Lovely views from the terrace and Bali beds. Helpful staff and enjoyable breakfast. 1st impression of room disappointing but staff accommodating and room changed cleaning staff very good. Restaurant staff very friendly. Confusing times on closing times of roof top bar but very nice otherwise. Sunset views delightful and good location with shop next door and also mc Donald’s if you need a quick lunch before leaving/arriving. Sea very clean and clear and beach is lovely. Cocktails very nice quality and enjoyed sitting in bar and the staff were all very accommodating and helpful Leaving very relaxed.

Visually beautifully designed hotel in a great location. The hotel is very easy to reach by public transport (just a few meters walk to the bus stop). There is also a large supermarket (Eroski) nearby.
Bath towels can be picked up at reception for a rental fee of €10.
The employees are helpful and nice.
The breakfast buffet is rich and good.
Unfortunately I wouldn't book the hotel again due to the poor soundproofing. It is SO loud that you can hear every single noise from the hallway, the other rooms, and even the other floors as if it were happening in your own room.
Since there are a lot of people staying in the hotel who like to party and then stop off throughout the night, I wasn't able to even begin to sleep through the night.
Unfortunately, what also struck me bitterly was that the "best seats" (e.g. loungers directly at the infinity pool with a view of the sea) were reserved with towels around 8 a.m. and the people belonging to them only took their seats at some point in the afternoon for like an hour.
The staff was there the whole time but didn't do anything about it.
We were there in the preseason. I don't even want to imagine what it's like during peak season...

The service was exceptional, amazing customer service and friendly staff. The breakfast, food and Coffee is great. Rooms and hotel in general is extremely clean and spacious. We came for a hen and I’m pregnant and the staff really helped with all our needs, thank you so much :) also check out the adult only roof top bar, it’s fab!

Clean and modern hotel.
Staff were great, particularly the two waiters named Carlos in the restaurant.
Good location at the edge of a lovely sandy beach.
Would definitely consider for a return visit.

The staff at the entrance desk were very helpful and very kind. The breakfast that was included was very nice.The hotel even upgraded our room to a sea view which was incredibly generous of them.Overall the hotel is stunning and very good value
