We had a lovely stay at H10 Tenerife. We paid for the upgraded Privelege all inclusive and because we had a 3 month old baby with us, I wouldn't say it was worth the extra. The privelege private pool is a quiet zone and the restaurants / private bars are v quiet. I also don't think the rooms are any different to the 'normal' rooms. If travelling as adults then yes I'd say it's worth it, although we've paid for upgraded all inclusives in other hotels and felt the differences have been greater before (ie. extra alcohol etc.). The staff are all very friendly and the service was great. They were especially accommodating with our 3 month old. The food was also lovely. There isn't a huge amount to do in the area but that's fine as it's an all inclusive hotel.

Just came back home from a one-week stay at this hotel. It was outstanding! We've never experienced such a high level of hospitality before. Every single staff member is cheerful and helpful from the first moment of arrival. They show a lot of love and pride to their job and are great ambassadors for the hotel and Tenerife. We especially would like to mention receptionist Olga and Noemi from guest relations, who were both so welcoming and helpful with our questions regarding check-in and allergies. We definitely recommend the privilege upgrade. Privilege restaurant The View is the perfect place to start the day with a delicious breakfast, and to end it with high cuisine fine dining. It is also much less crowded and noisy than the central buffet restaurant. Totally worth it. We also really enjoyed the Sakura Teppanyaki experience. Lastly, make sure to enjoy the ocean sunset near the infinity pool (see photo). It will be a memory of its own. Thank you H10 Atlantic Sunset for a wonderful holiday, we cannot wait to come back! :)

We first visited H10 Atlantic Sunset in September 2023 for our 10th wedding anniversary, and loved it so much that we always hoped to return. We were delighted to have just come back from an 8 night stay as a family. Once again, the hotel exceeded every expectation. We stayed in a double room in the Paraiso block overlooking the family pool. On arrival, we were warmly greeted by a porter whose friendliness set the tone for the whole trip. At reception there were no queues, just a much-needed welcome drink and snack. When we reached our room, we were touched to find a thoughtful gift waiting to celebrate our anniversary again. The room was spacious, modern, immaculate, and very comfortable like the rest of the hotel. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Every single member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. It’s obvious that they genuinely enjoy where they work, and it showed in the warm, attentive way they treat guests. Even SpongeBob SquarePants, who went everywhere with us, enjoyed it! Each person made us feel welcome, valued, and are a credit to the hotel. Special mention must go to Clairet in the restaurant for going the extra mile to make our visit even more special! Muchas gracias! Accessibility and inclusivity are excellent. The hotel is easy to navigate for those with physical disabilities, and the thoughtful layout ensures everyone can move around comfortably. Quiet areas provide a peaceful retreat, and the attentive, respectful staff go out of their way to make all guests feel valued and included, ensuring a welcoming experience for everyone. We stayed all-inclusive, and the food was outstanding. The choice is huge and the quality consistently high, with something for everyone. We also dined at the Route 66 and Stromboli Italian restaurants, both of which exceeded expectations. The central bar was great for lunch, and drinks throughout our stay were of high quality with a wide range of options and cocktails. We also appreciated the hotel’s commitment to reducing waste by using paper straws and reusable cups, without compromising on quality. The entertainment and atmosphere are well balanced. There’s nightly entertainment of good quality with table service for drinks, as well as a French-style theatre (kids-focused, which was closed as it was off-season). For those seeking more peace and quiet, there are plenty of relaxing areas to enjoy a drink or take a break. There are daily activities for anyone who wishes to take part, and a kids’ club, providing plenty of options to keep everyone entertained. The on-site coffee shop was another lovely touch. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. It feels modern, bright, and very well designed. We were on a higher floor and had a lovely sea view. The other side of the hotel has a limited sea view and overlooks the Hard Rock Hotel; if you are staying on that side, music from there can be loud at times during the day. That said, the occasional noise wasn’t noticeable from relaxing areas including the pool, and it didn’t bother us. There are four pools: the lively family pool with slides, a quieter pool, infinity pool, and a rooftop pool for Privilege guests. Sun loungers were always available with pool towels provided and changed daily. The on-site spa is also excellent, we used it on a previous stay and highly recommend it. The location is away from the main resorts, which some may feel is a bit out of the way. For us, it was ideal, offering a peaceful and relaxing setting that perfectly matched the hotel’s atmosphere. There are also pleasant walking routes nearby if you want to explore. Every aspect of this hotel, from the facilities to the design to the food, is outstanding, but it is the staff that truly sets H10 Atlantic Sunset apart. Their genuine enjoyment of their work, warmth, and attention to detail make every guest feel valued and welcome. Thank you H10 for a memorable experience and a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. We will definitely return.

I don’t usually post reviews, but our most recent stay was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. We specifically chose this hotel again because of their previously excellent gluten-free and vegan options — something very important to us as my husband is both gluten-free and vegan. Before booking, we even confirmed by phone that these options were still available. Unfortunately, reality was very different. Breakfast and dinner choices were extremely limited and uninspired. Despite speaking to guest relations five separate times, and being repeatedly assured that they would “speak to the chef,” absolutely nothing improved. The only desserts offered were a basic panna cotta or a strawberry sorbet. One night, the “special effort” made for my husband was literally a banana with honey. It felt like no one cared enough to make even minimal effort. For a 5 start hotel that once prided itself on inclusivity and attention to guests’ needs, this experience was a complete letdown. We were a group of six, and all of us were shocked by the lack of interest and communication from the staff. We’ll be returning to Tenerife soon with more friends and family, but unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this hotel.

We have stayed in this hotel for a weekend gateway in early September. It indeed is a stunning property, with polished facilities and on the surface a solid 5‑star experience. However two issues significantly affected our trip. 1. Cockroaches: Found a cockroach in the room one morning, which was unsettling; strongly recommend closing balcony doors and contacting reception immediately if seen. 2. Missing cash: Approximately €130 went missing from a small pouch inside a bag in the room; my other valuables were handled cautiously, but never expected cash to disappear from inside a zipped bag. Emails sent, but no evidence to pursue a formal claim, so sharing this to remind others to use the in‑room safe or keep valuables with them at all times. 3. Hotel policy notice: After raising the issue, management reiterated their policy about valuables outside the safe. Urging the hotel to provide this as an English‑written notice to all guests. Is this a nice hotel? It certainly feels like one of the 5‑star stays in Tenerife; would this be recommended to family and friends? Probably not. I'm quite disappointed in management's handling, hence posting this to remind future guests that these issues can occur and to take precautions.
