Everything was excellent as last time , the only problem is the fact that we are leaving. From the moment you check whether it’s late or early all the staff have been nothing but helpful. Raul who checked us in was always there with a smile on his face and willing to help no matter what. The pool is great and always at a good temperature. We had a few snacks and they were great but didn’t try any of the big meals. The breakfasts is great with lots to choose from , all the staff are attentive and cleaning as they go along very efficiently. The infinity pool upstairs is really where the hotel excels , with stunning view of Santa ponsa and a great seating area with beds , chairs and a couch the only minor thing I would add is that there is no blockage from the sun in those beds to shield you from the sun which can be harsh so you better put on your sunscreen. There is a bar upstairs that serves cocktails , beer, spirits and soft drinks and you can also get food delivered upstairs for an additional €3. The best for last and I mean this in no disrespect to any other staff member is the star of the show Christina. We know her from last year and became quite close but she is absolutely amazing. She is funny , engaging , charismatic, attentive and most importantly extremely kind. She is one of the biggest reasons why we returned and stayed longer as she makes the stay even more enjoyable. She is a valuable employee and the place would be worse off without such an amazing person. She should be considered for a raise or promotion because we are not the only ones to think so highly of her. Thank you for everything , Chris and Des room 114.

Lovely views from the terrace and Bali beds. Helpful staff and enjoyable breakfast. 1st impression of room disappointing but staff accommodating and room changed cleaning staff very good. Restaurant staff very friendly. Confusing times on closing times of roof top bar but very nice otherwise. Sunset views delightful and good location with shop next door and also mc Donald’s if you need a quick lunch before leaving/arriving. Sea very clean and clear and beach is lovely. Cocktails very nice quality and enjoyed sitting in bar and the staff were all very accommodating and helpful Leaving very relaxed.

Excellent location, great hotel, clean and friendly staff. Upgraded to a sea view room well worth it for the amazing views. Stunning rooftop pool/bar. Hotel kindly arranged chocolates and prosecco for my Mum's birthday. Great breakfast, plenty choice. Had a lovely stay next to all local amenities

COCKROACHES in the room!!!! My recent stay at this hotel in a Superior Double Room with Side Sea View was not as expected. The hotel appears quite worn and in need of updates. The photos of the room online are heavily edited and do not match the actual condition. In the bathroom, there was mold on the walls and hair in the shower, which was disappointing. Some of the sofas in the lobby were torn, giving the hotel a neglected feel. Additionally, there were many mosquitoes, which made it uncomfortable. The most alarming issue, however, was the presence of huge cockroaches in our room. Even after the room was treated with insecticide, the cockroaches did not disappear. It was truly disturbing and unacceptable. Due to these issues, we decided to leave the hotel and move to another one, which resulted in additional expenses (new hotel) and lost money (H10 reimburse only 50%). This stay felt more like an endurance test than a vacation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Excellent Hotel, with very high standards of cleanliness. Staff are incredibly friendly & hard working. We had a fabulous holiday. Fantastic location on the beach & central to shops & restaurants. Loved the contemporary decor, throughout the hotel. We used the Bali beds on the roof terrace. Absolutely stunning views of Santa Ponsa Bay. The only two improvements I would make would be to install handrails on the pool steps, & the plunge pool, as well as add more loungers & Bali beds on the roof terrace. Not many people used the dining chairs & tables on the roof terrace, so would swap some of them for loungers. I would highly recommend this hotel, 100% Thank you H10 Casa del Mar for a fabulous holiday 💖☀️
