Huge working factory with very little soul. They do not even answer my emails in time. Also the promised room upgrade by the promotion was not delivered. In the room there is a kettle but no tea, coffee or even a cup. You have to buy your water, not even a bottle refil for the guest. Each order has to be paid upfront like you run away. Lateral see view means to go out to the balcony. The sky bar has 3 heaters for the night, you miss them you will be cold (or just don't stay). For dedicated restaurant I understand a dress code, but for the main buffet restaurant it is rather said to wear long trousers on a beach hotel. Asking 3 extra euros for the built in safe is pity when you pay 250+ / day. A lot of potential is wasted here as the location is very good, the food is also very good with great variety. Room size is good, bathroom showers was badly leaking.

We stayed at the H10 Costa Adeje Palace for 3 days and overall had a pleasant experience, though with a few disappointments. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained, the welcome was warm, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel facilities are nice, and the pool area is enjoyable. However, only the infinity pool is heated, it’s quite small, and since it’s the only warm one outdoors, it gets crowded quickly. There is another heated pool indoors, but we couldn’t really enjoy it as it was constantly occupied by families with children, making it far from relaxing. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was below expectations. During our three-night stay, the room was not properly cleaned, they only changed the towels and the bathroom mat, and made the bed, but the glasses were never washed, and the floor was never cleaned. For a hotel of this category, that was quite disappointing. The food selection is varied, but unfortunately the quality doesn’t always match the variety. We found most desserts to taste quite artificial and not very pleasant. Also, even when staying on half board, guests have to pay for water during meals, and no complimentary water is provided in the room. This really doesn’t reflect the standards expected from a 4-star hotel, especially considering the price paid. The smart TV in our room never worked properly, as it couldn’t connect to the internet. When we reported the issue, we were told that nothing could be done and that there was no solution available, which was frustrating. I also booked a special dinner for our anniversary almost six weeks in advance, but the hotel only contacted me the day before to confirm the details. When we arrived, the team seemed overwhelmed by a large group, our table wasn’t ready, and the “surprise” was poorly executed, it was brought out quickly right as we were getting the bill. On the positive side, they did offer us two complimentary cocktails to enjoy at any of the hotel bars, which was a nice gesture.

We had the most relaxing time! Perfect location to explore Caleta and all their fabulous restaurants! All the staff are most helpful and go the extra Mile to make your stay perfect. My only criticism is the canteen like atmosphere for breakfast . The entertainment every evening was very good. Bar staff friendly and efficient. A most enjoyable stay and we will be back again!

Good place in front of the water, great beaches around and nice walks. Good food for all choices. Good for kids - plenty activities. Overall very good for a huge hotel which can host more than 1000 people at the same time, which we did not find crowded even when the hotel was fully booked. Probably for a middle aged couple without kinds we would choose a different place just to avoid noise and not to pay for the services and activities which we don’t need.

Overall, it's a good hotel, but the standards are not what I'd expect for a 4-star hotel. I booked for 6 nights and paid extra for a sea view balcony, but I got a palm tree view instead. On the first day, upon arrival and checking the room, we went back to reception and were told our room had been upgraded to a family room. They said they could change it the next day, but there would be no sea view, as only premium rooms have sea views. After we arrived and got comfortable, we didn't want to change rooms and lose time enjoying this beautiful island.
