We loved it. All the staff were so helpful. Room was clean. Comfy bed. Air condition was broken the first night; called reception in the middle of the night and they brought a fan for us and had maintenance out the next day to fix it! Beautiful view. We had lunch at the pool bar a couple of days and it was good! Pool bar service was awesome. Thanks Manuel! Lovely quiet location with a really nice beach and a few good restaurants nearby. Adults only so is very quiet and romantic. Would definitely return!

Good rooms and attentive/ helpful staff. Very quiet area without much going on but it is end of season. Disliked the evening food, felt it was very repetitive and bland /overdone (3 day rotating menu). Ended up eating elsewhere. Hotel is clean and location is good.

Our holiday at this hotel was wonderful. The staff were always kind, helpful, and smiling – a special thanks to the waiter Rodrigo, who was very attentive and friendly. The food was tasty and varied, the atmosphere pleasant, and we truly felt welcome. We will be happy to return.❤️

We celebrated my spouse's 40th birthday in Mallorca, and our stay at H10 was one of the best parts!! The location is stunning, with access to amazing restaurants, a beautiful beach, the best snorkeling on the island, and a short taxi ride to more bustling/nightlife-y towns. The staff is incredible. They keep the drinks flowing and attend to your every need (Rodrigo and Manuel in particular are amazing and made our stay fantastic). We got the Chill-out Seaview Room with the Bali bed which was such a delight, but rest assured that even if you don't make this upgrade there are lots of beautiful relaxing spaces-- the deck on the 5th floor is not to be missed! Great breakfast with lots of delicious foods, child-free so the beautiful pool area is quiet and relaxing, nights of live music by the well-equipped bar... I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and absolutely dream of the day we can come back again!! Thank you Rodrigo and Manuel and the rest of the H10 team for making our celebration so special and memorable!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We booked a standard room which had good air conditioning and a great shower. The location was excellent with simple access to the beach and local bars /restaurants. It was never an issue finding a sunbed by the pool area even though the hotel was fairly busy. Staff were really helpful and happy. Barman Rodrigo was excellent. We chose the half board option and were not disappointed. Highly recommend for a quiet, chilled and relaxing break.
