We enjoyed our stay here overall. The location was fantastic and perfect for watching sunsets, and the rooms were clean on the surface. There were a few signs of wear and tear, like some marks on the walls and furniture and slightly dusty skirting boards, but nothing major. The spa and gym were excellent, and I really appreciated their sunbed policy — you can ask a bar staff member to remove towels left for over 30 minutes, which makes it much fairer for everyone. Breakfast was also great with a wide selection to choose from. The biggest disappointment for us was the infinity pool area. Considering how many guests the hotel can accommodate, having only around 10 free sunbeds on the rooftop is really not enough. The rest are Balinese beds that come with an additional charge, which felt unfair and a bit like a cash grab — especially when you’ve already spent a lot on the room and specifically chosen the hotel for the infinity pool and views. At this price point, you would reasonably expect enough sunbeds to be available for guests without an extra fee. One other downside was the noise. A bit of noise from outside is expected given the prime location, but the noise inside the hotel was really disruptive. None of the doors seemed to close properly, so you had to slam them to shut them, which meant early risers were waking us up and we were probably waking others when returning late at night. You could hear every conversation and every person walking past your room, which made it difficult to fully relax. I’m not sure if it’s due to the door design or gaps underneath them, but the soundproofing definitely needs improvement.

We enjoyed our stay here as a group of 12 golfers, solid base to play some of the surrounding courses. Hotel was spotless rooms spacious, staff were friendly. The rooftop bar was a great addition, breakfast was plentiful lots of choices. Good value hotel all round would certainly go back.

Lovely hotel in a central location overlooking the beach. We booked a superior room which had a lateral sea view - definitely worth the extra money. The breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. The staff are all friendly. You can buy a green water bottle at the bar for 6 euros which then gives you free water refills at the bars - well worth it! The highlight of the hotel is the rooftop terrace, this is for adults only. We paid for a balinese bed every day, it costs 60 euros a day however you get 40 euros credit to use on food and drink at the rooftop bar. Absolutely worth the money as there aren't many sunbeds on the rooftop terrace. There is also a pool on the terrace which was amazing. We'd definitely return to this hotel.

The personal is kind. No activities like they say on the website. Stingy Hotel: You pay extra 20€/day for the sunbeds on the roof top. Not enough long chairs for everyone. You can not enjoy the pools because they are colds. Food is tastless. Low variety of thinks to eat. You pay for the drinks during dinner. I am very impressed by the bad experience I had in this hotel for the price I paid. Beautiful emplacement.

My wife and I vacationed to Mallorca As part of our honeymoon and stayed at this hotel for 10 days. It was a mixed bag. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in my entire life. They were two twin mattresses pushed together and extremely uncomfortable. Hard to be romantic with your wife with a big giant gap between your beds. It was so uncomfortable we threw our backs out as well, i had to get several massages just to walk. Another thing I could not get over was I went to a bartender asking for a cup of ice and they charged me one dollar to get ice in a cup. What kind of four-star hotel charges you a dollar for a cup of ice… I mean, how cheap can you be? The bathroom layout is extremely weird and the water leaks all over the floor from shower and the bedrooms are relatively small. The pool is usually packed and everybody claims chairs early so it’s slim pickings if you want to sleep in. They also start their room services at 8:30 - 9 o’clock so there is no sleeping in late. You will hear all of the door slamming shut from the maids as there is no soundproof in the rooms. The infinity pool is small and limited in space, but if you can get a spot is a very pretty view of the bay. However, most of the cabanas at the top floor you have to rent from them….as if what you paid to stay at the hotel wasn’t enough already. The breakfast buffet is pretty good. There’s lots of selections and the hotel location to everything in town is the best part of this hotel. You can’t really find a better spot. But other than that, this is a three star hotel at best masquerading as a four star.
