Me and my sister just got back from a 9 night holiday at this hotel, and it was absolutely amazing. Right from first glance stepping into reception we were in love, and the receptionist who checked us in (I didn't catch her name *reddish/plum dyed hair*) was so lovely, welcoming and friendly. She explained to us all the facilities and gave us a QR code for all the other information should we need it in depth in our own time. The room was ready from 3pm but we got our bands immediately so we could have lunch/use the hotel straight away. A porter even carried both of our suircases for us to the room so we didn't lift a finger! Our room was perfect and we even had a sea view which was unexpected! The whole hotel is spotless, many pools and areas to relax, beautifully maintained grounds covered in hibiscus flowers, even an infinity pool overlooking the beach. A piano bar, pool bar which also serves Poolside food/snacks, 2 themed restaurants (1 free meal per person per stay), and a big buffet restaurant. We were all inclusive, all drinks were branded, and all the food was great and varied, with an exception of a couple of times the chunk of salmon I had wasn't fully cooked enough to my preference so I didn't eat it, and a couple of times at breakfast I had to take my omelette back to the station to be cooked more as the egg was still runny in the middle, but it was rectified). Fresh crepes being made for you to order, etc. Someone accidentally smashed the glass sign in the restaurant and in less than 2 seconds there was a swarm of staff blocking the area and cleaning it up safely. Staff around the hotel were all very friendly and accommodating, even greeting you after remembering you after a few days, and the entertainment was varied and of a good quality. Just wished there were more offerings of courtesy busses to take you to different areas like Adeje Town, Los christianos etc, as you need a taxi or car hire to get around really. We did love the free bus to Las Americas though. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you 🌺😊

We stayed here for a week at the end of September / beginning of October, choosing the HB Privilege Double Room option. The hotel has many strengths, but also a few areas for improvement. Pros: Privilege Program – highly recommended! Access to the sky bar with infinity pool, branded alcoholic and soft drinks included from 11 AM to 5 PM, bathrobes, pool towels, mineral water, coffee machine, and chocolates in the room. Dinner at Sakuro Tepanyaki (live cooking) was a fantastic experience – definitely worth trying. Location – quiet, away from the party crowds and drunken tourists. About 30 minutes’ walk to the more touristy spots. Great ocean views and the sound of waves at night. Food – wide variety of dishes in the restaurants. Breakfast drinks included, but dinner drinks are extra. La Tosca à la carte was rather average. Rooms – clean, good standard, daily housekeeping. Beaches – two nice ones nearby, about 10 minutes on foot. Staff – mostly friendly and helpful. Cons: Main pools (non-Privilege) overcrowded, little space between sunbeds, and no music at the pool area. Limited daytime activities (e.g. zumba) and evening entertainment more focused on families, with little guest interaction. Elevators – poorly located and too few. If your room is far from them, be prepared to walk quite a lot inside the hotel. Corridors, especially on lower floors, look outdated compared to the rooms. A few staff members were overly strict, but most were nice. The Privilege program could be explained more clearly to guests – what is included and what is not. Overall: a very good choice, especially if you’re looking for a quieter location, beautiful views, and Privilege benefits. Some improvements could be made, but our overall impression was positive.

Really enjoyed this hotel during a 7 days holiday. The hotel is set in a beautiful, peaceful location and offers spacious, comfortable rooms. The buffets provide a wide variety of delicious options with daily changes, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The lobby is beautifully designed, and there’s a good selection of leisure facilities with great outdoor pools. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday in Tenerife - highly recommended! Special mention for the delicious fresh pancakes at breakfast!

I have come to this lovely hotel with my daughter and her friend. It’s very relaxing, chilled and beautiful. The service is first class and nothing is too much trouble. The food in all restaurants is wonderful. There is so much to do in the hotel and just a stones throw from the town and a plethora of lovely restaurants and bars. We upgraded to privilege which was definitely worth the extra especially if you don’t have young children. So all in all I would recommend this hotel most highly and I shall definitely return.

It was a lovely hotel but wouldn't go back. There's no CCTV in hallways so when a drunk guy banged on our door violently the staff tried to help but no CCTV to see which room the guy went to so they didn't do anything. Piano bar lovely staff who work so hard all day and night. Only thing that let it down was the women I put in a complaint about. She wouldn't serve the English people or if she did your orders never showed. Alot of English people went to the bar and then the bartenders said it's table service but when we explained how long we have been waiting and the bar is not busy they were polite. Food not the best but eatable something for everyone. The vegan/vegetarian food is labelled and separated. You get drinks served at the table and alot of the time they didn't serve us so I went and sat a different table near by away from my mother and I normally got served straight away. There was a new trainee he was the life of the dining area always smiling and always making us laugh with jokes. He and a few bartenders always made us feel welcome. Walk through the pool area there's a private gate you can walk through to the beach or there's a path at the side that leads to the beach. Maids lovely and so friendly they do such a fantastic job. Went in mid September no pool chair rush and 98% of the chairs are always directly on the sun from 9:00 till sundown and there were chairs still available at 3:00 so no need for rushing. Pool bar perfect location. I did not try food there I prefer meals but if you want snacky food they have menu by the bar. There are QR codes in the buffet area and piano bar of you scan it shows you the drink menu thats available. If your at piano bar there is a little menu that you can ask for and they will pass it over. Also I would say if there's a wedding on eat out. I only say this because the 2 weddings that were there when we were, the food in buffet area was awful it's like they forgot about everyone. But the wedding gets held at pool bar so everyone gets there own area. If you wanting to travel away there's a parking area right in front of the hotel where taxis park up. Of green light on they are free. They take cash or card. Las americas was about €15 and fañabé was €5-€6. Love to go back but if they say table service I expect that and not get told of by the bartenders and if they got CCTV I would feel alot safe knowing something will be done.
