We have just checked out from a big family holiday, all inclusive for 7 days. Grandparents , parents and kids. The hotel was pretty perfect for what we needed. Loads of choice of food and drinks, lots of activities for the kids, loads of entertainment which was very varied. Our favourite was Follow the ladies. Our kids enjoyed all the "teen" activities. The Africa show needs a major update - inauthentic and behind the times. The foam party was an absolute hit with the kids and the Friday night party was so well put together - it far exceeded expectation of the entertainment. The staff here are absolutely exceptional. Always friendly, amazing with the kids and they work super hard. Thank you to all of them for an amazing holiday. They were always helping before we needed to ask for help. There were plenty of lifeguards too. The staff really are to be commended. Rooms are a little bit basic but honestly there was so much to do we were hardly in them anyway. I think the safe should come as standard but there is a 15euro charge for that. Location is great. There are all sorts of shops nearby. And if you come out at the promenade and turn left there is swimmable beach only 2 minutes away. There are also no hills, completely flat walks. Food and drinks options were fab. We were never hungry or left without a drink in our hand. It would be nice if groups such as ours we offered help with booking meals in the hotel restaurants as we struggled to all be together until the final evening where we had to book early in the evening. However, in the buffet area there are large tables readily available. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to families. We were very happy with our stay. We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week holiday at the H10 Conquistador. From our first day and lovely welcome we realised that we had found a hotel that was very special. All staff work extremely hard to provide an excellent, friendly service and we loved every minute. Although we have stayed in this area before many times it was our first visit to this beautiful hotel and we are definitely planning to return. Whilst staying there we were lucky to visit all the restaurants and all food was delicious, fresh, served beautifully and with so many tasty options to choose from. We loved the varied nightly entertainment and during the day the friendly animations team made Aqua Gym is a must! It was so relaxing to spend the day amongst such beautiful and very stunning surroundings and to enjoy the beautiful pools. Cleanliness around the hotel was excellent with attention to detail and everywhere was spotless. This is an absolute gem of a hotel where all hotel staff work extremely hard to provide an excellent, happy and friendly service .Thank you.

I stayed at this hotel with my sister for a week and we had a lovely time. The room we were initially allocated was extremely small so we asked to be moved and were moved to a much better room. The reception staff maintained that all double rooms were the same size but the one we were moved to felt a lot bigger and had more space to move around. The first room had the bed in the middle with hardly any space either side of it and then an awkward unit at the end of the bed which housed the fridge. We moved to room 300 which was much better and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our stay. The buffet restaurant has the biggest and widest variety of food on offer that I have ever seen. Lots of fresh cooking stations and you can get fresh pancakes made at breakfast and dessert with lots of choice of toppings & there is also a chocolate fountain each night at dinner. The pool areas are lovely, in particular the adults only area with the infinity pool and sun loungers in the pool. This is a really relaxing area and has a drinks truck there where you can get different hot/soft/alcoholic drinks. The hotel is in a great location, only 5 minutes walk from a huge choice of shops, bars and restaurants so no need for taxis and it isn’t too far from the airport also. The room key is in the form of a bracelet which I wasn’t a huge fan of as I don’t like always having to wear this. I left mine quite loose so was able to take it on and off and just ensured I had it on me when I was walking into the hotel so it was visible to the security guard. This is also how you are charged for drinks in the hotel and you then pay when you check out (unless you reach the 200€ limit and you will then be notified and asked to pay the balance). Again, I wasn’t fan of this as it was hard to keep up with what you were buying and you’re not able to see the prices of things so you could soon rack up a bill if you weren’t careful. All of the staff we encountered and spoke to were extremely polite, helpful and friendly which is always lovely to see. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would return to this hotel again.

Great location near beaches, bars, restaurants. 3 large pools, 2 are heated which is lovely. Rooms Really nice views from the balcony overlooking the pools and beach. Mini fridge was good to have. They will provide kettle on request at the front desk. Food was okay a little repetitive , live cooking stations were good and hot. Good breakfast options. Limited for vegans but this was expected.

Just loved this place. Great food. Good entertainment. Cocktails were tasty. Bit of a sunbed issue which we'd never experienced anywhere else. Staff work tirelessly. Clean. Pool towels available for a returnable deposit. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. Can't wait to go back
