The guy from the animation team, he was brilliant, (Isasis I think his name was) was always full of energy, and seemed committed to making sure that people enjoyed the activities on offer. The night time entertainment was good, although most of the singing acts seemed to do the same songs and some were better than others, but it was still enjoyable. When it came to checking out, I was offered the use of a shower room prior to my pick up, which I don't know if it's a new thing, but it is definitely something that I appreciate. As I'm now rambling, if you want a relaxing top notch break away you cannot do much better than here. Mucho gracias to all the staff and see you next year!!!

My wife and I spent 10 days at H10 Costa Mogan in February in a Superior Junior Sea-view Suite. It was first rate. The weather was excellent and this inevitably colours a review. The room was spacious and well equipped. I'm not a fan of the open-plan bathroom but it was OK. A jarring note was a small daily charge for coffee capsules and a bottle of water in the room even for All inclusive guests. Service at all stages and levels was a highlight. Right from booking to check-out there wasn't a problem. The staff were friendly and professional. We were All inclusive and there were no glaring exceptions. Food was plentiful and varied. They struggled to keep so many choices warm but that's always a challenge. Location is great. There's not a lot in Plays del Cura but it's a half hour walk to Amadores, an hour walk to Puerto Rico and there are buses to pretty much everywhere on Gran Canaria. Evening entertainment was pretty good with "Stylefree ft.Ale Martin" being a highlight. He was a class above.

This hotel is quite isolated. Views of the sea are spectacular and there's a minimal slightly sandy beach and a few low key restaurants and bars around. There's a Spar and an Itish bar tucked away (if you can find it). You can walk for a mile along the coast to the adjacent cove & beach where there's a good choice of nightlife, restaurants and bars. I wouldn't like to do this at night though as it involves scrambling across an area of rocks near the sea in total darkness.. The hotel and rooms are clean. I am staying in a 'superior junior suite'. Its got excellent sea views. The room itself is quite basic. You get next to zero perks in the room, just a fridge & water when you first arrive. Food is served in a typical buffet restaurant. Food quality is passable. Evening meals are basic, and on half board you do not even get any drinks included. Breakfasts are also minimally acceptable. Staff are pleasant enough, with no real interaction with the guests. Plenty of sunbeds (early March 2026) and you can't reserve them. Evening entertainment is loud but fairly decent, finishing around 10 to 10:30. I'd recommend coming here if you want a quiet week away from it all relaxing; there's literally nothing else to do.
