Lovely privilege experience. Having the branded drinks is definitely a plus. It’s an amazing location and right on the beach. Being privilege you get sea view rooms which are honestly amazing full panoramic views! The food is just lovely having access to all the restaurants and trying the different cuisines. Definitely recommend the steakhouse and the tenderloin steak and the Italian restaurant. Everywhere is exceptionally clean and well looked after. Only pointers which are VERY minor the wrist bands are a bit uncomfortable as the edges scratch a little. Also the privilege lounge to be open later as this is the only bar for the privilege guest only and shuts a little early.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and our daughter’s birthday in December, so we decided to visit Tenerife for the first time, as the weather is much better than London. Based on the reviews, facilities, and location, we chose this hotel — and to our surprise, it turned out to be an amazing experience that will stay in our hearts forever. Without us asking, the hotel kindly upgraded our room and sent birthday greetings along with a gift for our daughter. To our delight, the staff even brought a small cake with candles for her birthday celebration while we were at dinner. I must say that all the staff, the service, the rooms, and the facilities (table tennis, pool tables, warm pool, delicious hot food with branded drinks, kids’ activities, spa, professional photography services, etc.), along with its seaside location, made our holiday absolutely perfect. We are already looking forward to coming back again!

We booked this hotel at the end of our vacation with an All Inclusive package to relax after a busy week of driving and exploring the island. It turned out to be a great choice: the hotel is very clean, the food is amazing, and the staff is always friendly and eager to help. We were lucky to stay over the weekend, so we got to enjoy the Spanish event, the evening entertainment, billiards, and other games — plus swimming in the pool and simply relaxing in the sun. One of the best features is the bracelet with an integrated chip, which opens your room door and can be used to pay in the restaurants, so you don’t need to carry a room card around. Honestly, we regret not booking this hotel for longer — it was that good. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Had lovely time at hotel, good location near beach, food nice enough. Staff in hotel very nice, photography staff very good and helped make memories with my holiday. Downside: location of the bedroom was right behind the entertainment stage and music was too loud. I checked in as single mother with my 2.5 year old son. It made it very difficult for my child to sleep. Buffet food was good staff were friendly, but it was a struggle to gather food onto plates with my child in his pram and get back over to the table. Waiters and waitresses were happy to assist with drinks but was not assisted or offered help with getting food or carrying to table The lifts can be very busy sometimes waiting 5/10 minutes to enter the lifts. Great accessibility for prams and wheelchairs etc

Stayed here twice during a bikepacking trip. The first stay was great - friendly and helpful staff at check-in, the room was comfortable and clean, and the food good. Location is great. Based on this stay, we decided to stay again a week later. This time - not such a great experience. 1. The staff told us we couldn't take our luggage (our bikes), to our room. We explained this wasn't an issue when we stayed a week beforehand but the staff member (Luc) was more concerned with finding out which of his colleagues allowed us take our bikes in, instead of finding a solution. We were told to store our bikes (value of ~€12k) in an unlocked luggage room (see picture of door and sign included). When we expressed our concerns about the safety - he told us in a condescending manner: "use a lock". Instead, we disassembled our bikes, packed into boxes and took the boxes to our room. We stayed in 8 hotels during this trip and this was the only one who had an issue like this. To our surprise, the next morning when we asked could the boxes be stored for a few hours we were directed to a different luggage room - one with a locked door.... which Luc unlocked for us when we came back. 2. The obnoxious volume of the evening entertainment until 11pm, and the lack of any basic soundproofing in the rooms above the stage. For €300 a night, I expected better.
