Excellent location near everything. Food was fantastic. The best i have ever had all inclusive. Various stations good food freshly to order. Room clean. Staff very friendly and helpfull would definitely stay again.

I would like give a special Thanks to the head of the entertainment team Max Jarlan we got to know Max from our very first stay he brings such a professional attitude to his Job and team. He Brings the fun and energy to every activity he does and joins in now and again which guests seem love his sing show on Wednesday night is top class and gets everyone up and going I have never met a person that has such a love and passion for his job and it shows how guests will go home with a smile on their faces including mine it’s been a pleasure getting to know him and hopefully we will get to see him on our next return if you could also pass this message on to his head boss as he deserves all the credit for being gentleman He is a credit to the hotel

H10 Conquistador was great!! The rooms were very modern, the spa was lovely, new food themed every night and also some amazing entertainment! The location is central, yet also quiet most of the time! That’s great for convenience. Though there is a few things that could make this place even greater. :)) - Some foods are undercooked, atleast one person every day seemed to have that issue so it’d be great if they could be checking temperatures and colours are safe. Particularly their chicken, turkey and beef. - The pools were sometimes a tiny bit cold, they weren’t freezing though. Maybe a small bit more heat could help? - The coffee shop hours could be changed, since some people would like a coffee at various points through the day. Other than that, service was lovely and we enjoyed our holiday! We’d definitely visit again.

Nice, tidy and comfortable accommodation. The staff is very friendly and helpful with every request. The food offer is wide-ranging and for the most demanding. The offer of entertainment and interactive content is all day long and varied. Highly recommended!
