It was the first time I had holidayed on my own as my husband passed last year. We have stayed here a few times the first time 25 years ago. All staff were fabulous, food wonderful and a lovely room. I only did seven nights as it was a bit daunting on my own but I was so welcomed Eleanor in the bar was so kind to me from the reception, restaurant staff and cleaning team were all fantastic. I am coming back September for two weeks so hopefully I will have the same experience on my own again. Cannot wait to return.

Truly Wonderful place. Excellent location, peaceful and quiet during the night, but a 5min walk from bars and restaurants for live music and entertainment. Buffet varied and excellent quality, polite, friendly and very attentive staff. Pool and public areas in pristine condition...this hotel should be rated 5 stars in my opinion. The only tiny fault is that they dont supply an iron, only offer ironing service from an external company, which isn't expensive, but it would be nice to have one available from the hotel. Nevertheless, this hotel is absolutely fabulous!

Ideal location for people that want to be within walking distance of most things, but not have to listen to club noise. Generally really please with the hotel. We just went for the basic double, which was really spacious. We went half board, but was debating if we should have gone privilege. To be honest, it would have been a waste of money for us personally. It was only one full day and the arrival and departure day we actually spent the day at the hotel. We decided to eat out a few days, the food at the hotel was nice with lots of options, but just felt a bit random and didn’t feel like you’d had a proper meal, more of a picky dinner. I wished there had been more plain veg. Staff were really lovely and were always really helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at H10 Conquistador! The hotel itself was lovely, but what really made our trip memorable was the incredible entertainment staff. Irene, Max, and Marta went above and beyond every single day—always full of energy, friendly, and engaging with guests of all ages. One of the highlights of our stay was the Roman-themed party. The daytime activities were so much fun and really well-organized, and the evening performances were top-notch—great atmosphere, impressive shows, and lots of laughs. The entertainment team truly brought the place to life. Would definitely recommend H10 Conquistador, especially if you enjoy a lively, well-run entertainment program!

Excellent hotel. The food was good. The rooms were spotless and the alcohol was branded. We chose the all inclusive option and definitely got our money's worth. The large unheated pool was slightly too cold for us to enjoy in March, but the heated pool was like a warm bath! Ideal. The staff were always friendly, I would go back.
