Had lovely time at hotel, good location near beach, food nice enough. Staff in hotel very nice, photography staff very good and helped make memories with my holiday. Downside: location of the bedroom was right behind the entertainment stage and music was too loud. I checked in as single mother with my 2.5 year old son. It made it very difficult for my child to sleep. Buffet food was good staff were friendly, but it was a struggle to gather food onto plates with my child in his pram and get back over to the table. Waiters and waitresses were happy to assist with drinks but was not assisted or offered help with getting food or carrying to table The lifts can be very busy sometimes waiting 5/10 minutes to enter the lifts. Great accessibility for prams and wheelchairs etc

A wonderful holiday from start to finish. The location was excellent with fabulous sea views and yet close to all that Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos offer. Everything in the hotel was of a very good standard. Staff were exceptionally professional and at the same time very friendly and always smiling…well done all of you. The food was also of a high standard and the buffet was probably the best we have yet to experience. We stayed as ‘Privilege’ guests and is definitely well worth the extra cost. Both of the ‘Privilege’ staff, Sandreen and Raphael were so helpful and caring. We will definitely returning for another holiday soon. Thank you H10 Conquistador xx

We had a couple of shoots at our hotel with Maria and Jack and they were both fantastic, made us feel very relaxed and had a lot of fun on our shoots. The pictures all turned out great and captured our wonderful engagement perfectly. Would 100% recommend

A quality establishment. Location is fabulous 👌. Safe not included in room & charged 18 extra is very annoying considering its a 4 🌟 hotel. Staff very polite & welcoming. Rooms are ok, bit tight maybe, but cleaned every day. Issue with sunbeds being 'reserved' for hours with no one on them, hard to resolve but an issue nonetheless. Considering there is no other option either beach a few minutes walk away. Food for breakfast was solid and plentiful. Staff again very nice. Highly recommended 👌

We have stayed at h10 conquistador twice and have had a great time. The staff are great and very supportive. The food and drink are of good quality. We also had several photos taken the hotel, which was a great experience. Jack our photographer was great ans took some fantastic photos. I would highly recommend staying here.
